The pharmacy is now clean, hardly has a wait, the correct prescriptions ready on time.... I realize this is something you think is bare minimum but in the past I'd never had all 4 of my Rx ready same day even when I got alerts saying they're rre ready and filled, once I had the same medication in 2 bottles with different labels so missing the other medication, long wait times and horrific staff attitude I used to trade errands with my husband and have him pick up for me it was so painful to come and now its 10% different. It's an easy and pleasant experience. Funny enough the pharmacy has become wonderful and the overall store experience outside the pharmacy has gone down some. Exploded sodas with soda mist and liquid in the refrigerators, about 70% of thing stocked in the right place or stocked at all behind the new digital doors over for drinks and frozen sections a lot of the store just seems to have empty shelves (not sure if they just just selling out fast all the time or just not getting inventory to the floor) and typically has a 5-10 minute wait at the front checkout if you want something extra. However my reason I go here I for the pharmacy only, I don't stop by here when I need anything else outside of my pickups so bc of those visits being radically different so on the rare occasion I do get other things at the front I just know I need to plan for an additional 15 minutes at the front to checkout ‍ Thank you pharmacy team- super appreciative of it being an easier, friendlier and super efficient and pleasant experience.

this pharmacy was godsent to me! i just could not believe how professional and thorough they were…read more filling a controlled drug, alone is a challenge. my normal home pharmacy is cvs all the way in carrollwood where i reside. cvs did not have this particular medication in stock there, so i must of went to atleast 5 more cvs locations, each i was told they didn't have this in stock. my dr. even ok-ed it a week early because i am heading on a 3 week vacation. i called my insurance company to confirm they will cover a vacation supply, and they even confirmed it was ok. my main issue now, was finding a pharmacy that will fill it. there was no way i would be able to go on my trip if i didn't have my meds. i was beginning to panic and was riddled with anxiety. a small mom and pops pharmacist told me that places lie and say they don't have something in stock as an excuse to not fill. he said my issue was that my dr. was in pinellas and i lived in carrollwood/ tampa area, but i was in brandon. he said that the dea looks at those things. he said he would love to fill it but didn't want the red flag given that it is a narcotic and they are buckling down in florida with that epidemic we are battling on opiates and addiction and overdose. plus, i am trying to fill a week early for my vacation. plus, many pharmacies don't carry controlled drugs in stock, so they would have to order that and it takes 3 days or so. plus, another pharmacist mentioned that they would not fill just a pain medication prescription. i was like well, that is all i had to fill at this time. then another said if i transferred all my previous prescriptions from my home pharmacy over, they said atleast 7 presciptions, then they would fill it. when i was about to lose my mind, i said ok, fine, let's do that, let me write all of them down. then they changed their minds for some reason. they didn't expect me to actually have 7 ready to be filled. lol.... so, i had several factors against me. i remember bill's pharmacy helped me out before after a surgery. they were very quick and accommodating. i really didn't expect this time would be an easy feat. the lady said she would have them run it and let me know via phone call if they are able to fill it and that it will take about 15-30 minutes. i said ok, and waited in the car due to the other pandemic corona virus! i was in a state of disbelief and pure shock to get the call only 5 minutes later. i go inside prepared to get turned down, but instead it was actually filled and i was utterly speechless and very, very grateful!!!!! very quick, efficient, hospitable, happy, kind, the place always has good vibes! thank you bill! you never let me down. now, i am on my way to the beach for 3 weeks with family and you all made that possible!!!! thank you! #blessed

On my latest visit, I wasn't even shopping for anything specific, but I spotted two coffee mugs on sale in my favorite color, green! Even better, I was able to use my Walgreens Rewards, and both mugs ended up costing me just $4. I love finding little unexpected deals like that. Between the easy prescription pickup, kind staff, and great sales, this Walgreens is always worth the stop.

I am here now and my prescription I called about 2 days ago for the 2nd time still isn't ready. when I asked how quick it could be ready Sydney said 15 mins and when I go to walk away she said an hour and I asked is it an hour or 15 mins and the tech's response was "the longer I have a discourse with you the longer it will take" I'm sorry excuse me, this is the 3rd time I've tried to pick up this prescription. then she said it's in a timed delay safe. She just kept coming up with excuses, until I finally asked her to check with the pharmacist and then all of sudden no time delayed safe came into play and they are filling it now. It was filled in less than 5 mins and when I was called back up Sydney did not apologize for the inconvenience or confusion, just said "driver's license" , wouldn't even hand my my id back to me or my receipt and just walked away even after I said thank you. I told her have a good day and walked away. I just don't get it, if you don't want to give customer service get into a different field. Just for the record, I never raised my voice or was rude just wanted a correct answer and for the confusion to be fixed. a simple apology and saying let me look into this right now.
