Convenient for you new Tampa Outlet Mall shoppers. If you get out from the south(Tampa, St. Pete), go right to get to Gate. Besides gas, there are milkshakes, frozen yogurt, and the usual gas station, convenience store fare, (snacks, coffee, refreshments, etc.. You will see another gas station when you turn right. Gate will most likely be cheaper. Once you are done, and want to head back to the Outlet mall, take a right. Outlet mall will be on your left. If you want to go to Wiregrass, turn left! read more

This is probably not going to be the most exciting review you've ever read. It's a gas station. They have gas. Lots of it. Or at least enough of it the fill my car every time I come here. What I will say is that the place is always very well lit and the people are really nice that work here. That's pretty important if you travel really early or late when it's dark out. Gas stations can tend to get a bit seedy late at night but I've never had that issue here. I've always felt safe. The bathrooms are also very clean if that's your thing too. I mean, I wouldn't eat off the floor or anything. But I would fee comfortable leaving the hazmat suit in the car on this one!! read more

Today I experienced poor customer service at this location and I must say it's typically not the case. But, if it happened to me, it might happen again. I got the register the associate, Joshua(spelled different) was there. No one was in line. I approached and let him know I was turning in lottery tickets and purchasing more. He took a deep sigh like he didn't want to be bothered and took the tickets. He moved over to the lotto machine still annoyed or what ever he was feeling; the opposite of helpful, welcoming or what we've come to expect has good customer service. He began scanning my tickets and stopped. He asked he he could take the person behind me. When I asked why, he said the person only had one item. Since I was already standing there in process, I didn't see how stopping my transaction would he beneficial. I asked for my tickets back and drove to the RaceTrak where not only was the cashier swamped, she handled it like a professional! She got the line moving all with a smile. They were down to one register and the line was at least 6 deep when I arrived. There are lots of options on this area. I'll be frequenting RaceTrak from now on. read more

Interesting event today. The fuel pumps don't take payment. You have to go in a pre pay. Pumps stop at 55 before the best dollar. It just seemed strange to stop so early. As it's pumping and showing it on the pump. I pull the nozzle out to check it. It's barely dripping fuel but tell me it's giving me fuel. Big fraud. Fraud fraud. I did speak to the GM. He apologized for what happened. I showed him and he was not sure how that was happening. He immediately shut off that pump and offered me a discount. GM did the right thing. State of Florida. I have family in the Wesley Chapel area so I find myself there at least once a month and I usually stop at Gate Petroleum before jumping on 75N to head home. This is a very convenient gas station that is located close to the highway and also close to shopping centers as well. The location has a lot of pumps which is really nice. I also think that gas is always a little cheaper here than other places to get gas. When you walk in they have a Men's restroom to the right and a Women's restroom to the left. In the back they have a lot of different places to get drinks in the soda machines. They have different cup sizes that you can choose from. They have a hot bar with rolling stations for you to get a hotdog or something in that nature. They also have a place where you can get frozen yogurt and add toppings onto that as well. I really enjoy stopping here and getting stuff from this gas station! I will for sure be back! read more

I don't travel to Wesley Chapel often, but when I do, I try to make sure I need gas for my car because seriously...these are the fastest gas pumps EVAH! It's the simple things that amuse me in life... Store is fairly new, clean, and most importantly, the restrooms are clean! There is a nice variety of convenience store staples, candy, etc. Store is well lit and there is plenty of parking. The staff is also very friendly! read more

My fiance and I took the wrong exit and ended up pulling over at this gate to get ourselves back on track. I used the rest room and he made a purchase. I found him outside afterward, looking upset. He said he watched the associate greet and interact cordially with the people in front of him in line. When he got to the front, the associate was rude and brash with him, when my partner asked how he was doing this associate flat out ignored him. I have never made a racially based complaint in my life, online or in person... but this associate, as well as the other customers were white and my partner is African american and young looking. TO the management: bigotry looses customers, check your employees. If the associate I am describing is management: SHAME ON YOU. At least be an a**hole to everyone as to make your prejudice less blatant. read more

I need the number to corporate at 9:30 am 12/15/17 please review the cameras as a YOUNG ETHNIC FEMALE WAS NOT SERVED BY A WHITE FEMALE (POSSIBLE NAME TANYA)as she stood in front of the register literally the only person who went over to that register. As I read the paper and she continuously called me and not her I was at an entire different register in np hurry reading my paper leisurely i did not evn turn around or go to her register but she kept calling to take other people and she was right there. The lady offered no apology and when the lady got behind me inline at a register being serviced by a black male who works at gate the gas station and as she explained as I saw that she was not served by the white female behind the second register he didn't offer no apology no concern no customer service I really really am so sad to see this from Gate Gas Station they're usually so good at customer service and hiring employees and managers that service everybody when did this start and something has to be done. I live not too far away and purposely come here to read my paper and then get the receipt after my gas is pumped however I see this young lady who was not serviced she works at multiple facilities in Wesley Chapel and volunteers with our kids camps and she's the sweetest woman you know this just isn't right it's not right at all and I will go ahead and go down the road to the next light to a different gas station from here on out until this is responded to or fixed these people need some type of reprimand you can check your cameras and see just what I'm talking about around 9:30 a.m. on December 15th.
