First time visitor. Didn't know what it was. Looked it up online first and asked what kind of garbage ingredients is in their food items. There isn't any garbage! They are known for making same-day fresh batch chicken salad in various recipes, it's not typical commercial chicken salad that can stay on the shelf indefinitely and not spoil! It's actually as close to homemade as you can get there is salt in it they do use widely known brand of mayonnaise, Dukes. I'm very finicky about chicken salad because I hate it when it's swimming in mayonnaise and sloppy assembly techniques. This was so good. I would recommend it for anybody who needs a quick lunch. Can you want a meal that is gonna leave you feeling well for the rest of your day. The young man who took my order was so nice and polite and patient because I had never read the drive-through menu before. First time visitor. Pleasant experience. Will be back! I went over to Joey's Market on Monday and realized it wasn't open. It's quite a drive so I decided to salvage the trip and hit this place since I had heard good things. In the back of my mind I'm thinking chicken salad? Sounds kind of boring! This is what I discovered. The place was packed.. yes.. for chicken salad. I ordered the fancy and the jalapeno and they were both excellent. The business is kind of a model or at least it should be for what businesses should be like. You know, like Chick-fil-A, like Culver's. A very modern restaurant extremely clean, extremely organized, with a fairly simple, and very fresh menu. And a very caring staff. That were actually the best part of the visit. I can think of more exciting things to eat than chicken salad, the entire visit went so well I'm looking forward to going back. Stopped to get lunch for the drive home to Georgia. This Chicken Salad Chick still looks brand new. My husband went through the drive-thru to order his meal. I went inside to use the restroom and ordered my meal while I was in there. The space is clean, big and open. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available as well as parking. The masked staff was super friendly and helpful. My husband ordered two chicken salad sandwiches for him and my son. I ordered an egg salad for myself and an extra cookie because those cookies are the bomb. Both of us got a side of the grape salad, which is our favorite side at CSC. I tried this place for the first time today and it was amazing! The chicken salad was creamy, fresh, and flavorful. The cookie was impressive. The macaroni and cheese felt a little out of place after eating my croissant sandwich because it was just much heavier than the rest of the meal but it was still really good I just wouldn't get it again next time. Instead I would get the broccoli salad. As far as drinks I don't know if they had soda but the sweet tea and lemonade or both really refreshing and delicious. The restaurant had a overall healthy feeling and they had all of the calories for the menu items posted next to each item. We went to the drive-through and the service was super quick. Wednesday was a good day to visit this newly opened restaurant: BOGO free 8oz/16oz tubs of every imaginable chicken salad, a tasting station of every variety, a free photo booth for you & your "bestie" or group of best friends and family members. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. While we were ordering, our cashier apologized because no inside seating was available. But by the time our orders were taken, and mine was on its way out, a table was free. It was 83° outside, and she wanted us to be comfortable. After she cleaned the table, my food and my friend's food were delivered. We thoroughly enjoyed the variety, freshness, and taste of our lemon and basil, Old South, and the one with cheese & bacon. As we were eating, we noticed how loud it was. That was due to every table being occupied and everyone talking & enjoying themselves! The very first time I went, the young lady behind the counter showed me the taste test little area. She gave me pointers on the ones that she loved. Every single time I've been in since, I have been greeted and served very quick!! I love that ALL the tables are clean every time I go in (that even includes after a rush!!!) Upon entering, my friend, who'd never been at a CSC location got to try several different types of chicken salad before deciding what she wanted to eat. A Chicken Salad Chick location opened near me in Trinity. My first time in the drive thru an employee was outside taking orders because the speaker on the drive thru screen had broke. I wasn't sure what kind of chicken salad I wanted and free samples aren't something they offer here. Thus I purchased a small container of buffalo chicken for $7. It was smaller than I expected and gave me indigestion. I downloaded the chicken salad chick app to get reward points but the app wouldn't scan my receipt. The app did notify me multiple times a day of specials and the soup they were serving that day at the nearest store. Despite my initial impression, I decided to visit Chicken Salad Chick again. A special I seen on Facebook was a large chicken salad for $9.99. At the drive thru I asked for a large Classic Carol, It was smaller than the large container at Publix. I didn't think the Classic Carol tasted that great and the ingredients made me question what was in the chicken salad "all white meat, chicken" makes me think the all white meat part is most likely rib meat since it's common in cheap chicken breast. After ordering the Classic Carol I wanted to try the Oliva's old south. The employee said they don't sell single scoups and I would have to buy a meal to try it. I purchased the $8 meal and was able to get a second scoop of a different type of chicken salad in lieu of a side. Ultimately, I have mixed feeling about this establishment I want to like it but it's fast food disguised as a hip alternative. I was a little reserved about trying this out- chicken salad-I mean it's good but how can they make a business out of selling chicken salad. A friend of mine wanted to go there for lunch, I was down to give it a try. I walked in and it felt very homey. I was excited and relieved to learn they had a sample station so I could see the different options they had and find my favorites. Kathy was amazing and very helpful as she guided me through all the different chicken salad options. I ultimately opted for Fancy Nancy but Kickin K and Buffalo were a close second and third. I was also able to sample the soups, potato or broccoli cheddar-BOTH were delicious but that broccoli cheddar SO GOOD. In true fat kid fashion, I opted for the trio, getting my sandwich, broccoli cheddar, AND the grape salad. Those grapes are like dessert! The broccoli salad was also delicious-sampled that too but I was definitely feeling the grapes that day. I was very impressed with everything today! Options and portions were great, staff was friendly and helpful, prices were totally acceptable. What an excellent lunch! The service was great as always the only complaint I have is about our lettuce literally being dirty. I'm not sure if they just didn't wash the lettuce properly that day but I usually use the lettuce to make a wrap.I just feel like this could be an issue with all of the problems we have had in the past surrounding unsafe greens. Also don't get the fruit cup all the fruit is kinda mushy. This location just opened and they are doing a good job with new employees and processes. The food was properly prepared and we got what we ordered (that is not a given when a store first opens). I really like the variety of chicken salads available. You can select the chicken salad in a lump or on toasted bread. Most options come with a side such as broccoli salad, soup, or macaroni and cheese. The ingredients are fresh and delicious. I would recommend this place even though you do pay for the freshness. We LOVE chicken salad chick and so happy that there is new location! This CSC is our favorite one in the area. The staff is so friendly, it's never too busy or loud, and they have great outdoor tables made of some kind of durable plastic material (so kids don't get splinters). They have delicious healthy food that doesn't make you regret you meal after you've eaten it. My husband loves the buffalo chicken salad sandwich and I love the fancy Nancy chicken salad and fruity Fran. My four year old LOVES the grape salad (it's a side dish). They have a rewards app that you can download to earn delicious cookies, drinks, etc. the app also lets know when there are double points days, and other great promotions. We love stopping by here either on our way to or from the beach. They also have drive through window and you can order ahead online. How convenient! Enjoy! Covid-19 changes: Chicken salad chick now has triple points on take out tuesdays. Totally worth it! You can order ahead and they will bring it to your car or just order at the drive thru. We went Tuesday night for dinner and ordered at the drive thru. The staff was so friendly and our food was ready within 5 minutes. There was no line waiting to order. Unfortunately, we didn't realize this until most of the sandwich had been eaten. Hopefully there were no other mold growths that were consumed by us or any other customers. Had an awesome experience here. We were warmly greeted, and got to sample any chicken salad of the 12 different types they have. I must have sampled 7 or 8 and they were all really good. We ordered The Chick and made it a trio which comes with one scope or sandwhich, a soup or side, and then a 2nd scoop. My favorite so far was the cranberry kelly, but the other ones were all very very good too. I had a cup of tomato which was really good as well. They give you a yummy little iced cookie with your meal. The menu also has salads and yummy sides like the grape salad which has red and white grapes covered in sweet cream cheese mixture, and topped with crushed pecans and brown sugar. Give it a try, very good dessert like side. Rachael served us our food and was so smiley and polite and she answered all our questions. Pretty sharp for employees who are all new, so the training they do is obviously well done. I would recommend giving them a try if your nearby and hungry, you wont be dissapointed. read more

Terrible service. Don't get take-out or drive thru from this location - because your order will never be correct. We have tried this location 3 times and have never gotten the correct order. Today our order was taken by the manager, and still had issues. We mentioned that our order was incorrect the previous visit, but she was not at all concerned. And then she did not even bother to verify that todays order was correct, which it was not. After returning the meal and waiting for a replacement, she brought it out with no comment at all about our inconvenience. While standing at the counter we watched another staff member send out a grub hub delivery without the ordered drinks. Poor service is disappointing, but not taking responsibility for it is just bad business.
