I normally don't feel the need to write a review, but as I told the young man who turned me away after allowing me to wait in the drive-through line and continually glance up at me, I thought that it was poor business practice that he not walk over to me earlier and tell me his intentions. Instead, he allowed me to wait there and listen to the woman ahead of me, placing her order with the only attendant left outside, when all along he knew he was shutting the drive-through line because they were closing at 4:00 on New Year's Day! I do believe everybody deserves the opportunity to spend time with their family and enjoy extra time off during the holiday season, but when you have only one employee taking orders in the drive-through line and allow multiple cars to pull in and continue to wait without putting up some type of cone or other indication, I think you're only asking for very unhappy customers. As I said to him, the gentleman in the managerial role, why would you stand there and play on your phone instead of automatically walking over to my car and tell me you were allowing the employee in front of me to only take one last order.With all of the other Chick Fil A locations available, I will do my best to no longer patronize this location. I order using their app for pick up inside. The drive through is too unpredictable. Some times the lines are short. Sometimes it's super long so I order to pick up inside. I've never had a problem. If you do have a problem submit a complaint in the app and they make things right. I would highly recommend getting the app if you have not done so already. You can earn points for some free food. I usually use my points for their chocolate chip cookie. Will be returning again lol read more

This place is the worst! First time I got a sandwich it was raw chicken and a long blond hair in it. I went back to complain but the 20 something manager just wasn't interested in my complaint. It's been a while since I went back finally just yesterday post a surgery I had at the hospital next door so I was very hungry stopped by the chic filet drive thru - the food was gross! Not surprised with all the bad reviews here. We recently went with the drive thru. Only got 1 item right. I had to turn around, the nuggets were the wrong type & they forgot a sandwich. I had to go thru the car line again, then she needed the bag, I gave it to her. The girl forgot the other sandwich. I had to wait another 15 minutes for the other sandwich & nuggets to be made, therefore my first sandwich got cold. They took the incorrect nuggets (to pass onto another customer after I had to leave and turn around-kinda gross). Meanwhile the Cadence girl could only scoff and roll her eyes, and not even apologize. I paid for the second sandwich, and the very least Cadence could have done was give me the grilled nuggets for free since they (should be) tossed anyway. Cadence needs to grow up and quit the teenage scoffing, hardly appropriate in a working environment. read more

How can you put 0 stars???? There's been times where I've gone here multiple times a week feeding a family of 4. (Over $30 each time) and they constantly screw up the order and when you call they NEVER answer the phone. I've literally sat down and called every few minutes for hours and never once they answered. They also do not return voicemails. When you go back a few days later they accuse you of lying when you tell them they forgot a meal, a soda, etc. maybe if you answered the phone you could've wrote a note down for the screw up that you guys did. read more

The typical fast food Chick-fil-A was located on 9040 State Road 54, New Port Richey, Florida. The prices for the food were informed as, "cheap," according to my sister. I was hanging out with my aunt and her boyfriend on a late March afternoon. My sister and aunt decided to, "go out to Chick-fil-A." I do not usually get fast food. My aunt's boyfriend and I stayed back playing video games as they took the car to the Trinity, Chick-fil-A. We were playing video games when my aunt called telling us, "her car broke down." The situation being urgent we had to go to the Chick-fil-A to help assist with the car problems. So, we drove to the Trinity Chick-fil-A to help. My aunt was parked on the side of the Chick-Fil-A next to the drive through. I remember an about a twenty-yard-high American flag standing at the location. The drive through was busy with cars flooding in and out. The drive through looked like it was running smoothly. Asking my sister about the service she described it as, "good." My sister had ordered myself a chicken sandwich with pickles. The sandwich was very oily, tender, more on the salty side, and altogether delicious. The bread was a little stale and cold which could be improved on. It was a well-made ordinary chicken sandwich. The sandwich was clean there were no funky taste to it or anything. My lemonade was very sweet which I enjoyed. However, there was one kind of hard or crunchy pulp in the very beginning which was a little weird. Still a great lemonade. We ended up driving my aunt's car a little farther from the location. The car broke down again, so we had to tow it. I had a tasty chicken sandwich and would recommend going to this location. read more

First time ever eating here. I was so excited to see what everyone loves about this place. I must say my 1st experience was not good. My fries were uncooked, the tables and floors were dirty. I watch employees walk by all this and never once bent down to pick up the napkins on the floor that they had to over over. Next I went into the bathroom..not toilet paper and it was dirty and not just today dirty..you could tell the toilets had not been cleaned in a few days. I have been in gas stations that the bathrooms were cleaner. Next, I looked up at the ceiling above me and there was a vent that was just filled with dust ready to fall at any time. Man, I used to love our local Chick-fil-a, but it's gone down hill. First, what happened to in restaurant pick up and curbside? On the app, I am only able to pre-order and still have to wait in the drive thru. And the drive thru is the worst part--hence the pre-ordering. I still see the curbside pickup signs, so I'm not sure if it's just my app, or certain parts of the day are off limits, but it's been months since I was able to pick up curbside. I have also received the wrong order a few times. Our receipt on the bag showed 2 chick fil a biscuits, but we only received one chicken, and one egg biscuit. Another time, our receipt showed sauces on the side, and they didn't put any in the bag. And finally, we asked for pickles during one order, we told them it could be on the sandwich or on the side, and they didn't give us pickles either way. I hope they take the time to make sure orders are accurate and provide more convenient ordering options soon. read more

I have been coming to this Chick-fil-A more often than expected, and I have to say that every time I come here the service is exceptional. Yes, it can get a little crowded and it seems like a long line at the drive-up during peak times but you will always find an employee outside taking your order, your payment and serving you with a big smile in their face, even though it is 100 degrees outside. I been coming here in the mornings because they just added to their menu a Hash Brown Scramble Bowl that is outside of this world!!! I love love love Chick-Fil-A in general, but I love this one most because of an incident we had here recently. My bf and I went here for lunch, but somehow the fryers were being cleaned in the middle of the day and the oil wasn't hot enough to fry our food yet, so we were told to wait about 10 min. The Franchise Restaurant Operator came by and gave us 2 large orders of their oh so delicious waffle fries and a large order of the nuggets. She then came over later and apologized again for the wait and gave us more nuggets and asked if we wanted something else. Our Spicy Chicken Sandwiches came out a few minutes later, she brought those over to us, then offered us 2 coupons to redeem later for 2 Chicken Sandwich meals. That's what you call customer service! We've been back to this location a few more times since and each time we never had to wait long to order nor to get our food. Yesterday. when I went through, on my way to Sarasota, I ordered an 8pc nugget meal with an extra fry and med coke for mom. What I ended up getting was 2 meals at no additional cost. It was a nice treat. I was kind of floored by this, honestly, because I didn't pay for it and I didn't discover the mistake until I was down the road a ways, so Thank you for treating my mom to the nuggets.
