They did offer to re-do my meds on a rush order but I would be charged till I brought in the meds that they mistakenly mailed, which, UPS failed to deliver to me. So, I was required to go to a UPS store, pick up the heat damaged meds, and return them to this pharmacy. I'm the customer, right? They should've just contacted UPS and dealt with them and left me out of it. I was going to pick them up, just to be nice, till I contacted the owner, Dan. I asked that he please make sure the employee that was so mad that I contacted her about the shipping error, not tamper with my meds. He was so offended, he pretty much hung up on me. Lol

They could have made an acception for emergency room patients but they don't. They seemed very stoned faced without any compassion or concern for a patient in pain . Not very friendly employees either . what So ever . I was in SEVERE pain and had to fill out papers and wait 1 hour .
