I booked my appointment online. It was pretty simple to use but for some reason it couldn't find my insurance information. Nonetheless, I was able to book my appointment. There were a lot of appointments available as well just none in Brandon. The website shows you which cities have availability, so I advise being flexible if no COVID appoints are available in your city or town. Luckily, this location is only 15-20 mins away from Brandon. When I arrived, there is signage everyone instructing you what to do. If you have COVID testing, stay in your car and drive to the pharmacy. If you have a COVID vaccination appointment, go inside the store. You have to check-in on the text message link they send you just prior to your appointment. Then they give you your vaccination card and direct you to a certain portion of the store. I wore short sleeves and had drunk the 16 ounces of water that was mentioned in my appointment confirmation email. I sat down in the chair and probably within 2-3 minutes the shot was over. The lady who did the injection was personable and kind and even tried to chat through the short experience. I know this can be nice for people who don't like needles or getting shots as it's sort of a distraction. Then you move on to the chairs they have lined up down one aisle and you wait for 15 minutes. There was a staff member walking the aisle just to make sure you were doing okay and didn't have a reaction. Then you take you vaccination card and coupon for 20% off a purchase and "I got vaccinated" sticker and leave. It's very simple and easy. I just wish they had appointments closer to my house. I also thought that there was too much signage. Signs stuck in the grass, signs on the front door, signs taped to the columns in front of the store and the light poles. Too much signage can sometimes be confusing.

The pharmacy is now clean, hardly has a wait, the correct prescriptions ready on time.... I realize this is something you think is bare minimum but in the past I'd never had all 4 of my Rx ready same day even when I got alerts saying they're rre ready and filled, once I had the same medication in 2 bottles with different labels so missing the other medication, long wait times and horrific staff attitude I used to trade errands with my husband and have him pick up for me it was so painful to come and now its 10% different. It's an easy and pleasant experience. Funny enough the pharmacy has become wonderful and the overall store experience outside the pharmacy has gone down some. Exploded sodas with soda mist and liquid in the refrigerators, about 70% of thing stocked in the right place or stocked at all behind the new digital doors over for drinks and frozen sections a lot of the store just seems to have empty shelves (not sure if they just just selling out fast all the time or just not getting inventory to the floor) and typically has a 5-10 minute wait at the front checkout if you want something extra. However my reason I go here I for the pharmacy only, I don't stop by here when I need anything else outside of my pickups so bc of those visits being radically different so on the rare occasion I do get other things at the front I just know I need to plan for an additional 15 minutes at the front to checkout ‍ Thank you pharmacy team- super appreciative of it being an easier, friendlier and super efficient and pleasant experience.
