I try not to review gas stations, especially when I have yet to even walk inside its convenience…read morestore or use its attached carwash; however, this particular station has irked me one too many times. This section of Bruce B. Downs is a nice area, so something is amiss w/ this Shell Station. Do not stop here unless you wish to waste time and/or enjoy a view of trash. Last night was the straw that broke this woman's back. This used to be a quality station. However, owners and management have allowed it to fall into a state of disrepair. Not only is the lot dirty on almost every stop I've made over the last year (see trash pics from just my last two visits), but the gas pumps are beginning to repeatedly malfunction. They are outdated, slow functioning, & three times in the last few months I've had to move my vehicle to a second pump in order to fill the tank & complete the transaction. There's no excuse. I'm tired of wasting my time & tired of angrily talking to the pumps as patrons stare at me:) Although I like to use my Rewards card & save $.5 per gallon @ Shell stations, I will continue to try to avoid this particular station. Drive on past; there are clean & efficient Wawa & Mobile stations close by. Bad. Bad. Bad. This is a very BAD Shell Station, so bad that I shot Shell Corp an email. Ugh. (The following day Corporate contacted me to state that although this Shell is independently owned, it will reach out to the owner & request a correction.)

Okay, not my normal review but had to come here and say this - if you like pickles and/or ranch,…read moreRUN to Wawa for their dill pickle ranch pizza My husband and I love pickles and have had a pickle pizza at a brewery before and honestly, Wawa just about matched the deliciousness. The crust is like an in between thickness which was nice because there was enough crust for all the ranch, the sauce base is the dill pickle ranch, with a layer of cheese and a good amount of pickles on top. We got an extra side of the dill pickle ranch for dipping but almost unnecessary because the pizza itself had a generous amount of it as the base. Overall, I was very satisfied I wasn't sure what to expect because it could be a hit or miss but they 100% hit the mark on this one!

I'm gonna keep it simple, Wawa, please improve your Surveys so they better complement your staff…read moreand are quicker to complete. Ma Roslyn deserves the kudos here she did a great job with my smoothie order, and it would've been a shame not to fill out the survey/feedback because of how long it took to complete. Here's what I'd suggest: Make the survey faster , It took me longer to complete than it took for my order to be ready, and I almost walked out. Consider splitting it into two shorter sections Part 1: feedback about the staff Part 2: feedback related to the sweepstakes Keep it user-friendly, so customers can actually finish without feeling the lag at a fast food/ busy gas station and leaving discouraged. Quick question: would you be able to update the survey so customers can complete it quickly and still participate in the sweepstakes? Thanks!
