CVS has been our go-to pharmacy for purchasing medications and getting the required vaccines, including the COVID-19 vaccine, from their MinuteClinic. The staff at CVS has always been exceptionally helpful and provided excellent customer care. We have never encountered any problems with them. The store location is always clean and well-maintained. The markers on the aisles have been very helpful in finding the medications we need. read more

Only 2 people working so they would not take customers at the drive through. Came in to the store, waited in a long line only for them to not have run my order through the correct insurance. 30 minutes later, I'm still waiting and when I inquired about my order, staff member very rudely said to wait until I was called. Will not return to this CVS again. read more

We go here because we get free over the counter insurance benefits that we can pick up instead of ordering online. I will say, if you do this, the inventory is better if you don't go at the end of the month or quarter. I was so lucky this last time because Aurie, an employee, approached me and asked if I was finding everything alright. She actually spent time as my 'personal shopper', and went through my entire list I marked in my insurance book, about 15 items or more! I have concluded that in previous visits, where I thought they were out of product, or didn't stock it, I probably wasn't looking in the right place. She used a cell unit that located each code to the exact aisle, section, and row. If you're doing what I'm doing, ask for Aurie, she's such a gem! read more

This CVS is the closest location to my home. They services is implacable. The store front is well lit and same for the parking lot. The store aisle is well organized and easy to locate. Some time I have my picture develop here. They have quick deli station for milk and juice. When come to Halloween, it decorated with the candies you like. I like to but the after sale of good candies after the valentine day. All great candies after Valentine Day are minimum 50% off. This section is why they deserve 5 stars. The pharmacy is the best in this area. The people in the pharmacy are super friendly. When you sick, you are happy to see a friendly face. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable. I remember every time he handed the RX to me, he always explains to me number pills need, after of before the meal, what should not go with pills, best time to take it, any of my questions. This extra mile they have done. When you have indicated to the Doctor office where your regular pharmacy is, they will put the order in that pharmacy. I always got call from the CVS pharmacy when my RX is ready. I don't need to wait at the pharmacy. If I wonder around that area, they always ask if I need help. The friendliness store makes the neighborhood tighter. They have taken the extra mile. read more

This is my go-to CVS store for personal care items, prescriptions and random last minute needs. The store is always pretty clean, give or take a random cart in an aisle when the sale items are changing. The staff are always patient with me and my multiple transactions, coupons and extra care bucks... or whenever I feel like paying with extra change I've found lying around the house. They used to be open 24-hours but now, they are open until midnight. No biggie. It's still open for my late night ice cream cravings. And no, I'm not pregnant. But on that note, the pharmacy here is great and the pharmacy drive thru is fast. One time, the pharmacist went out of his way to get my new insurance information when I had forgotten that it switched to another insurance group. I really appreciated the extra effort on their part. Oh yea, and there's a red box right outside. This location has everything I need. :-) read more

I scheduled an appointment for my flu shot yesterday for 3:10. I got here at 3:00 and it is currently 4:18. The doctor has let multiple other patients who arrived after us go before us because of a machine and not because she knew we were scheduled and arrived first. We even talked to her and explained the situation and she just told us to wait. I am very disappointed. I have never had this type of customer service at CVS or any type of doctor at all. However when it was time for our appointment the doctor apologized and got us in and out. The shot was quick and i couldn't feel a thing. read more

Thank you thank you thank you to pharmacy at this location. Had an unfortunate medical situation happen and needed to have multiple prescriptions filled for a family member that does not have coverage for the required medicines. Very expensive. Time was taken by one of the employees to find discount options to bring the cost to a reasonable level. The pharmacist (sorry that I did not get her name, Aug 11 around 4:30 is when I picked up the medicine) took extra time to ensure that instructions were understood and to make sure that we knew not to hesitate to call should there be any questions once we got home. I just went to the "minute clinic" for the first time. I couldn't have asked for a better experience....and I am on day 7 of being sick, so that is saying ALOT. Angela saw me right at 8:30AM when they opened and did a very thorough job. She knows her stuff, which is first and foremost for me, but she was also friendly and wanted to make sure I got great service. CVS is lucky to have her. read more

i will never spend another dollar at any cvs pharmacy or step foot into one cvs store . the pharmacist monica at this location has an issue with patient profiling!!! she has continually witheld my perscriptions on a regular basis even though it was cleared by my insurance and the pharmacy manager!there is nothing more frustrating than that one pharmacist that thinks everyone is an addict or a junkie!!! withholds someones medication because she's on some kind of power trip. the pharmacy manager mahammed approved my perscription to be filled 3 days early. this neonatzi on a power trip intercepted the refill and continuulay lied to me saying their system wont approve it even though they have filled it much earlier in previous months. my issue is this, dont follow the rules and your policy when you feel like it. dont lie and tell me your system wont approve it when clearly you have in the passed several times!!!! she gives all pharmacist a bad name!! she is doing nothing short of patient profiling!!!!!!!!!!!! mohammed is very nice and has always went out of his way to make sure i was satisfied as a customer. news flash ignorant monica, everyone is not a junkie!!!! if thats how you feel then maybe you should return to your own country! we dont need people like you here! read more

The front store staff is not courteous. They do not have basic manners of how to provide customer service. They are arrogant and do not care for customers. I am a regular customer and go to the pharmacy and the Pharmacist is great along with pharmacy staff. However the front store staff does not seem to care about people. Please do not use this place if possible for daily items use. BJ's or Publix is your best bet. This store used to be good not anymore. read more
