Got him the tuxedo cat box set. Its a 3d cat build looks exactly like his cat. About 80$ buck its a cute ornamental build. They have the Floral ones at 30-40 i know I'm coming back for those. Flowers are cute but they wither n rott. Lego bouquet of flowers? Are forever! They had some nice specials and it wasn't over crowded. It was a good visit. read more

I come here all the time and spend so much money in this store, and I usually have a pretty good experience. Came here to buy band aids for my son and saw a deal, get 3 get a free first aid bag. I go to the cashier and he tells me to pick the bag, shows me a picture. I asked if the items are good and he didn't tell me that the ones I have do not qualify for it. Mind you there is a big plastic sign plastered all over the prize and special so I could't see if it was or not, but it's band aids that I picked. I go back, grab the first aid kit, wait in line again just for the lady ( another cashier that was open right next to the first one ) to tell me that's wrong, she calls in another guy and he keeps telling me that one is not free. I ask him what the product looks like, he has no picture of it and can't show it to me. Mind you the items were scanned again (!) at this point... I go back, get help, find the item and go back yet again, waiting in line. Then the second cashier scans the items and says they are not qualified, the other guy comes again and tells me sorry the items are not qualified. At this point I just look at him and say: "and you could t tell me that when I was here before? "... They had now scanned the items 3 times just to tell me they are not qualified. I went to that aisle 3 times and stood in line 3 times. The first bc ashier didn't tell me nothing, the second one didn't, the guy didn't...and then after I finally get the bag they tell me they are not qualified? He wanted to give me the bag but I declined. More than a disappointing and annoying experience. I buy stuff to the all the time again usually pretty good experience. I took my son into target to buy some sports cards and there was an unlimited stock of cards. I would definitely recommend this Target. My son was very happy and almost cried of excitement when we pulled a 2 million dollar card of Michael Jordan. The only bad thing is if you want to shop on target only, you must face the mall traffic. The Target here is super Target with the groceries. The place is nice and neat. I like the Target dog as a prop for the display. Star way DVD is under promotion to be on sale soon. This place is an absolute shit show. I placed a drive up order on Tuesday for one small item. I was early so I cut them some slack. The employees brought out about three orders while I was waiting. The girl got my information and then told me it would be about 5 more minutes. I waited 10- then 15 then 30 minutes!!!! After 30 minutes of waiting and not seeing another employee emerge I left. I could not wait until 630 to make my way home. I was angry then but now I'm livid. I marked I was in my way here at 830. I allowed location services. I arrived at 845 and the app said someone was on their way to me . At 910 I had enough. I called guest services and told them my displeasure with the wait and they said someone was on the way. At 919 someone FINALLY came out with excuses about being busy and having to find my item and guess what??? SHE BROUGHT THE WRONG ITEM!!! and she had the NERVE to ask me to show her that she was wrong!!! Excuse me. I have been sitting here waiting on your behind and your gonna get an attitude with me because one of y'all messed up my purchase?! No ma'am. Not me. I need a watch for my job in the medical field and I have been at work since 630 this morning. I don't have time for this nonsense. I could have fashioned the watch band out of leather myself in the amount of time this whole ordeal took! But no I'm sitting outside of your establishment writing this as I wait for the proper watch band ... loosing precious time with my family and sleep because of poor customer service and sheer lack of effort by your entire team. Always liked the acoustics in Target. Unlike Wal-Mart, it's quiet even though it's an open floor environment. They offer a great cross section of clothing, sporting goods, electronics, housewares, and food. Food selection is dictated by whether it's a Super Target or not. Supers basically have a grocery store as part of the overall store. Prices are decent but you have to compare to Wal-Mart as sometimes Target isn't as competitive. read more

I usually find them to be a little overwhelming (packed all the time, like going to the mall to fight over parking) and overpriced.. but I found this Target to be different and quite lovely. Parking here was easy (yay!), and while the store is large, it was less occupied than what I'm used to of Targets, so the checkout lines were short. Very rude customer service. I went to return an online item within 30 days with a receipt. The woman at customer service scans the item and says they don't sell it anymore and she can't take it back. I pointed out it was within 30 days and I have a receipt, when purchasing there would be no way for me to know the store was going to stop carrying an item. I was so omg told rudly, it can't be done and NO solution was presented. I asked for a manager and it was taken care of in 2 seconds by finding the item number through my online order. It's Target, you should know what to expect already. This location always seems to be running well. I do recommend checking online, most times you can find cheaper prices but if I'm shopping in this type of store Target is my choice. My only real complaint is the grocery store section seems to be missing a few "common" items. I don't remember what it was but I was amazed they didn't have the food I was looking for. This is literally the best target I've ever been too. The location seemed perfect, with tons of other shopping around, & next to the mall. I love Target so when we moved here I was happy to find one just down the street from us. They have a Starbucks as soon as you walk inside which is an added bonus. The store is clean and the staff are friendly. They have a pretty large food section as well and I've done some quick grocery shopping there to save time. As we've been furnishing our home I've bought multiples of lampshades and other household items to see which I prefer and have had a smooth and easy return experience. I even accidently left an item that I purchased at the check out (too many bags from all the stuff I always end up buying) and when I realized it hours later at home and went back. They had had it in the returns place but put it back on the shelf. However, since it was turned in and I had my receipt they told me to bring it to them and I could take it home. This location had suffered a bit in business with the opening of it's sister store which is a Super Target just down on Bloomingdale. Overall I would still say it is a good location despite it's lack of the additional grocery items. The workers are nice and they offer reasonable prices although Target is a bit pricier than WalMart still. However the quality of some items by comparison does justify the difference in price. I used this store for my wedding registry and they were very accommodating. Their Club Wedd, as they call it, gives you lots of little planning gifts when you join and you can add to the registry the old fashioned way with the price gun in store or online. However beware the fact that the website often offers things that are not in store. I've been here once to shop on my sister-in-law's baby registry too and they made it easy to find the items we wanted. read more

The last couple of time going to the target location at Plaza at Brandon Town Center, I feel like I have been harassed and followed by loss prevention and regular employees have treated me differently . I respect that they are doing there jobs but it's come to the point where I feel targeted because I am a African American female with short hair. Now this situation has happened numerous times but last two times has been so blatantly obvious that it's upsetting. This first time of the last two time this has happened, I had been in the store for about a good hour and a half just looking around getting home improvement ideas when I started noticing several employees asking if I need help with anything. And that is fine, if they had asked me from the minute I walked in the store. But when I go to check out I notice two female employees stand close to my self check out point in my direction and whispering. Then they switched out with two male employees one regular associate and one security guard. And they are doing the exact same thing but I can hear the security guard say make sure they are scanning the right item and not switching tags. At the time I was checking out there was maybe one other customer that I noticed. This last incident i came in to get a swimsuit and makeup products. I find two swimsuits I would like to try on and go to the fitting room. I tell the employees I have two items and she walks me to the dressing room. Which Any other time they would say ok and just let me pick a room. But this time no I was walked and I was the only customer in the dressing room at the time. After trying on swimsuits and getting the one I like. I make my way to the makeup department. As I am walk I notice the same security guard from my first experience talking to a loss prevention employees in regular clothes. As I am walking in the makeup department another loss prevention guy is walking towards me but then turns around really quick. As I am in the aisles getting my makeup product the security guard would randomly be in that same aisle as me or near by. So when I go to get my final makeup product I notice the security guard at the end cap of the aisle I am in. This is where I had enough, so I approach the security guard and say can I ask you a question. He says yes. Basically I told him that the last several times I've been in the store I noticed that I am being followed by you guys meaning loss prevention. And I told him that is fine and I respect you guys doing your job. I went in and further explained that I used to work in retail and I understand that your just doing your job. But I am a firefighter now and I have to much to loss over stealing an item and that I have to much integrity for that. I also told him that I come to this tagert Regularly and spend my hard earned money here. He did not say much I went back to get my last item. The security guard maybe scanned one more item and then left the area. I did not want to come on here and give a negative review or to get people in trouble but I feel like I'm being treated differently based on my appearance. Because when I come into the store with my firefighter uniform or dressed up I am allowed to shop like any other normal customer, but when I come into store with workout clothes on, I am being stocked by loss prevention . And this is a huge issue for me because this is the tagert closest to my house and I just genuinely loved shopping at target. But I feel like I am forced to shop online or not shop at target EVER AGAIN. Once again I understand that they are just doing their job but it has come to a point where it's so blatantly obvious that they are following me and making my feel like a Criminal. I hope one day I can feel comfortable enough to shop at tagert Like any other customer. read more

Worst Experience of my life. It took me over an hour to check out. Then received cash back, no receipt printed, then told me I had to give merchandise back. Had an officer and two people from their AP team to take the merchandise back. BUT, If it wasn't for my wife to show them that we paid for it on our Ipad we would've still had a charge on our bank but no merchandise. Then all we get is attitude form CSR and cashiers. I have been shopping at target for years BUT NOW I refuse to shop at Target because of this experience and I still have no receipt! Called the corporate store and all I got was, We are so sorry.
