I'll never order from PDQ again. I wanted the sauced tenders, and there was only one option that wasn't spicy- garlic parm. I got that and there was oil all in the bottom disgusting. The fries also had way too much oil. This food was so greasy it was inedible and it cost $14 which is crazy. Never again. read more

PDQ Chicken - Garlic parm tenders soaked in oil yuck - Chicken Shop Near Me - Trinity, Florida

Ordered a tender combo through the App with a $10 coupon. Unfortunately accidentally ordered to Clearwater instead of Trinity. Called listed contact number for Clearwater location twice to get reimbursed but got automated voice asking to press 4 for store personnel. Option 4 instead rerouted to Trinity location. Arrived to Trinity location and showed them order I placed to incorrect location. Anthony at Trinity suggested I call general customer service number and he would prepare the meal for me in the meantime. Called customer service at +1-844-328-1737, who took muy order number and said they would credit the Trinity store with the transaction. Kudos to Anthony at Trinity who was sympathetic, professional and caring along with kudos to Customer Service rep at corporate who took the time to make it right...and yes...the combo was delicious. read more

So, worst smashed sandwich I ever ate. I asked for extra mayo and had a drop. Never go here if you expect to get anything close to what the menu shows. They didn't even ask my wife if she wanted a drink with her salad. read more

I'M SO HAPPY THEY OPENED UP! I've been waiting for YEARS for PDQ to come to my area, and now they're here! I love their food, their service and everything about the company. Everything is so good and tasty! I took the Husbeast there, and we both got the chicken salad, I added almonds, We ordered an order of three chicken tenders and a side of their parmesan and garlic broccoli. The wait was hardly any time and everything we got was piping hot (Except the salads) and extra tasty. I like that they have a sauce bar, that makes getting extra dressing - THE RANCH IS TO DIE FOR - easier and you don't have to go up to the counter. It does seem smaller than those in Tampa or St. Pete, but I'm ok with that. I'll be a regular patron anyway. Infact, I'll probably go there for lunch today! read more

Welcome to trinity. Located in the new sprouts strip mall. Super friendly staff and clean store. They have a lot of staff here and your food almost comes out instantly. Zucchini fries are great. Food is delivered to your table in a paper lined basket. Neat hand wash station when you walk in. Large selection of sauces. Drink bar is clean with a great variety. Gets very busy at 1130am. Will come again read more

Make it make sense. Just got a chix sandwich wrapped in plastic, in a plastic box in a plastic bag with a drink in a plastic cup and plastic lid BUT A FRICKING PAPER STRAW. I'm sorry but that's like wiping your ass before you shit. How stupid can upper management be at this place to make decisions like that. $15 for a chix sandwich with a tiny ass drink is also stupid af. read more

PDQ rarely disappoints. I give them 5 stars because their chicken fingers are amazing! Seriously amazing. Their sauces are really good too. I really like the Sweet Sriracha. It's excellent and not very spicy. If you haven't tried PDQ yet, you must try it! read more

PDQ is unlike any other fried chicken restaurant I've been to. They have a wide variety of salads and dressing options (think blueberry vinegarette) and sauce options (6 or more). The sauces are all self serve and you can try all you want. The creamy garlic sauce was the best in my opinion. I split chicken tenders and 2 orders of zuchinni fries with my mom. The fries were hand cut and awesome. You wouldn't know, by taste, that they were zuchinni. Super cool spot. read more

Unfortunately this will be my first yelp review, and it's a bad one because I can't get ahold of the store. Chicken is clearly undercooked. If the meal wasn't $12.99 I'd let it go, but I tried calling the location multiple times and press 3 for a team member and the call just goes to a voice mail that's full or not set up. All I expect is a free meal when I return. Generally this place is always great. Just very frustrated that I am unable to call the store to get ahold someone. Please get back to me here... PDQ Chicken - Jacked Spicey sandwich - Chicken Shop Near Me - Trinity, Florida

I will never order from this restaurant again. I received two chicken sandwich sandwiches no drink no fries and the bill was $17. The chicken was smashed. The buns were old and it tasted like the chicken was too and was a very small chicken sandwich for eight dollars a piece this place is ridiculous. They are price gouging and getting away with it. I never seen any cars there now I know why I will never go back. read more

So happy to have PDQ in Trinity. Now I can get my chicken fix without having to drive to Wesley Chapel. They have yummy sandwiches and sauces. My only complaint is that they don't have bowls at this location, which is my go-to. I hope they add them to their menu in the future. So instead of a bowl, I had the crispy chicken salad, which was surprisingly good and I will make that my new regular at this location. It comes with honey mustard, but is even better if you add Sweet Siracha sauce as well. Customer service was on point. Everyone was very friendly. And I will certainly be back! read more

Eh not bad. Chicken is SALTYYY!! Not for me Chick-fil-A still ranks better. Their chicken tastes like everywhere else nothing special just super salty. I tried a few of the sauces and it's soo great they make them from scratch but I didn't find them tastier then.... The chicken tenders I only ate 1 bc of how salty they are, it's sad. Both times I've been here it's extremely salty. So I'll pass. (And they forgot my cookie and drink for an order) like come on! I called and nothing was done this was a little bit ago then when I tried them again they forgot all my sauces, napkins etc. haha so this plce is inconsistent Chili lime corn is great btw This restaurant just suffers from too much added sodium. ‍ read more

Chicken has been terribly greasy lately. Quality isn't what it used to be sadly. Many complaints of the food not setting well in people's stomachs from many friends and family member as well. I hope the once good quality returns. read more

Excellent alternative to other fast food chicken franchises. Good value for your money

They no longer have the pimento crunch sandwich which is the main reason to go there. A family of three can do better for the price at the competition. Quality is still good but when they delete the one thing that makes them different and charge a third more, then I don't have much incentive to return. read more

My favorite part about my first and most recent visit is how incredibly friendly and helpful all of the staff was. The chicken tenders were great and they let me try so many dipping sauces. Chipotle bbq is my favorite! I also tried the zucchini fries and honey mustard 'slaw; everything was very tasty. It was refreshing to be greeted by smiling faces, happy to be there and happy to help. read more

I normally love this place but today was not there best , the grilled chicken was cold my wife's tenders looked terrible the broccoli had no parmesan on it and they completely forgot my fries sadly we didn't realize any of this until we got home. That said the staff were happy and great It was just bad food this timr read more

We visited during the soft opening but the staff and food were still great. The food is consistent with every other PDQ - great quality and fast service. Staff was smiling and happy. The highlight was the sauce bar! Now I don't have to ask for refills for the yummy buffalo bleu sauce!!! read more

I love PDQ in general. I've been to numerous locations around the Tampa area. I was excited when this one was opening as it was so much closer to my home! It being my pregnancy craving, I was stoked! However, I've been disappointed every single time I've gone. I'd almost rather make the drive to the citrus park or Dale Mabry. The biggest problem is items being left out. I even went through my order with them at the pickup window again on their screen and they assured me they had it right, then had me pull up, presumably to get off their timer. When my food was finally brought out, my kids were at their wits end and I just wanted to get home so I left and upon arriving home, realized that once again, they'd forgotten items. As far as service goes, I'd say it's surprisingly sub par for a brand new store and PDQ standard. The only exceptional employee I've encountered is Maddy. Everyone else is definitely less than great customer service wise. I'm not expecting them to be incredible, but at least function. As somebody who is a former employee of the company, I know for a fact they can do better. read more

Had a mix up at the window and came inside to get it corrected. The manager made sure my order was fixed without any fuss and made it quick. The food was fresh and hot, just what I expect from PDQ. read more

I've ordered from this location one other time which was good but this time, absolutely not. I understand closing and whatnot but my sandwich is cold and rock hard. the bread was hard. The fries were extremely cold, like they weren't even sitting under a heater. Im extremely disappointed in this visit, I just wanted something good with some good flavor and it was lacking, very much. read more

Food came out very quick at noon! Hot and delicious just as any other PDQ experience! Love the sauce bar! Employees are VERY attentive and actively keep tables clean for next guest. Got the tenders and tots and they were crispy! Only negative is its SO LOUD in there (I'm not old, LOL!) The high ceilings echo. It's also very tight in there. read more

This place is the BEST! The chicken is so good, the zucchini fries are unbeatable and there are so many sauces to choose from. There's no limit on how many you can try and that's great because they are all so great! read more

Happy to have a new location near my new house! Cant go wrong with the juicy tenders. My son loves the honey butter chicken sandwich. Husband ordered a 5 piece tender but they only brought out 4. He went to tell them about it and gave him 2 more pieces just to make up for their mistake. A little while after, the same young lady who took our order offered my kids free milkshakes. So nice. Last time I was at a PQD in Tampa, they offered my kids free cookies. Are they always this nice!? read more

I don't see what the fuss is over PDQ. It's over priced, chicken was dry/over cooked, and the tater tots were undercooked. The ONLY plus was the Zucchini Fries. I will stick to Chik Fil A read more

Food is good. The lemonade is battery acid no shade. Overall it was cute. If you want a drink go to chick fil a first.

Decent food, great milkshakes and taylor tots instead of fries with my lunch - bread was tasty and my grilled chicken was very moist and delish. read more

Do not trust the night shift. Ordered a chicken sandwich meal and crispy chicken salad. The chicken on the sandwich was burnt and there was no Mayo. We asked for extra honey mustard for the salad and meal, and got two half full containers and one salad dressing. The tenders in the salad also looked like they were just torn apart not cut. Usually like this location but think it might have been the night shift workers this time that caused a lack in quality. read more

The worst chicken sandwich I've ever tasted. Overcooked and dripping in old burnt grease. I tossed it in trash after 2 bites, I'll never go back. read more

Chicken Cali sandwich used to taste good a few years ago. Now the chicken has no flavor , small size for an $6 price point, and the guacamole isn't that good. This used to be served with sliced avocado. I'll just go to chick fil-a up the road for a better chicken sandwich. read more

As good as other locations but no bowls with no plans of adding bowls to the menu. Told they take too long to make... just strange to me that there isn't consistency throughout the franchise. Love the bowls and disappointed that they wont be available at this location. read more

Food was good but girl in the first drive thru window tonight was extremely rude and unpleasant. Customer service was not great tonight.

Robert, one of the nicest and very well mannered staff there, made my experience. He was taking care of the whole floor.
