The space was smaller than I expected and really busy during weekday lunch. Lots of people studying inside, and almost everyone seemed to have a matcha latte. I ordered the matcha ube latte and omg, it was one of the best matchas I've had. The ube flavor paired so well with the matcha without overpowering it. It was perfectly sweetened while still keeping that strong matcha flavor. Super creamy, smooth, and not watered down at all. Definitely lived up to the hype and I'd absolutely come back.

You truly can taste the passion for excellence in every bite. It's right there in The Krate, off I-75 at SR 54 in Wesley Chapel. There are limited parking spots along the street out front and ample parking just steps away. The adorable little shop has only one or two tables inside but there are several cute outdoor tables. When I walked in, around 9am on a weekday, it was so bright and cheerful inside. The woman who took my order was very nice and made good recommendations. I ordered the gorgeous croissant a l'emmental and a beautiful berry pastry. I wish I could tell you I ate one there and took the other home for the next day. But that's not what happened! I got to the car with the second one and savored the whole thing right there. I just couldn't pass up the opportunity to enjoy both of them popping fresh.
