Brad, the pharmacist at Palma Ceia Health Mart Pharmacy, DOES. Brad knows my whole family now. He will move heaven and earth to make sure we have what we need. I cannot express how many times he has been there for us ... to help us get refills, to answer questions, and even to make sure we get the best price on prescriptions! Who does that these days? Brad does. I can't believe I haven't written a review before now. I have been using Palma Ceia Health Mart Pharmacy for six years or so. My loyalty was reinforced when, unfortunately, I had to visit CVS a year ago to get a prescription for my mother. It was practically a fulltime job to stay on top of them to get what she needed. It took days and multiple visits and phone calls. They were horrible! After that, I immediately moved all of her prescriptions to Palma Ceia where Brad cares about my mom as though she were his own! You will never regret moving your prescriptions to a local business with this level of service -- a level of service that you thought only existed back in "the good old days." You'll be blown away.

So, I was required to go to a UPS store, pick up the heat damaged meds, and return them to this pharmacy. I'm the customer, right? I had heard about a small local pharmacy call Pharma-Ville from a friend and decided to try them out especially after dealing with the BS from the larger chains (prescription not ready or not in stock or insurance issues). This was not the case with Pharma-Ville, I left urgent care and went straight there for my meds to be waiting on me (literally not even 20 mins after leaving urgent care). Lo and behold, no pharmacies seem to keep it in stock, but the kind staff member at Memorial Family Pharmacy immediately ordered it for me and said that it would be ready for purchase and pick-up anytime after 10 a.m. the next morning. I arrived shortly after 10 a.m. today and paid a very cheap price of $7.99 for a large tube of the highly coveted cream (trust me when I say that specialty creams do NOT generally run this cheap). While paying for my purchase, the female staff member helping me was a great listener (I am not afraid to share my health story because you never know who you might meet. One positive interaction could change your life forever). She was very patient and seemed genuinely concerned about my health condition. Not only did she take the time to listen to my symptoms, she even recommended a prescription strength cream that could help provide even more relief! This pharmacy is not located in an area that I tend to cruise around often, but this visit was 100% worth the trip. The staff here was incredibly kind and helpful, and if they do not carry something in-house, it was evident to me that they will go above and beyond to obtain the product/medication that you are in need of! Well I called my insurance and sure enough they never bothered to call it through them. She underestimated me because I know the system. My husband is a physician.
