I am ready to switch all my scripts to the Odessa location. Last few times in drive thru, was told to come back in 2 hours. 3 hours later, still not filled. Unreal! Matthew, the pharmacist is great, but it clearly is too busy here to get meds timely. My meds were sent yesterday morning by the doctor and are still not ready today. Grrr.

I know which stores have pharmacies open until 10 and that the nearest 24-Hour pharmacy at this time is in Sun City Center. Somehow, though, I'd been unaware of this nearby Walgreen's whose pharmacy is open until 9 PM. The folks here were very easy to work with and made sure my mom got the meds she urgently needed. I regret I didn't get the names of the folks who helped me, but I plan to go by there and get them so I can update this review and praise them. Regardless, I walked away with a sense that it's a well-run operation and you'd get great service from others here as well.

When I asked the driver where the rest of my order was, he said, I don't speak English". Obviously he did as he knew what I said and answered me in English. So another call to customer service, with another wait. I'm told the rest of my order was at Store 28115 in Wesley Chapel. I called there and the woman, Rodriguez (I think she said, who kept calling me "hon"), said this store doesn't deliver and that I would have to come and pick up the order. I then asked to speak to the manager, and Jacob came on the phone. Another frustrating conversation. Obviously your employees do not know what service you provide. Jason said, the woman meant she doesn't deliver! Back to Walmart and Amazon, for dependable deliveries and service.

You are obviously doing something wrong here. I've gone to CVS in Target for years and years and I've never waited more than 5 minutes. If someone is in the drive through and you can't fill their order in a timely manner we, have them move up so the next person can get their prescription! Maybe a line for drop offs and one for just pickups? I should not have to wait 30+ minutes to pick up a prescription that is ready. They did offer to re-do my meds on a rush order but I would be charged till I brought in the meds that they mistakenly mailed, which, UPS failed to deliver to me. So, I was required to go to a UPS store, pick up the heat damaged meds, and return them to this pharmacy. I'm the customer, right?
