I have a love hate relationship with this place. IDK what the deal is with the sheer volume of pharmacy demand, but I feel bad for this part of the store. They are constantly slammed. It's the kind of location that you have to strategize getting in and out of, when to go, etx & the pharmacy closes for about an hour around lunchtime so they can eat and take a break. Drove through to pick up one prescription on Wed. 9/24/2025. Kristen at the drive through said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I asked if she could double check since I was pretty sure that it should have been ready by then. She looked at the computer again and said "it will be ready in 20 minutes". Two minutes after I left I received notification that it was ready. Apparently going to ask the pharmacist / checking on the prescription was not within Kristen's job description. How sad!! Terrible customer service!! We are in the process of looking for a new pharmacy. read more

We were staying in SoHo for the weekend and decided to pop in to CVS while we were on our walk around the area. The store is very big, with a large variety of items. The back 2/3 of the store are clean, organized and very nice. The front 1/3....is chaotic. I'm not sure if it's from the weird layout of the registers, the bustle of a lot of people in a small area, or the products being placed more closely, like smaller aisles. I suspect it was all of these factors working together to make me feel overwhelmed and off. We were able to find everything we needed and the woman at the check out was very nice and polite. But the self checkout area was so nearby and full of people it just all felt very crammed in. If you need something, you'll probably find it, but you'll be excited to get back outside after the chaos of the front area. read more

Received a flu shot in early Jan at this location and was told over and over it was FREE. Then i receive a bill from my insurance company for $85. Complete bait and switch. Spent 3hrs on phone with customer service and they refused to waive the charge and went as far to say "we don't care if you stay our customer as we have more than enough customers". Needless to say I will never step foot in a CVS again after that comment. Was a customer since early 1990's. Avoid this location at all costs read more

pharmacy either is understaffed or the staff couldn't care less about efficient service. I sat in the pharmacy drive through pick up line for over half an hour just trying to pick up a prescription. either way the service is absolutely horrid and they should be embarrassed read more

The service is ALWAYS AWFUL! Now they just let every call go to voicemail because they're so "busy" I called 5 separate times to speak to a pharmacist about a medication and was never able to get through. Awful service. Seriously, do better. Rehire everyone. Answer your phones. read more

Why am I not shocked that this place has 2 stars? Lol I came in here to get some snacks and use the restroom on my road trip. When I asked if they had a restroom, they said it was "down for maintenance" but the girl seemed like she didn't want to be bothered - like I was interrupting her conversation. Then I went to buy snacks and went I went to the register - 3 of the cashiers were all talking. They told me I could purchase at the self checkout. It felt dismissive and rude - like I was bothering them. Definitely not a great location and I don't plan to intentionally come inside again. read more

Do not use this pharmacy!! I picked up my prescription on July 22 for 60 pills (30 day supply). When I got home, I opened the bag and realized there were only 30 pills in the bottle. I immediately went back to CVS and spoke to the pharmacy manager. They noticed that all of the safe guards hadn't been followed (the pill count wasn't circled on the order form). She spoke to the pharmacist who says they remember counting 60, so she checked the cameras...except that the placement of the cameras doesn't capture where they actually count the pills. She then said that she'd have to open an investigation, but would call my Doctor for another refill. 30 days and several voicemails later and I haven't heard a word. My doctor said they were never contacted for a refill. So now, I've run out of my prescription, while I already paid for the full 60 and can't even get someone to call me back. I have submitted a complaint through Florida Health Consumer Services. read more

MEDICATION MISLABELED - I was given two bottles with the same labels but different pills inside. This not only delayed me getting my post-op meds, but COULD have been a very dangerous mistake if I hadn't caught it myself before taking any of them. I had to return to the pharmacy the next day to get them to straighten it out and thpharmacist acted like it was no big deal. Horrible. read more

If I could give this pharmacy negative stars I would. Every single time I need a prescription there is some kind of struggle. Today I went to pick up an antibiotic. No one else in the drive thru. A single customer inside. It takes a full 30 minutes to get any kind of service. Consistently the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Let me assure you that the pharmacists are great. They are helpful and knowledgeable. It's unfortunate that the negligence of the rest of the staff well outweighs their excellence. read more

Convenient and friendly. Some decent sales but too many but 1 get ine half off on stuff I don't want two of. Plenty of parking. Redbox. Candy and snacks. Seasonal items. Service animals like my lil pizza crust eater welcomed. read more

I have been using CVS as my drugstore for over 20 years. I shop here 2-3x a week. I broke my leg and purchased a cast boot that was the wrong size. I have come back to the store 3x to return it with different forms of ID. I don't have a drivers license and my passport is an acceptable form of Id you won't accept. On top of that the cashier went to get the manager and the manager came out of the office eating a candy bar and continued to eat it while explaining they have to scan a bar code. Further more I didn't know I needed my receipt for a store credit. I assumed purchasing on my CVS card was enough. What a shame I own multiple restaurants on Howard Ave and would never treat a customer like that. 1 read more

I came in for a few things and when i went to checkout the self check out line was quite long. Two young girls in the front with someone else walking the floor. They refused to check me out at the register. Didn't even look at me just said self check out is open then continued in with their conversation. The evening of 12/12 Disgusting people. read more

I got a text saying my prescription was ready with a link. I clicked the link and got a 404 not found page. So I called the pharmacy and the person who answered said they would deliver my prescription today. A few hours later I went to check and this person never changed the order to delivery'. I called back and after being on hold for 25 minutes never spoke to a person. They are understaffed and every time I go in person I wait like 40 min and these are during the workday so I can't even imagine weeknights and weekends. This is clearly a corporate problem because they need more employees. I will be transferring my prescriptions to a different pharmacy now that I have had 2 or 3 of these similar terrible experiences. read more

Worst pharmacy ever! I dropped off an Rx and was told it would be ready within an hour. Went back 3 hrs later and told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. Came back over 2 hrs later, still not ready! Another "it will be ready in 10 - 15 min". Phone is blowing up with calls. Understaffed and horrible service! I'm transferring my Rx ASAP. read more

"That's out of stock." If you have a prescription that needs to be filled on time, this is not the place to do it. If you have a prescription that it would be dangerous to suddenly stop taking, only to start again a couple of weeks later, don't go here. There is a whole medicolegal nightmare surrounding how much of which medications a pharmacy can carry that the staff at this CVS have absolutely no control over--and the pharmacy staff here are very friendly, helpful, and competent. However, this CVS is notorious among local physicians as being incapable of filling prescriptions in a timely manner, so much so that at a recent doctor's appointment I was warned away from listing them as my preferred pharmacy. Before I was able to change to Publix, I would have to visit this place 5-6 times on my way to work over the course of a couple weeks before I was able to catch them with anything in stock. If you absolutely have to use this CVS, bring a paper script so you can try again someplace else. read more

This place has such a lack of decency and customer service. I had two wisdom teeth removed and tried calling to check in on my medications because I am in unbearable pain. They kept me and my boyfriend on hold for 40+ minutes and then hung up with no explanation. I absolutely will no longer go here for my medications. ZERO RESPECT FOR THOSE IN PAIN. read more

Staff are complacent and lazy. Store manager, Matthew (or so he proclaimed) is beyond unprofessional, wears mask below chin if wearing one at all and is as lazy as they come. Front cashiers and Matthew tell customers to use self checkout kiosks of which I've never once seen an employee wipe down in between customer use nor are they available if ID verification is needed. It's a shame there isn't another CVS closer with up to par customer service. read more

I'm isolating because i have Covid and needed to get my script delivered. I paid extra for same day and no one showed up. The next day i called to resolve the issue and spoke with the rudest lady working the pharmacy, she immediately started throwing everyone else under the bus, lied to me repeatedly, and did not want to help resolve the issue. read more

Worst CVS I've ever been to. Showed up at 3:40 to pick up a prescription. They had to update my insurance so they said it would be 5 minutes because they had to change the labels. They said they would call my name when it was ready. I was there waiting until 4:10 when I decided to finally leave. I will not be returning to this CVS. Very disappointed. Was always very loyal to CVS but this one turned me off. read more
