It looked magical before I ate some!!

Christo's menu is so extensive that it might be overwhelming. It was for our Italian family, who are 91, 94 and 102! But we helped them find delicious meals that satisfied them at the restaurant, and one of our family even had leftovers! This is my go to place in Trinity for excellent service, fantastic selections and portions, and good tasting food all the time. Husband had the corned beef on rye with coleslaw. He enjoyed both. I had the Waldorf salad which was a work of art before I dug in. I was hungry and forgot to take its picture first. It was so big that I took half home for lunch the next day. Our family enjoyed the corned beef sandwich with slaw and fries (took half the sandwich home), the grilled cheese with ham, and the grilled cheese with a cup of lemon soup. Christo's is a lovely place to eat. It's a family restaurant which makes one feel like family. The good kind!

Great selection of breakfast dishes, including excellent Greek options. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is consistently pleasant, polite, and attentive. If you're visiting Trinity or the Tampa area, this place is definitely worth a stop.

Love this place. My sister came to visit from Texas and we tried Christo's on a Thursday, then Sunday my husband and I went back. They are very busy, but on top of refilling your coffee or tea. Everyone is very pleasant and helps each other out. I had 2 eggs, half ham and a waffle. The waffle was the best I've ever had. I can't wait to go back and try the lunch menu. I love they have the pledge of allegiance hanging up and American flags. I love the decor they have up.

Our server, Delilah was such a sweetheart. She made sure our service was top tier. She made sure to keep checking on us throughout our meal. The food was very delicious. You can tell they pour love into their food. The ambiance was very homey and very welcoming. I will definitely be a returning customer. 10/10

Nice little diner for breakfast or lunch. Menu has lots of options. We had the #16, which was two eggs prepared the way you like them, your choice of pancake or French toast, and your choice of sausage or bacon. The food came out hot & fresh with both the over-easy eggs & bacon cooked perfectly. To me, bacon has to be neither floppy or crunchy, but rather somewhere in between & that's exactly where it was. Service was quick & pleasant. The only knock on the whole visit was the guy at the register, apparently the owner's son, who quickly seated us while speaking Greek on his cellphone so not much of fa greeter for sure. When we were leaving he was nowhere to be found so a server came over to check us out. He eventually resurfaced as we were walking out the door, still speaking in Greek. I thought it unprofessional, maybe a tad rude. Hopefully this isn't the norm for him. I did deduct a star because of him.

Solid breakfast. Friendly people. Fast service. Was in the area visiting family and wanted something other than the hotel continental breakfast. Did a quick search on Yelp for breakfast and landed on Christo's. There wasn't a wait for my group of 4 on a Sunday morning. Not sure if we just got lucky or if this is the new normal for them during Covid. Either way, we were glad to be seated right away. The space is warm and inviting. There's table and booth seating. Their menu offers continental cuisine. My family ordered various items from coffee and hot chocolate to omelets and pancakes. Everyone enjoyed their meal and the portions were generous. We left very full and with leftovers!

Open air Marina view still the best seat around, watching the boats drift by. Only letdown: last visit we had dolphins putting on a show table-side. This time, nothing. I'll be speaking to management about their apparent failure to order dolphins for our table. Unacceptable. Location: Sunset Cove, below Seafire Grill on 19 South in New Port Richey.

Our party ordered salmon, fried shrimp, fish & chips and Caesar salad with grilled chicken. Our meals were filling, and what we couldn't eat came home with us! We are definitely returning for the fried shrimp!! We brought cake which Sarah expertly delivered to the table once we were done with dinner. The service was excellent as always, but I just was not thrilled with the food this time. We tried the crab eggrolls I think is what it was called. Maybe it was lobster. I don't know. I ate half of one and gave the rest to my friend. I tried the three pepper crab soup I could not finish. It did not like it at all. I had the standard fried fish platter with grouper, scallops, and shrimp. This was actually delicious and so was the sweet potato fries and the macaroni salad and I typically do not like macaroni salad at all, but this was delicious. I took home smoked salmon, fish spread, and a large container of the lobster bisque. The smoked salmon spread definitely had more cream cheese than fish not bad tasting just disappointed on the amount of cream cheese. First time I've had their lobster bisque and it will be the last time. This is more like a lobster soup. It has so many chunks of celery in it and I've never had a bisque with large celery chunks before it wasn't bad tasting necessarily, but when you're thinking you're about to eat some bisque and it taste like this it's quite disappointing. I don't think they use Sherry in this particular bisque.

The vibe is laid back with a happy local riverside feel. The bar area is on the right with most of the dining tables to the left. Our server, Joseph, is aces! He suggested the fried mozzarella planks, which sounded great but, seeing as this was Lady Liberty's day we went for a classic, fried pickles with a template sauce. Joseph definitely knows the menu! For entrees she picked the fried shrimp basket and I went with the Almost Island Style Grilled Chicken sandwich. (The pineapple is what did it.) As much as I loved my sandwich, next time I'll likely try the grouper, which he had recommended.* We also tried sides of French fries and potato salad. All was quite tasty! Chowder has to be made in advance. Thirty minutes after that, so an hour after we originally ordered, someone (the owner? another server? I don't know who.) said our food would be up soon. Our original server then came over to apologize and say that they hadn't even started our oysters, crab legs, or the Grouper platter at all. An hour later and they hadn't even started cooking?! It wasn't even that crowded. Surely shucking a dozen oysters doesn't take an hour?! We asked our server to cancel everything.
