I had to bring them down a couple of stars. I came in and had placed my order on the app. I just got two tacos. When I got to the window, it took forever. I couldn't figure why because there was only one other car in front of me. When they open the window, they asked what I wanted and I said I ordered two tacos. They said next time pull up to the speaker and tell us your name. I said OK I didn't know how I had to do that. Other than the long wait the tacos were OK. They were good. I am from no where around this location & was unfortunate enough to get a flat tire, in this location around 10 PM. I called for assistance, but Friday night.... I had to use the restroom, & explained this to Heidi & she denied me from using restroom, as the dining room was closed! I understand rules, but really what am I going to do to her staff, I didn't even have a purse! So out I went, beside a busy road & did what nature called for. First time for everything It might be different if you couldn't see my disabled vehicle. I hope you get a raise for being a stickler for the rules & making an already miserable night worse. It's amazing to me how much money these employees expect to be paid when they can NEVER get simply orders correct. Cold food full of items asked NOT to put on them. This store is always 100% IN-accurate. Dispicable and shameful. The lack of care in their process is astounding. Let's go back to $8 an hour so at least the lack of care and inaccuracies can be justified. On a positive note, they only reason for the review and 1 star is because they typically get the drink portion correct. Not much thought and brains needed for that part apparently. This might be crazy to review a Taco Bell but let me tell you... I just had the most incredible experience at this Taco Bell. Tiffany is the manager on duty who clearly sets the tone for the team, and I believe the lady's name at the window was Shelly or Sherry. In any case, not only did she pleasantly welcome me to Taco Bell through the speaker and ask how my day was, she also responded & thanked me when I asked her how she was. (This is how guests should be engaged from the first moment of contact with a business!) She took my order & confirmed it was correct, then upsold me a pop for an extra dollar! Now I don't normally drink pop, but it was so easy to say YES which is exactly what providing customer service that sells is all about: Increasing the value exchange for both the business and the customer! My order was quickly & pleasantly delivered to me with a smile from everyone at the window and wound up being fresh and piping hot! Seriously, in this day and age food service standards have become so low that my experience here today couldn't go without review. And if Shelly or Sherry (sorry) is ever interested in leaving the food service business I'd love to hear from her. Customer service reps like this are unicorns! read more

This Taco Bell seems to be having its troubles. Went there yesterday, and the dining room was locked. Only drive-thru was open. Seems people don't show up for work, so the dine-in option is not available. Today I called first, and the dine-in was open. But big surprise ... the senior discount for coffee is NO LONGER AVAILABLE! Full price. Although I love their Crunch Wrap for a quick breakfast, I'll be going to Wendy's from now on. This review is for the Taco Bell on commercial way near the rural king. We went drive through at 630 pm. We ordered two chicken power bowls. Cashier informed us they were out of guacamole and sour cream. Really. That's just poor management. We also ordered one five dollar box. They must have also been out of lettuce. I had one teaspoon of lettuce in the bowl. Overall weak presentation. I ate the taco crunch wrap. Tasted old. Hard shell taco wilted and soft shell stuck to the paper. Perhaps waiting a while not fresh made. But I found lots of lettuce on there. Hmm. It's fast food not rocket science. Cashier was pleasant and food came out instantly. The thing I like the most. Stopped by this taco bell with my fiancé and baby. My fiancé ordered a bowl and found a beattle in his beans. Disgusting!!! Staff was nice enough to replace his bowl and give refund but even with all that it was hard to eat after witnessing and me being pregnant. Won't be having it anytime soon. read more

Holy Taco Bell... Thanks for the wood in my fully loaded nachos... Yes I found a piece of wood in my nachos. I called and spoke to the manager about my wood in my bowl of food. Not the reaction i was expecting since it was in my mouth about to splinter in my heart, luckily i took a hard bite and noticed, hmm...hard crunch not so good. Doh! Missing food AGAIN! Ok, I am an easy-to-please person... but burned 3 times makes me write this review. How difficult is it to double-check a drive-thu order? The LAST 3 TIMES that I have eaten at this Taco Bell, I have driven home only to find that the most expensive item ordered is ALWAYS missing. Come on! I have yet to go back and complain, usually because it's late or I'm on my lunch break and I'm just too darn hungry to drive all the way back and whine. From now on, I will unfortunately need to perform the Taco Bell employee's job of rifling through my Taco Bell bag and verifying that each item ordered and paid for is ACTUALLY included in my to go bag. The food was spot on today. I haven't had fast food in a while but today was a treat. I enjoyed my usual and regret not trying the new burritos. There was some yelling throughout the store because they got backed up and two employees were very disgruntled and showed it for sure on their faces. I ate inside and it seemed rather clean.
