Excellent food and service. It is the best chicken!! God's chicken. Friendly staff excellent customer service. read more

The Chick-fil-A by my house really needs to do better. Unfortunately, they consistently get my orders wrong, and what's even more disappointing is the lack of accountability when it happens. When you call to address an issue, you'd expect someone to acknowledge the mistake and actually try to make it right. Instead, it feels like they simply don't care. Chick-fil-A has built a reputation around great customer service and being on top of things, which is exactly why this experience is so disappointing. The service at this location just isn't matching the standard Chick-fil-A presents itself to have. read more

I've been to this location a few times, just the drive-thru, I've never gone inside of this location - the drive-thru is usually pretty packed during lunch and dinner time. The employees try to keep the line moving but there's only so much space for cars to wrap around the drive-thru lanes. My order has always been correct and the employees have always been friendly, so no complaints there. We'll keep stopping through here, it's usually on our way and the lines are pretty standard for the food spots in this area. read more

We tried the new Waffle Chicken Sandwich today, it was Delicious!! We had it without Bacon or syrup, but it was sweet and yummy anyway

Chicken and fries are always fresh definitely better than other locations. Only thing missing is a play place!

I order using their app for pick up inside. The drive through is too unpredictable. Some times the lines are short. Sometimes it's super long so I order to pick up inside. I've never had a problem. If you do have a problem submit a complaint in the app and they make things right. I would highly recommend getting the app if you have not done so already. You can earn points for some free food. I usually use my points for their chocolate chip cookie. Will be returning again lol read more

I normally don't feel the need to write a review, but as I told the young man who turned me away after allowing me to wait in the drive-through line and continually glance up at me, I thought that it was poor business practice that he not walk over to me earlier and tell me his intentions. Instead, he allowed me to wait there and listen to the woman ahead of me, placing her order with the only attendant left outside, when all along he knew he was shutting the drive-through line because they were closing at 4:00 on New Year's Day! I do believe everybody deserves the opportunity to spend time with their family and enjoy extra time off during the holiday season, but when you have only one employee taking orders in the drive-through line and allow multiple cars to pull in and continue to wait without putting up some type of cone or other indication, I think you're only asking for very unhappy customers. As I said to him, the gentleman in the managerial role, why would you stand there and play on your phone instead of automatically walking over to my car and tell me you were allowing the employee in front of me to only take one last order. With all of the other Chick Fil A locations available, I will do my best to no longer patronize this location. Apparently, they already have all the business they need. Happy New Year-CFA read more

This place is the worst! First time I got a sandwich it was raw chicken and a long blond hair in it. I went back to complain but the 20 something manager just wasn't interested in my complaint. It's been a while since I went back finally just yesterday post a surgery I had at the hospital next door so I was very hungry stopped by the chic filet drive thru - the food was gross! Dirty oil burnt chicken nothing on the sandwich dry pain and gross - chicken strips W're disgusting 2" long strips dirty oil fried dry burnt I still have indigestion from yesterday. This place is run by teenagers and it's simply not worth the cost I paid $17 and threw it away! Unbelievable how cars line up for this shit! It's shit! Worts food ever and soooo expensive! Not surprised with all the bad reviews here. We recently went with the drive thru. Only got 1 item right. I had to turn around, the nuggets were the wrong type & they forgot a sandwich. I had to go thru the car line again, then she needed the bag, I gave it to her. The girl forgot the other sandwich. I had to wait another 15 minutes for the other sandwich & nuggets to be made, therefore my first sandwich got cold. They took the incorrect nuggets (to pass onto another customer after I had to leave and turn around-kinda gross). Meanwhile the Cadence girl could only scoff and roll her eyes, and not even apologize. I paid for the second sandwich, and the very least Cadence could have done was give me the grilled nuggets for free since they (should be) tossed anyway. Cadence needs to grow up and quit the teenage scoffing, hardly appropriate in a working environment. read more

Ordered two box's chick minis the bread the best part was stale and hard as a rock so disappointed

Super annoying. They gave me 11 nuggets. When I showed them they said they do it by weight. Made no sense since the marketing says 12 nuggets. My 3 kids were supposed to get 4 each. I told them I was giving each kid 4. They did not care. Not cool. Haven't taken my family back. Won't be a signature member after this one expires. This used to be our go to spot when life was too crazy to cook read more

Swung in on my way to work. Waited over 15 minutes for a regular breakfast sandwich and soda. No straw, no napkins. Tater tot things were mushy and lukewarm. Cmon management, let's step it up, you're not doing the Chik-fil-a brand any favors read more

Chick-fil-A always been a family affordable place to take out or eat in at this is one of my favorite spots to grab food to go

How can you put 0 stars???? There's been times where I've gone here multiple times a week feeding a family of 4. (Over $30 each time) and they constantly screw up the order and when you call they NEVER answer the phone. I've literally sat down and called every few minutes for hours and never once they answered. They also do not return voicemails. When you go back a few days later they accuse you of lying when you tell them they forgot a meal, a soda, etc. maybe if you answered the phone you could've wrote a note down for the screw up that you guys did. read more

The typical fast food Chick-fil-A was located on 9040 State Road 54, New Port Richey, Florida. The prices for the food were informed as, "cheap," according to my sister. I was hanging out with my aunt and her boyfriend on a late March afternoon. My sister and aunt decided to, "go out to Chick-fil-A." I do not usually get fast food. My aunt's boyfriend and I stayed back playing video games as they took the car to the Trinity, Chick-fil-A. We were playing video games when my aunt called telling us, "her car broke down." The situation being urgent we had to go to the Chick-fil-A to help assist with the car problems. So, we drove to the Trinity Chick-fil-A to help. My aunt was parked on the side of the Chick-Fil-A next to the drive through. I remember an about a twenty-yard-high American flag standing at the location. The drive through was busy with cars flooding in and out. The drive through looked like it was running smoothly. Asking my sister about the service she described it as, "good." My sister had ordered myself a chicken sandwich with pickles. The sandwich was very oily, tender, more on the salty side, and altogether delicious. The bread was a little stale and cold which could be improved on. It was a well-made ordinary chicken sandwich. The sandwich was clean there were no funky taste to it or anything. My lemonade was very sweet which I enjoyed. However, there was one kind of hard or crunchy pulp in the very beginning which was a little weird. Still a great lemonade. We ended up driving my aunt's car a little farther from the location. The car broke down again, so we had to tow it. I had a tasty chicken sandwich and would recommend going to this location. read more

The quality seems to have deteriorated at this location. I ordered 12 piece nugget and received 10. Some of nuggets were also fragments and not juicy at all. read more

No ambiance of course. But the service is very fast and food is better than other fast-food places.

This chik fil a is the worst location I have ever been to. They don't live up to the chik fil a brand. The parking lot is always slammed and can't drive through it None of the employee are ever smiling & it's mostly high school kids talking with each other instead of working read more

It's DISGUSTING I found multiple bugs in my food on separate occasions!!! I absolutely positively do not recommend if looking for fast food

Shout out to Tracy at this location! What a breath of fresh air and a bundle of joy! Definitely an asset to your location! Keep treating everyone like they matter the utmost as patrons to your store!! read more

First time ever eating here. I was so excited to see what everyone loves about this place. I must say my 1st experience was not good. My fries were uncooked, the tables and floors were dirty. I watch employees walk by all this and never once bent down to pick up the napkins on the floor that they had to over over. Next I went into the bathroom..not toilet paper and it was dirty and not just today dirty..you could tell the toilets had not been cleaned in a few days. I have been in gas stations that the bathrooms were cleaner. Next, I looked up at the ceiling above me and there was a vent that was just filled with dust ready to fall at any time. I will not give up from this experience but it will not be at this location.. I must say my spicy chicken sandwich was good. Can't wait to est it again at a different location read more

Man, I used to love our local Chick-fil-a, but it's gone down hill. First, what happened to in restaurant pick up and curbside? On the app, I am only able to pre-order and still have to wait in the drive thru. And the drive thru is the worst part--hence the pre-ordering. I still see the curbside pickup signs, so I'm not sure if it's just my app, or certain parts of the day are off limits, but it's been months since I was able to pick up curbside. I have also received the wrong order a few times. Our receipt on the bag showed 2 chick fil a biscuits, but we only received one chicken, and one egg biscuit. Another time, our receipt showed sauces on the side, and they didn't put any in the bag. And finally, we asked for pickles during one order, we told them it could be on the sandwich or on the side, and they didn't give us pickles either way. I hope they take the time to make sure orders are accurate and provide more convenient ordering options soon. read more

We both had delicious chicken sandwiches and tasty French fries too.

This is the worst chick-fil-a I have ever been to. They consistently get my order wrong and the management (who are basically kids) is rude. This past week they made an error with my gift cards and charged me for a meal i should have not been charged for and their best response was "your going to have to call corporate". I suggest the new chick-fil-a that is opening up down the road. read more

Aww Chick-Fil-A to the rescue. A quick but delicious meal on the run. The food and service were outstanding and it is always refreshing to have a meal with workers around that are genuinely nice and provide service without a wonderful attitude. The chicken anything is good. Just what we needed with a smile. read more

Such a guilty pleasure! (And now serving breakfast??) I'm having coffee and I see folks zooming in and out of the Chick-fil-A. What could they possible serve at 8:30am?? Sure enough, I walk in and see chicken breakfast biscuits, chicken breakfast burritos and eggs on a biscuit. A combo comes with hash brown tots and a drink. This drink can also be a cookies and cream shake this early in the morning. Don't judge me. Haha! Chick-fil-A is coming to Long Island, they can't come fast enough! read more

I love love love Chick-Fil-A in general, but I love this one most because of an incident we had here recently. My bf and I went here for lunch, but somehow the fryers were being cleaned in the middle of the day and the oil wasn't hot enough to fry our food yet, so we were told to wait about 10 min. The Franchise Restaurant Operator came by and gave us 2 large orders of their oh so delicious waffle fries and a large order of the nuggets. She then came over later and apologized again for the wait and gave us more nuggets and asked if we wanted something else. Our Spicy Chicken Sandwiches came out a few minutes later, she brought those over to us, then offered us 2 coupons to redeem later for 2 Chicken Sandwich meals. That's what you call customer service! We've been back to this location a few more times since and each time we never had to wait long to order nor to get our food. The place is super crowded during lunch, yet all the tables and the restaurant in general were always clean. read more

The drive through is always polite, they always say it's "my Pleasure", and are always super efficient. Yesterday. when I went through, on my way to Sarasota, I ordered an 8pc nugget meal with an extra fry and med coke for mom. What I ended up getting was 2 meals at no additional cost. It was a nice treat. I was kind of floored by this, honestly, because I didn't pay for it and I didn't discover the mistake until I was down the road a ways, so Thank you for treating my mom to the nuggets. Only issue with this is, the drive through feeds into itself, when the line backs up and those who've paid can't get out. So a faulty design. read more

Took forever to get my food. Got home (10 min away) and the fries were cold, stale, and hard. Not even edible. This is the second time happening. Called both times no one answers and I left a message and no one will call back. Worst Chick-fil-A. Avoid. I would rather drive to Carrollwood. read more
