Top notch Wawa on 54 in Odessa. The facility is always clean, there's plenty of space to fill your tank, and gas is always available. Food wise, for a gas station, they are well stocked, clean, and have a decent variety of options. I have only had their smoothies, as the one in the image attached to this review. It's very tasty and fresh, and the popping boba are sweet without being saccharine. Also delicious are their lattes! Oatmilk chai and oatmilk coffee both are tasty. The orders come out fast and accurate. The option to pay at a self service kiosk is a plus. read more

Things are building up so fast along SR 54 and this newer Wawa is just another example of that growth. I stopped on my way out of town to fill up the gas tank and the lot is clean and shiny new still. I ran inside for ice for my cooler and a drink and it was busy- but the cashier did a good job of keeping the line moving- one cashier! I was at the end of a 7 person deep line and didn't wait long at all. Oh- and you know I snagged a soft pretzel at checkout (I've mentioned I am a pretzel-a-holic before) Philadelphia is where my soft pretzel addiction was born, as well as myself~ and Wawa carries the ones that look like what I had as a child growing up! Each morning this location never has hot water or coffee ready at 7 am. It's ridiculous and the staff hates their jobs

So close to 5 stars. I love this Wawa. I've met two of the kindest employees recently. On one occasion, I was redeeming a free coffee reward on the Wawa app, and by the time I got to the cashier--an older gentleman--the offer had expired (Why does their app make the offer disappear? I hate that!), so I intended to pay full price which was only $2. But he said he could take care of it, and I was able to still receive it for free. The next time, I pre-ordered on the app and was waiting for my coffee and the kind lady making the iced drinks was so apologetic for my wait, even though I really didn't mind. So why not 5 stars? Well, not everyone is the friendliest here. Another cashier I had recently, a female, seemed annoyed that I was taking too long to redeem the reward on the app. Well, I had learned the first time, that the app only gives you a certain amount of time to redeem, so I didn't want to risk losing it like last time, so I did it right in front of her, which seemed to be wasting her time. And this is not so much about this location, but Wawa's app is weird with rewards. I don't get any notification when I have rewards, and when you click to redeem, it starts a countdown. You have to have the cashier scan it in time or it disappears. It doesn't even show up as Expired, Missed, etc. I have never seen a reward system work like that. Brand new WaWa just opened in Trinity area. We stopped here for gas so that we could fill up on our trip home from Georgia. The pumps were clean and neat, well swept. They worked quite well. We didn't go inside, but from the outside, the store looked clean and in good repair. read more

I purchased a propane tank (full). From a machine sitting outside this location. I got it home, attached to grill and gas was leaking from handle. Drove back to Wawa to exchange and was told they have no responsibility for the machine. I drove past two 7/11s to go to Wawa because of their customer service. They failed big time. They shouldn't have machine on their property without some responsibility. On the bright side Amerigas wait time for customer service was only 12 minutes read more

I used to come here all the time when I lived nearby, whenever I went on road trips I would always get food here and it was always great. They also have a lot of snacks that are hard to find in the area, I would recommend it if your driving bye read more

i work next door at Aldi , i paid $7.00 to get 2 and a half tenders , its either forget the sauce or mess up the tenders , lost my favorite lunch break location . im fed up with the terrible service read more

The people that work here are so nice. It may be a gas station, but the workers go above and beyond on the service. They have made pretzels for us when there were none, gave us a drink container when they saw we had a lot, helped my mom on their app. read more

Wawa, I love Wawa but this location always seems to disappoint. Coffee is always out and you need to wait on them to place the refill pots on the holder, The first time I ordered a buttered shorty, the problem is they don't know how to butter a roll. When you are having your coffee with a buttered roll you want butter from end to end not just the middle. The next time I ordered it I was able to watch them put the butter on a caught them doing the same thing. I had to ask them to spread the butter from one end to the other. I received a nasty look. The next trip in I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, tomato and cucumbers. When I went to pick it up I asked him to cut it in half for me, they told me know because he already placed it at the window. I said so and he said he is not allowed to bring it back of the counter once it is placed at the window. Mind you the sandwich was never touch except by him. The next time I bought some of the sizzlers and they were microwaved so long that they were hard as a rock and virtually in edible. That was on 3/04/21. I would have gone back for a refund but did not have time. I guess I will just gas up since it is close to my house but I am done with the food. So sad because they just started dinner meals.
