Whenever you come to this location there is a problem with the pumps. I don't mind walking in and paying. What I do mind is that they never put up a sign. So , you go from pump to pump thinking it's your card or the a specific pump. You go inside and it is all the pumps. A sign. A sign would be good. read more

Great customer service!! Today I experienced poor customer service at another gas station that wasn't busy at all (Gate). After the incident, I drove a short ways to RaceTrak where not only was the cashier swamped, she handled it like a professional! She got the line moving - all with a smile. They were down to one register and the line was at least 6 deep when I arrived. There are lots of options on this area. I'll be frequenting RaceTrak from now on. Keep up the great work!! read more

RaceTrac has ignoramuses as managers. Terminate Lettie and provide my fuel final sale receipt. Approx. 2:15 a.m., June 14, 2022, store # 2390, 27140 SR 56, Lettie was told that fuel pump 16 didn't print the final sale receipt of $40. Frustrated that she couldn't print out the receipt, she ordered me to leave the store. I demanded my receipt, and she then called me " nigger" , and screamed profanities about my deceased mother. A customer put his hands on me, to push me back, I told the customer if he didn't get his hands off of me, I would report the assault to the police. Lettie then stated she would falsely report an assault by me to the police. I left the store without a final sales receipt. I emailed the corporate website and to no avail I have no receipt. RaceTrac is racist, and gives poor customer care. read more

Went to racetrac tonight and planned on buying a good amount of stuff so I brought my backpack. The previous night I had showed up at 3 am and was told they only sell alcohol until 2 am so I left and came back the following night. Was buying a lot of drinks to prepare for the week so I put them in my bag. One of the two night shift workers came in while I was deciding on how many I could afford and told me I can't keep product in my bag to prevent stealing, I was apologetic and immediately took them out of my bag infront of her while I continued to figure out just how many I had the money for. I stepped out of the alcohol cooler to get better internet connection and was immediately told by the second night shift worker that I had to leave because I was stealing even though I instantly complied with the first worker. I asked him why I was being kicked out of the store and all he could say is that I was taking too long so I had to leave. They were incredibly rude and disrespectful to me when all I wanted was to pay for some drinks. I was accused of stealing just because I didn't want to carry 12+ drinks to the cash register by hand, and when asked to take them out of my bag I immediately did. The day time workers are incredibly friendly and nice but these night workers need to go. They cost your business a high paying and regular customer. I even told them I would pay for all of the drinks right there and they refused my business and insulted me by calling me a thief. It is dissapointing that such a big company keeps people like this around. read more

Pay at pump and as usual no receipt at the pump. Just like going to a gas station in the Ghetto. Once inside you deal with a line of people who need receipts as well and deal with the slow help. IF YOU CAN AVOID THIS STATION. Unless you like being treated like a P.O.S. then you will enjoy it. read more

Please fix your card readers at the pump. I love the convenient location of this gas station but in the morning rush when your pump card readers don't work it makes you late by 5 minutes waiting in line and trying to estimate your gas cost. I've overpaid many times because of this. read more

Good morning all, we have just taken our car to Toyota of Wesley Chapel, to find out why the car would not start. After being at Toyota in the service department, we found out, there was water in our fuel. We bought the fuel on December 13th at this Racetrack in Wesley Chapel, Florida. As of right now, Toyota is charging us over $ 1000.00 dollars to remove the fuel tank, remove the gas, change the fuel filter, spark plugs and do a fuel injection service. We also have lost a half of days work due to this. To everyone who bought regular gas that day beware of your cars performance. I like this Racetrac but not this much. More to follow on results and finding from Toyota. For this post I can only give a 1 star because of the gas problem, the rest of the service and people are great. read more
