The communication between the pharmacy and the customer is an A+ and before they distribute the medication to you they always run it through other systems to make sure you're getting the cheapest price even if you have private insurance! Never a long wait time for telephone would recommend this pharmacy to anyone who lives in the South Gandy area near the Air Force Base! You would think with something as important as medication that they would have their stuff together but no! Absolutely horrible service. Had so many complaints to list but they include delivery to the wrong address, incorrect items delivered, incorrect quantity delivered and not receiving the delivery on the scheduled day! Even had one of the technicians make notes saying they talked to me about something but they never did!!! If you can choose to go somewhere else I would highly recommend not using them!

They did offer to re-do my meds on a rush order but I would be charged till I brought in the meds that they mistakenly mailed, which, UPS failed to deliver to me. So, I was required to go to a UPS store, pick up the heat damaged meds, and return them to this pharmacy. I'm the customer, right? They should've just contacted UPS and dealt with them and left me out of it. I was going to pick them up, just to be nice, till I contacted the owner, Dan. I have a lot of health issues and I love having a pharmacist who really is aware of contraindications between my medications. I had a PA prescribe a prescription for me that was absolutely not to be taken by someone with my health issue and thank goodness Dr. Ghiya knew it and we were able to get a different medication. I definitely recommend supporting this small business, and help take better care of yourself in the meantime.
