Awe....Ful! Awful customer service. It took two associates and a manager name Wanda?... Who I had to ask for her name since she didn't even have a name tag on and she was the manager on duty. And they could still not get the cash register to give a refund. I was told that it was my fault , somehow, even though they could not figure out how to run the machine. The only option I had was a credit. Don't buy here ! very rude! The manager was cursing at me under her breath and said to the associate next to her that it was better her than not the associate :(()$&@$;??!! Right in front of me how rude. The only thing I was complaining about was standing there and being passed up by other people that had easy transactions. Very rude! read more

My bestie LOVES CVS and swears by the coupons and deals....so I tried when visiting yesterday, however don't feel the same. I mean, yea I think I got some good deals on some of the items but since this was my first time shopping here I didn't have all the ECB's that she speaks of as you continue to accrue them over time w/shopping. The store was empty when we arrived. Made our way through the aisles looking for the items on our shopping lists. The selections were very limited and pricing seems quite a bit higher than other places. I had a coupon for a free Glad plug in and when trying to redeem it, the cashier told me that it was only up to a value of $2.98 which the item I was trying to redeem the coupon for was the item actually pictured on the coupon. She advised that it's $5.98 so she cold take the $2.98 value off the price but I'd have to pay the difference. What, seriously. Why are your prices so much higher than other places!? When I got home, I looked the same exact product up at Walmart and Target and yep, it's valued at $2.98. I dumbly ended up redeeming the coupon at CVS so I paid the difference since I didn't feel like going to another store for it, however looking back, I should've just waited and redeemed at the stores I typically shop at. Not sure if I'll come back here....it's back to the store that I just prefer not to go to. I'd rather shop at Walgreens for my pharmacy needs. In fact, Walgreens has the rewards program as well and has started offering very good deals. While in CVS last night, I also noticed that their pharmacy was closed -- it was only around 8PM so that surprised me since Walgreens pharmacy is open until 9PM. read more

Awful, awful customer service, definitely should have another lane if you are going to do a COVID test that will take 15+ minutes. About 7 cars left the drive through because of the wait, the drive thru is supposed to be for people on the go. Just as fast as going inside to be honest. read more

Cashier looked at my ID and then told me I look like Napoleon Dynamite.........wonderful.....unfortunately, this is not the first time I heard that... I told her, "You know, there's like a boat-load of gangs at [my] school. This one gang kept wanting me to join because I'm pretty good with a bow staff." I also want to know, WHAT THE HECK IS UP WITH CASHIERS IN THIS AREA!!! Both here and at the Walgreens across the street, I have been heckled by the cashiers. Both were cashiers I had never seen before. It would be one thing if I had been in and purchased things from them on 3 or more previous occasions, but on my irst occasion, it completely boggles my mind!!! Not going to let it effect my review because it is the truth, and I am not scared of the truth, I do look like Napoleon Dynamite (IN MY ID PHOTO)!!! Nevertheless, I like CVS more than I like Walgreens. But oddly, this CVS and the Walgreens across the street are completely tied. Neither one is better than the other. They are completely equal. They are equal on selection, customer service, ease of access. Being at both of them recently, there is not one thing I can find that the other does better. I guess what it should boil down to is this: what direction are you going. If you are headed north, stop at CVS, it is on the right side of the road. If you are headed south, stop at Walgreens, it is on the right side of the road. That is what I will be doing from now on. There are many other corners "infected" with both a CVS and a Walgreens, and even if it is on the wrong side of the road, I almost always choose the CVS. My general rule does not apply here. These are the two closest drug stores to my apartment. When I leave here I usually head south and then I head north to get home, so I will surely be frequently both this CVS and the Walgreens across the street a lot in days to come. read more

Probably the filthiest Pharmacy I have ever been in. What's worse, I have brought the issue to the attention of the Pharmacist, Management, CVS Corporate, and even the CEO's office. I've had consistently - good experiences here,that I decided to review it. I was tired of the level of service I received from walgreens, so I have been going to cvs for quite a while. I had to drop off a ton of scripts after visiting the doctor. The pharmacist was prompt and friendly,processing my scripts with urgency. The other pharmacy tech was very caring and compassionate, and I actually felt like she cared..like it was more than a job to her. It really meant alot to me. read more

This pharmacy is run by an inflexible pharmacist and thoroughly incompetent staff. I am going to have find another one.

I have used CVS for years. My youngest son has Down Syndrome, and his health care changed to Children's Medical Services. He got bronchitis in both lungs and the doctor called 3 scripts into CVS. The doctor's office had not issue finding his new insurance information in their computer system. I called manager Mike Ghobrial to give him my new ID number and claim phone number. He was so rude. He said he needed 4 different ID numbers - an RX Group#, and RS Bin #, and RX PCN #, AND an RX ID# or he would not even look for my son's information. When I told him that my son was having difficultly breathing, and that I had other identifying numbers, he could have cared less. So I'm now cash paying even though I have coverage because MIKE GHOBRIAL does not care to spend more than 2 seconds trying to find coverage. When I called back, I would hear him answer, and then disconnect my call. Laura finally answered my call and filled his scripts for CASH pay since she seemed to care if my son could breathe or not - and she told me how to get my money back from CVS. I have been a loyal CVS customer for some years and through many moves (Texas, Ft. Walton Beach, Virginia, etc). Right after our most recent move, whithin Tampa, i switched all my prescriptions to this CVS which was closest to us. What a dissapointment when it soon became obvious that they do not have the same standards as many other CVS pharmacies when it comes to customer service. My first incident occured when i waited over an hour after the time i was instructed my meds would be filled. I understand things can happen, but no apology for the delay and an attitude when i pointed this out...not acceptable. I decided to give it one more chance and it turned out to be a mistake. I contacted the pharmacy and requested they contact my Dr for refills, as per policy, and after not hearing anything for a couple of days i called and was told they had not heard back from my dr. I contacted my dr's nurse and they had not received any refill requests. Back to CVS and this time i asked them to verify my dr's fax, the pharmacy tech just rattled off "yes, yes, we got it" as though i was bothering him. After MANY frustrating calls back and forth it became obvious, nearly a week later, that they were faxing the request to a previous fax# that should have not been on current file. Good customer service is very important to me and as it is imperative that i not delay any of my meds, i have once again transferred back to our previous CVS on Hillsborough ave. It is a long drive but well worth it for dependable, friendly, and knowledgeable service. read more
