My friend and I had our sights set on Burger King. They close at midnight. I pulled into the parking lot at 11:40 PM. I sat at the drive-through nobody came. I went to the pick up window. Nobody came then a guy that worked there approached me and said we're closed and I said it says you close at midnight. He said our broiler broke. I don't think so. I think they just wanted to go home early. I'm going to report them to Burger King corporate headquarters. What a rotten thing to do. Do not come to this Burger King. They stink. read more

Worst fast food maybe ever. Croissant looked (and tasted) run over. Mini cinnamon rolls were worse. Undercooked and squashed. I didn't bother tasting them. Even the Coke was watered down and flat. We just went through the drive-through. It was a horrible experience. The people were rude they kept getting our order wrong. The person taking our order was more interested in the car ahead of us playing around and hanging out the window They gave me a cup with dried soda all over it, and the sandwiches were just slapped together. Burger King does a good job with their meatless burgers, however their King Fish sandwich is terrible! It's like fake fish and is very salty! What happened? This BK used to be good and a favorite order spot for dinner. But, Tonight was awful, I ordered online and pretty simple, 1 BOGO + $1.00 deal which was a whopper and a Original chicken sandwich. the we also got 2 bacon cheeseburgers, 1 more original chicken at regular price, and one Double Quarter pound King lastly 3 large fries! this was our family order, pretty simple i feel well firstly upon arriving telling them i did a online order and my number, i get to window, and associate hands me two medium diet cokes proceeds to tell me that the chik=King i ordered was out, and i'd have to call credit company to get the refund???? say what??? so anyhoo i call my spouse and ask give me a text with order in case problems, so associate takes bags bag and say ok we are fixing it, fries are in fryer you will get some hot fires, so cool! so then a few he gives me two bags i asked everything right and in there he assured me so! i pull to light and go through bags, wouldn't you know it no quarter pound king and only one original chicken. i pull back around and he says after i alert him they forgot stuff, he says i put it in there- like i was lying? They had a line around the building when I finally left.. but just with 3 cars in front of me I was in line for 20 min! Went there with my husband for dinner on August 5, 2018. When placing the order I noticed three flies on the counter. I attributed to the drive thru window being open. Went to beverage station to fill cups. There was black mold spots near where you put your cup to get ice. Soda was splashed all over the area. As we went to get a table, all the table tops were dirty. To make matters worse, there were lots of flies all over the tables. Brought our beverages back to the counter, asked for a manager, and requested a refund. she said she would check out my complaint and proceeded to give me a refund. Another couple in there said, as we were walking out, that we were absolutely correct in our complaint. I don't know if it is corporate or individually owned, but someone better check out the lack of cleanliness and unsanitary conditions before someone gets sick.
