They are also a Premier Dixie Belle Paint Retailer which basically means that you'll be able to find any color or to order a paint color through them. If you're into DIY projects, then this is your place to shop or get ideas. They also sell local artisan crafts and gifts. It's filled with all kinds of beautiful eclectic pieces. It's perfect if you want to find that one piece of furniture that will make your room pop. I've only been there twice, and each time it was a great experience. The first time I visited was around Christmas time. The tree and wreaths were decorated so nicely. They had Rae Dunn pottery which I didn't see this time. I'm sure they are all sold out. I'm not a collector but I did love the doggie bowls and I had to get them. This last visit, I found an English blue & white Crown Ducal plate with scenes from Colonial times. I do have a lot of blue & white, and I probably didn't need this plate but it was calling my name. They had other things that caught my eye as well. Lots of beautiful items that they have restored. They hand paint furniture as a service. If this is of interest then you may want to visit their Facebook page which has pictures of restored furnishings. I'm so glad the denizens of Yelp had already reviewed this particular locale, because I knew I was in for a treat. I only spent a few bucks but I walked out with a fun assortment of treasures! I got some vintage domino pieces I plan to turn into jewelry as well as some old toy pieces, etc. There is such a random assortment of odds and ends, from pure vintage items to glorified junk--you have to be willing to commit to the search, which is half the fun. We stopped in, told the young lady whst we were looking for and off we went to the yard to look at rock. We found a nice looking remnant of quartz that would be good. We selected it, gave them the measurements and was told it would take about a week. Sure enough one week later we got the call that it was ready. We chose to pick it up ourselves. I learned that removing the old sink and countertop, plus disassembling plumbing costs extra and sometimes wasn't offered. A&S offered a huge selection of beautiful slabs with prices including installation. I made an appointment with Heidi to visit the store. She was incredibly helpful and great to work with. The style I wanted had the best price per square-foot compared to everywhere else I looked into. I also purchased a brand new sink for less than Lowe's and Home Depot. They offered removal for an additional charge but we took care of it ourselves. Installation was booked within a week. The installers were professional and did an excellent job. My new sink and countertop are flawless!

They came out initially and gave us "pool school" since we had never owned a pool before. Showed us how to maintain the pool and things to monitor and look for. I now go in weekly and have my water tested. They are very helpful and let us know if anything is ever off how to fix it. They meet me at my car almost every time and carry the chlorine jugs in for me to be filled and always carry them back out for me. Really great staff!

Buyer Beware - Pinch A Penny Riverview (Store #175) on Boyette they will sell you the product,…read moreconfirm the return policy, then invent an excuse to keep your money On July 18, 2026, I bought a replacement Hayward T-cell at the Riverview location (Store #175) after my existing cell failed testing. I was able to successfully get a replacement from Hayward without their help. Fast Forward: I called Riverview to confirm I could return the unused unit I had just purchased from them. They told me yes -- as long as it was within 30 days. I walked in with the product still sealed in its original, unopened packaging, well inside the 30-day window. They refused the return. Their reason? It had been "serialized" and they supposedly could not take it back. Let's be clear: this is not a policy issue. This is a paperwork issue they didn't feel like dealing with. They never disclosed any serialization restriction at the time of sale. There was no signage in the store stating this item was final sale. And their refusal directly violates the return policy published on their own website: "In-Store & Pick Up In-Store Purchases On new, unused merchandise, if you are not satisfied, simply return the item in its original, unopened packaging to the location where the purchase was made within 30 days for full refund." They confirmed the 30-day return on the phone, then denied it in person with a made-up technical excuse. That is not a misunderstanding. That is a deliberate decision to ignore their own policy when it became inconvenient. For a business that constantly promotes itself as "family-owned," the way this location treats customers is revealing. I look forward to the family owners publicly defending this practice. Choose another store and not this one Pinch A Penny Riverview store #175, especially for higher-ticket equipment, get the return terms in writing before you pay. What they say on the phone and what is written on their website means nothing once they decide they don't want to process the return.
