The flavor is lacking salt and garlic for the white sauce. The crust is impossibly thin and the amount of cheese they put on it begs the question, who is paying for this anyway? Hectic night, the cheese pizza was supposed to have 2 toppings, my friend and I are still unsure how that confusion happened. The spicy tomato sauce is an absolute must. I am someone who truly enjoys a cauliflower crust so I appreciate the option for it. It is a $4 up charge though. My friend and I used to go to Blaze all the time in our college days in Gainesville and this just did not hit like it did back then, we weren't given the options for the sauces to drizzle on after the pizza is baked. I love the simplicity that I don't have to limit myself on toppings but can go and get a not greasy pizza with unlimited toppings and a drink for under 15$. Wild. I can never decide so why limit myself. It's great when the kids don't agree on toppings, or sauce, or crust for that matter and they can both get what they want and I don't have to hear arguing. The build your own salad is awesome too! The same pizza toppings are available for a salad plus other specific stuff for salad, so many sauces and drizzles to choose from. 1st time here and it was busy. A good indication in most cases. SUBWAY style of ordering a pizza. The cheese quantity measuring cup the employees are expected to use HARDLY covers the sauce...its literally 75% red sauce with some speckles of cheese. Employees look unhappy to be there and awkward when you can tell they dont get along. The best of the build your own pizza chains! Love filling mine with veggie toppings and it makes for a relatively healthy pizza night. They also have cheeses like goat and ricotta! I've been here twice now, once for pick up and once to eat in. Both were good experiences. When I ordered pick up, I did so through the ap. They offer several online specials. My online order was a half pizza and a mozzarella salad. I love that you can order as many toppings as you want for one price. I got there 5 minutes early and the order was already ready. The pizza was still relatively warm when I ate it back at the office. The second time I went, I ate in. This time I also got a half pizza and salad but inside the offer either a Cesar or a Greek. I had the Greek. It was huge! I could have probably just had the salad. My boss swears by their cauliflower crust. He says it is the best he's ever had. I will still have to try it. I had regular crust both times. Both times I went I also got a drink. They have several teas and juices as well as sodas. I like flavored teas so it is a great option for me. Blaze Pizza, where have you been all my life? My family has loved eating at Blaze locations when in Tallahassee, Gainesville and Sarasota, and were thrilled when we learned they were opening locations in the Tampa Bay area! So far we have been to the Trinity location at least 4 times, and have never been disappointed! I love their original thin crust pizzas, but they do offer a few other varieties for those looking for a change. Their 11" pizzas a perfect for 1-2 people - we usually get one per person so we can enjoy leftovers the next day. One of the best parts of ordering from Blaze is that with a "build your own" pizza, you can get as many toppings as you want for the same price! Want to try every veggie they offer? Same price! Want double of every meat they offer? Same price! I've never seen that at other pizza places, and it is why we're willing to drive 20-30 minutes for pizza from Blaze! I highly recommend their fresh mozzarella (reminds me of pizza in Italy), and their Italian sausage, which has a great flavor. Try their roasted garlic too - it gives a lot more flavor than regular garlic, and is in larger pieces which feels more authentic. Since my husband and daughters all like different pizza toppings, we can each get our own pizza with as many toppings as we want! No more ordering 1/2 of something or picking off toppings that somehow got on my slices! One tip I would give is that although you can get every single topping on a pizza, you may not want to. On my last order I added a few extras and found my slice was a bit heavy & things ended up falling off as I tried to eat it (there were a lot of toppings, so unless you were overdo it like I did, it shouldn't be an issue). I order via their app and have had no issues with any mistakes on our orders. They app doesn't have a box to check for extra or double of a topping, but that can be added to the instructions at the bottom. Car-side pickup has been fast on every visit too, and staff is always friendly. You can earn points when ordering on the Blaze app, and can get free pizzas, sides or desserts. I think the pizzas are already a good value, so earning free pizzas is a great bonus. The only suggestion I have is that they need to add a Blaze location to the northern Pinellas County/Westchase area so we can get our pizza even faster. Until then, we'll be enjoying the Trinity location. read more

What a great location with great staff. I've been here many times since they have been open, and I have never been disappointed. I look forward to coming here to build my own pizza. I'll occasionally order their rotating special pizza. I think this month it's a Fiery Maple and Squash pizza. Sounds like a fall pizza! If you've never been to a Blaze, the basic premise is that it's like a chipotle, but for pizza. They have a food bar with all the fixings, and you can pile them on in any order, or quantity you like. They also have a menu with suggested pizzas, and they're pretty good as well. They also have pretty good salads. I actually look forward to the Blood Orange Lemonade that I've only found here at the Blaze. I get a nice big cup every time I come. The staff is super awesome. They've been so friendly, and helpful every time I have came here. I would definitely recommend this location as it has been consistent, and a pleasure to come here. read more

Ve use to live in Arizona went to MOD Pizza all the time. There's not one here in the Florida area where we are so we have to setttle for a blaze. Any negative elements experienced through delivery were quickly thrown out the window when I took my son to the restaurant for lunch. It was fun to let him pick out what he wanted on his pizza, with ingredients displayed right in front of us. We were able to get exactly what we wanted, toppings, extra sauce, etc. Where the delivery of this pizza made it cold and chewy; eating on site, it was hot and crispy. I avoided trying Blaze Fast Fire'd Pizza because it was slammed when it first opened. I remember seeing lines down their building to get inside. The other reason I avoided them until now was because I liked another similar concept restaurant that recently closed called Uncle Maddios and I didn't think they could compare. I'll admit I was wrong though because Blaze Fast Fire'd Pizza is oh so great and makes 1000 degree Pizza in Spring Hill taste like absolute garbage. I ordered an 11' pizza online from Blaze Fast Fire'd Pizza and I'm choosing everything I want on it I was in the mood for a white pizza. I got to the bottom of my 10 topping pizza and the price stayed the same. Total cost $9.58! I ordered a classic crust, no sauce, mozzarella, gorgonzola, ovaltine cheese, ricotta, goat cheese, basil, chopped garlic, oregano with mushrooms and olive oil drizzle. I was surprised my pizza tasted grea. I noticed Blaze Fast Fire'd Pizza used whole basil leaves and not little squares of one blended leaf. My pizza wasn't greasy and the cheese stringy. When I picked my pizza up I went to register and they had it ready so, I was in and out very quick. I noticed the restaurant was very clean and the toppings on the line looked fresh. Lots of arrows were on the floor to keep a safe distance from other customers. A new thing their offering is a DIY pizza box to bring home to limit customer exposure. When picking up my to go order, my box was sealed on both ends with red tape and the employee who handed the box to me kept her distance with a mask on. When describing Blaze Fast Fire'd Pizza I tell people it's like a subway or chipotle you go down the line creating your pizza step by step. However Blaze Fast Fire'd Pizza wasn't skimpy on any of my toppings and everything tasted fresh. They offer the same concept for salad as many topping as you want $5.95. Started eating before I remembered to take photos. ‍ All the ingredients were fresh and tasty. The salad was perfect. No wilted salad pieces and it was a HUGE salad. So yummy The pizza was cooked to perfection. Nice and crispy dough and the toppings were delicious. This was a small pizza and I couldn't eat it all. Last was the customer service. Hands down they are awesome. There were employees walking around making sure we were happy with our meals and even offering to clear our plates when we were done eating. I didn't know what to expect, or how quick it would be, but a line of 10 people deep went very fast, and soon it was my turn to order. I was happy to find out that they offer both Keto and cauliflower crusts for those with gluten intolerances, those have a $3 or $3.50 price upcharge, I didn't try them, but one of the people I'd spoken to, did and they really liked it. Ya know why I come here? Garlic. Roasted, sweet, delicious garlic. I love the white pizza, topped with a generous, gluttonous portion of roasted garlic and a drizzle of pesto on top. My mouth waters when I think about how much I love this pizza. The ingredients are fresh, the service is always fast and efficient. Blaze is always a go-to when I want a little something special on my lunch break. And did I mention how amazing the roasted garlic is???? I had a regular crust, Alfredo sauce, chicken, chicken, onion, mushroom, banana pepper pizza! Would have again and again. *personal size pizza* If you know what Chipotle is, think chipotle style assembly line but with pizza. My friend that went with me loved the half pizza option.
