First time dining at Toast of New Port Richey and was very impressed with everything!! Our server Karen was excellent!!! She helped with menu suggestions, was attentive to every need during my visit. Food was brought out hot and quickly!! Excellent flavors for the dishes I ordered!! Decor is very nice along with the entire restaurant was spotless which was nice to see!! Looking forward to visiting again soon to try some other items on the extensive menu selections they have!!

Solid but not amazing breakfast/lunch restaurant. We came in around 8:00 am on a Saturday so it was fairly empty. Ordered the pancake combo, which comes with two pancakes, eggs, and bacon. Then added some toast. Everything was solidly good, I was just kind of disappointed with the toast? To me, if you name your restaurant after a specific food item I feel like that item should be more than just basic toast. I was expecting some decently great bread. But maybe I'm just not understanding the concept? Anyway, get the pancakes. Those were the most delicious thing on the plate!

We some food and amazing special always on the board. The only reason is a 5 and not a 4 is because they don't answer the phones. Other than that the service is fenomenal and they stay pretty clean at all times.

Amazing food and service! Definitely our new favorite spot for Sunday mornings. Everything was delicious !

CUBAN Latte Hot Chocolate & Iced Tea

While visiting a friend in Tampa I found this beautiful gem, with topnotch customer service. We were seated as soon as we arrived and it was clean, to be so busy, on an early Sunday afternoon. Our waitress was the BEST. I believe her name is Ashley. I had to try the #CubanLatte 2 times! It was so good and strong like I expect. I also ordered French Toast plate and it was so good. They really know how to make sure you come back for more. I was stuffed the rest of the day.

What a great little spot! Hidden in a long strip mall, it would be easy to pass this place by, but don't! Clean & cute diner for breakfast or lunch. Service was pleasant & very good. We also felt that the prices were fair. Hubby had one of the three-egg omelette's that was on special. Really loved it! They had three special omelettes that change weekly. I had the Eggs Benny, which I really enjoyed. Instead of being weighed down by heavy sauce, they were served with a light hollandaise. We also ordered our home fries extra crispy & they were received that way! Crispy but not burnt. All around great experience!

Stopped here for breakfast because I was in the mood for some diner food. It seems they're known for their sandwiches/grilled cheese, but the breakfast menu is pretty standard. I ordered the Belgian waffles with eggs and sausage, as well as a Cuban coffee frappe. The food came out quickly and the waffles were huge and perfectly fluffy. The eggs and sausage were no frills but still tasty. The frappe definitely lived up to the name, it was VERY creamy and foamy. The coffee portion was really good, I almost wish there was a little bit more in it. Service was excellent, very friendly and attentive. I felt the prices were very reasonable. Overall I'd recommend and I'd like to come back to try their lunch menu and sandwiches

We went in about an hour before closing, and it was still pretty full, which is a pretty good sign I feel like. We got seated and served quickly, orders taken and drinks early. The food there is totally unique from what I was expecting, lots of different options for breakfast and lunch, a good amount of Mediterranean style foods which is really cool to see, rather than it being just another standard diner.

We were trying for another place that was closed down, and found this close by!! We were seated very quickly for a Monday morning (holiday)! Service was very quick and very attentive!! We chose the Cuban frappe...it was delicious! I'd like less foam and more coffee next time but it blended together eventually! I ordered the French Toast Sandwich which has Canadian bacon, Gruyère cheese. Onions and aioli and a side of Mediterranean fries! Wow! So yummy!! I will definitely visit again! There were so many things I wanted to try on the menu!!

Wow what a hidden gem, ignore all of the closed and vacant shopping lots. The food was very delicious and homemade. The prices were also very reasonable as well for a lot that you get. I loved this place. I love the small family owned business.

I really like the service here! Always attentive and moving with a determined sense of urgency while staying friendly is super rare these days. Combine that with the crush of breakfast feeders on a weekend morning and a limited amount of tables in a Supercute space and it's gotta be a tough job, so hats off to service here. Sadly I haven't eaten anything memorable or notable here at all and I've been quite a few times now. Combine that with the fact that you have the Broken Yolk not far down Grand, and even as ugly as it is, at prices half of these-it makes it hard to come back more than once a year when the other folks close for vacation.

Cute and cozy breakfast place off 54 in a strip mall. If you blink, you'd miss it. Fast service, trendy diner atmosphere, and the specials change all the time so there's always something new to try. No bar so don't think you're going to get a boozy brunch. This place is an old-school breakfast place with a modern avocado-toast feel. Parking is plentiful since you're in a strip mall. Booth and table seating available; and I'm pretty sure there were 2 or 3 outside seating options but it's on the sidewalk of the strip (not a patio). The owners made the most of the space they have but I highly suggest they expand. This place is too good to be that small.

FYI Good food, no substitutions, no military discount, no senior discount. And the waitress said let me count the ways he isn't the best.

Today, m husband and I FINALLY visited the corner restaurant right in Main St, and we are glad we did! Service was lovely. Everything looked, felt, and smelled clean- which says a lot after a weekend breakfast rush! I had lunch while my hubs had breakfast. Great and simple menus- something for everyone. The Patty melt and hand-cut fries were both perfectly cooked for me. Crispy bacon, thick waffle, and scrambled eggs for my lunch date- he was very happy! So glad we chose to pop in, and we will definitely be back- I want to try the biscuits and gravy next!

Someone else in our group ordered the same thing and had the same reaction. The biscuits were so thin and buried that they basically disappeared. Several people in our large group felt their food was subpar, which is disappointing because we used to really enjoy this place. I'm not sure if ownership or the menu has changed, but the quality definitely has. Unfortunately, this visit pretty much sealed the deal on us not returning.

Great find in New Port Richey. Decided to go based on recommendations from a few friends…read more Located in downtown NPR, near the Suncoast Theater. Sat at the bar, because we like the vibe there better. Super impressed with the bartender. Not only made great martinis, she's a certified sommelier and had great recommendations for wine pairing with food. Started off with some raw oysters. Prepared properly (separated from the bottom shell). Fresh and tasty. Next was the appetizer special, seafood mix salad on crispy potato bars. Interesting and tasty. Finally, we had the grilled octopus. Seriously some of the best I had. Nice and tender and grilled just right. Service was outstanding and attentive. Atmosphere was lively, without being noisy. Met a nice couple that go there every week for date night. It will be in our regular rotation of places to go.

Estuary -- downtown NPR…read more Nice clean, minimalist decor. The room is lively--read: noisy. Fine for a fun night out, maybe not ideal for a first date where conversation matters. So, no substitutions. The menu says so, the server will remind you, and honestly? It's a chef driven menu. Interesting background, too: Chef/owner James Renew spent 28 years training with chefs across Florida, Las Vegas, and Sydney before opening Estuary. Apparently, they've been voted among the best restaurants in the Tampa area two consecutive years running. It shows. We started with the crab beignets -- crispy, golden, and paired with a jalapeño aioli that managed to be interesting without setting your face on fire. Nicely done, though I wouldn't have minded a little more kick. The steak frites were the star of the show. The steak was cooked absolutely perfectly. The fries? Cooked in duck fat. DUCK FAT. Honestly, tasted like fries to me -- and a little underdone at that. Our waiter was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly proud of the place -- rightfully so. The Buffalo Trace Manhattan on the rocks was dangerously good. Drinks all around were solid. Total came to just over $100 for two before tip -- fair for this quality. Fair warning though -- they tack on a 3% credit card surcharge. Unnecessary and a little annoying at this price point. Nice higher end restaurant in the new downtown. Reasonable prices without being pretentious. We'll be back.
