Mind you, he has sold it to me without asking because I am a frequent customer. I gave him my ID. I made my purchase. I came back for some other Items, including the same Moscoto bottle, this evening. He asked for my ID again, mind you he knows me, he has allowed me to purchase without ID, he just by pass the system and put in my DOB manually. I asked him to do the same thing like he has done before and he refused. So I asked him where he was from. It responded, I am from here. I asked where his family was from? He got agitated and ask where I was from? It could have gotten out of hand, so I just walked away and purchased down the street at a 1.19ct cheaper. (think I will go there for now on.) He obviously had a problem with this question. He is a entitled immigrant thinking he can be disrespectful to Foundational Black Americans. We are sick of these peppercorn head immigrants with melinated skin cos-playing as black Americans. Put him in the stock room. His hygiene is subpar, Hair is a complete mess, peppercorn everywhere. Nails and hands are completely disgusting. He denied my sale. When does a immigrant get to decide to stop the growth of the bottom line just because he feels a certain way. This is America. Stop playing. As a Foundational Black American, I refuse to be disrespected by a Peppercorn head, no Hygiene having, need to see a dentist immigrant who fled his own homeland, treat me like this. I was impressed by the open aisles, and great selection. It's also well lit so these old eyes don't have to strain. During this pandemic, and any time of year to keep people safe, signs remind patrons to keep products sealed - not to open and test. CVS is usually good about taking back products that do not please, so there is no reason to test personal items in the store. Andrew checked me out efficiently, and in his eyes I could see the smile his mask was hiding. He was also friendly & polite. The store has lots of parking, and is easy to get into off off Bruce B. Downs. Getting out to go south might be a little tricky, but it's doable!

I switched to this pharmacy after the Walgreens closer to me, after telling me my medicine was unavailable and I'd have to switch to a different generic, And I asked them if they could check if another Walgreens nearby had it, and they pretty much told me I could do that and then let THEM know. Like what? So after calling this pharmacy in the middle of the night, the very friendly pharmacist told me it would be ready in 30minutes! Then I've had another awesome experience with a pharmacist here, after he told me they didn't have my medicine in stock or within a 10mile radius, he could order the generic version for me. I asked him if he could by any chance increase the search to a larger radius as I'd be willing to travel to avoid another brand. He called me back quickly, letting me know another Walgreens had it in stock and it'd be ready in 30mins! Like they just Don't want to. I remember calling so much and then just going to the store to see them not busy, and not answering the phones ringing, and when they keep ringing they make the person sit on hold. Today I've been on the phone since 1pm. I'm still on hold and it's 5:12!! The pharmacy closes at 6. They literally make u wait until the pharmacy closes then u can't get help. People need to take Lyfts or Ubers to your establishment so before wasting that money we'd LOVE to make sure everything is in order how it should before we get there. I called the front desk spoke to a manager and they claimed "they've been closed" after the hold thingy told me there was 3 callers ahead of me then 1 and then back to 3 smh. The better Business Bureau needs to shut down this Walgreens. There's so many more nearby AND 24 hours. We DON'T need UNHELPFUL PEOPLE!!

You are obviously doing something wrong here. I've gone to CVS in Target for years and years and I've never waited more than 5 minutes. If someone is in the drive through and you can't fill their order in a timely manner we, have them move up so the next person can get their prescription! Maybe a line for drop offs and one for just pickups? I should not have to wait 30+ minutes to pick up a prescription that is ready. I'm likely switching back to CVS and I will pay the small additional fees.
