Located on Bearass Ave right at the intersection with the Buccanan elementary school. Easy entrance and exit since located right at the light. Store doesn't appear to be as clean as other stores however we were in and out just to stop in for a drink and restroom. Restroom was not clean! Staff was friendly. read more

Did not want to take my phyzer discount card to reduce my Covid medicine cost, gave my wife a hard time and denied speaking to her when she had a rep from the company on the phone telling her this store is eligible for the discount. On October 6th, 2021 I had an appointment scheduled at 4:50pm to get a PCR test done for COVID-19. I would like to also add that I scheduled this appointment on September 25th, 2021. I am going to an event in Miami on Saturday and Sunday that requires a negative COVID test regardless of whether or not you were fully vaccinated otherwise I would not have wasted my time there today. I got to the drive-thru at 4:45 PM. There were several cars in front of me so I took the initiative to call the pharmacy and ask them whether or not they would still be testing today and honor my appointment because there were several cars in front of me they told me it was no issue as long as I was in the first lane. When I got to the front I saw two buffoons standing in front of me. Their names were Noah and James. I hadn't even spoke to them yet to inform them that I was there for a COVID test when they immediately advised me that they were on the phone trying to get in contact with the nurse to make sure it was still OK to take my test and whether or not they would still run it because everybody leaves at 5PM. After trying again they finally informed me that they were not able to get in contact with the nurse. However they gave me the option to still get tested but, again, cannot guarantee that it would be ran. I don't understand what the purpose of running my insurance is and billing them that way you can make a profit off of something that will not even benefit me. They are con artist. At this point I was irate as I had already waited an hour. I went inside the store and demanded to speak to a manager. If it wasn't for the counter in between us I'm sure Janes and I would have been chest to chest. This is literally the most aggressive and unprofessional customer service person that I've ever seen. I understand that I was pissed off. But people have a right to be upset. I took the initiative and did everything that I could to make sure that I could get that test done today. However, they messed up and treated it more as of a "sorry not sorry" situation and have no empathy or remorse. I guess James is upset because I said "f*** you n*****" Several times. James should be ashamed of himself. I'm pretty sure he beats women in his spare time. I work in customer service too. I know that customers are not always nice but to continue verbally attacking them? Even a customer in the line talked about how he needs to calm down and people get upset all the time. The manager is even more of a sorry excuse because he let somebody who talks to customers and literally stands over his shoulder yelling "f*** you" back still work there? I'm sure this is not the first time. This CVS has very sorry system. The story that I was given by James and Noah is that unfortunately people come through the first lane regardless of whether or not they are getting COVID tested so they cannot turn those customers around. That's a pretty messed up situation if you ask me. Because now the person who actually has an appointment has to suffer. I think that they're lying though. Because literally every person in front of me was there for 10 minutes. In what world does it take 10 minutes to go through the drive-thru and get medication? However, the one star is because there was a gentleman in the store who really tried to make things right for me. He searches for two locations that offered PCR test. I even asked him why are you more knowledgeable than the technicians. He said I'm really just trying to make things right. So even he knew how messed up the whole situation was again. I am going to go tomorrow during working hours which is a huge inconvenience and hope that I can get my results in time because it is so last-minute. Do yourself a favor and do not come to the CVS. read more

Tonight's service was disappointing! I had questions about my medicine and the, pharmacist, was not helpful and almost seemed bothered. No consideration and first time I felt unwelcome at a CVS, please do better towards your loyal customers! read more

I just wanted to thank the store Manager and Chloe for their great service and understanding. They were able to help me with my photo printing problems (80 photos) that the other CVS stores were unable to do. They were overwhelmingly cheerful, friendly and extremely helpful in providing their personal assistance to addressing and resolving my problem. All were quite professional and they turned an unhappy experience into a very good experience. Couldn't be happier! I don't remember going to CVS 6 days ago. But if they handle your prescriptions then you are safe if you keep them at one location. Phone pharmacy is sketchy you have to be lucky but you can get what you need all over the world. read more

While it was convieinent to have everything I needed neatly in the store, and easily accessed off the road at a lighted intersection, I found it incredibly disheartening to hear the cashier say - out loud and NOT terribly under her breath "Well I THOUGHT I'd get some shopping done." as if my being in the store and needing to check out was ruining her day. read more

I bike around the USF area where I live, work and shop. I came to this location today with my backpack to get a few items and was greeted with, "Sir...SIR! Take off your backpack up here!" The woman pointed to the counter of the checkout. I obliged but felt, well, angry. The selection was fine and the space seems nice enough, but don't treat me like I did something wrong the moment I enter the store. Perhaps this location has issues with theft, but I don't agree with speaking to people in that manner that are customers. I shopped and when I came up front, my bag was still sitting on the front counter- unattended! I am glad it was not stolen! read more

The front checkout is not properly staffed. They can be loud and unprofessional with confidential information. Unacceptable yelling and need additional training on discussing employee conversation on the floor. I've never been able to pick up my txt without having to wait. Very uncomfortable wearing a mask. Only come for the convenience of the location. read more

The pharmacy staff does not have the prescriptions ready on time (even with many advanced hours notice), they often don't have medicines in stock & don't call to let you know, they are rude, and make it clear that they could care less if you are unhappy about how you have been treated. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs! read more

8 times out of 10 they have prescriptions ready ahead of time, occasionally that have been 2+ hours behind, messing up my schedule. Decently clean, drive through window was the expected wait time, about 5 minutes to complete transaction. read more

They have turned off their NFC terminals to keep people from using Apple Pay. There is a Walgreens down the street at Fletcher that respects their customers. I'm going there now. read more
