Still not getting better. When a doctor calls in 4 scripts and they only fill 3 they ask when you want to come back to get the 4th. I really wanted them all today. SMH. I am ready to switch all my scripts to the Odessa location. Last few times in drive thru, was told to come back in 2 hours. 3 hours later, still not filled. Unreal! Matthew, the pharmacist is great, but it clearly is too busy here to get meds timely. My meds were sent yesterday morning by the doctor and are still not ready today. Grrr. read more

Oh hell no. NO STAR should be given to post a review. I have been trying to reach the pharmacist with no availability. The phone system has a lot to be desired. You cannot speak to anyone when you phone. You have to leave your phone number and then they never call you back. Come on people, you are dealing with someone's mental health!!! read more

This pharmacy is by far the worst. I only used it because my insurance made fill a 90 day script there. There is no communication, you need to leave messages to speak to the pharmacy, without getting a call back. If they bother to call back it is 4 hours later at the minimum. You have to jump through hoops to speak to someone and if you do they make you feel like you're a bother. I have always used Publix pharmacy and I guess I have been spoiled. Once I am able I am having my doctor call in a new script to my 90 day mail service. I am so sorry I chose to use this pharmacy. I highly recommend NOT to use read more

Writing this as I am now waiting for 45 minutes for my meds. Mind you, I spoke to the pharmacist yesterday, whom promised it would be ready this am. When you arrive at the drive through, it is NEVER ready and they make you then do the whole circle yet again, therefore starting your wait again, for yet another half an hour. Service is unbearable. Just now I was quoted 280 for a med, went down to 80 and I had to tell them To use GoodRx or else I would be way overcharged yet again! I should be paying 44 for my med. from 280 to 44!!?? It is unbearable and I can see that the other reviews all say the same. Sad. I will find another pharmacy as well, most likely. read more

This store is the worse store I have ever been to 38 minutes in line for the car in front of me. (Why they didnt have her go inside idk) when it was my turn she never appoligized for the wait. She then said yes the prescription is ready. 18 minute wait even more for something that was ready. At this point I was ready to pull her out by the drawer if she was even at the window. The pharmacy in this CVS is literally the worst! I have never had one occurrence when everything went smoothly. They never have the medicine that's needed no matter what it is, it's always coming on the next truck. Just don't even waste your time. This cvs pharmacy is the worst! They take forever and they don't do their job and will most certainly lie to your face! Took over a week to "prior authorization" for a script. after the first 3 days of calling i called my doctor to find out they hadn't even sent the request. Then i called back and gave the fax number and they said ok "we sent the fax just now we just have to wait for your doctor now". Well that was a lie, 2 later my doctor had to call them and have them send it. Then a couple of more days pass and i called back and they said they said that authorization still hadn't been received. I was fed up and called my insurance and they said of it most certainly has been sent and called the cvs with me on the line. The lady was then rude and short saying well we still have to fill it so we'll call you when it's ready. I asked the insurance if they had sent that within the last 5 min and she said no it was done yesterday! So thank you cvs, won't get anymore of my business i can promise you that, which that doesn't matter cause they're not going to miss my money at the end of the day but for future reference and customers save yourself the heartache and time, if you go here be prepared for it to take around 3 or 4 hours to have a simple script filled and also be prepared for the run around as this isn't my first hard time dealing with them! I would've given -18 stars but it wouldn't let me! Update.... Prescription was being "filled" at 10:30 a.m. was told i would be contacted when it was finished. Called back at 4:30p.m. And once again the lady was rude and told me it was still being "worked". No apologies no nothing! How does it take almost 6 hour to fill two bottles of meds! I have to say, after writing my 1star review on the COVID testing at CVS, that the nurse practitioner there took it upon herself to call and ask about my results and called me personally to tell me what the issue was and when I should expect them back. I believe her name is Ashley and I am grateful to her for taking my concern to heart and doing what she could to get to the bottom of it. Thanks you! read more

Nice clean store that is well stocked with just about everything you need. We use this location when we are in town vacationing and even get some "basic grocery items" when we first get into town. Usually our go to for our sunscreen and other things needed while on vacation read more

I would not use the Pharmacy here. Every time I go I get asked for my insurance AFTER I text it in and I've been getting my prescriptions there since October. So every time I go, I have to wait. The drive up takes forever and I also receive text messages when my prescription is ready and when I get there, it's not. I'm changing pharmacies! read more

Apparently CVS corporate thinks it is OK to discriminate! Sudha the pharmacist apparently can fill only the prescriptions for the people she likes and approves of. Apparently this practice is an approved practice by corporate. I contacted the corporate offices in RI and have two case files open about the incident and am told by the representative someone will contact me within 24 to 48 hours. Today is the 8th day and no one has had the professional courtesy to contact me. WORST PHAMACY EVER...ALLOWED TO OPENING DISCRIMINATE! read more

It's been several months but had the worst experience ever with this pharmacy location. None of the staff were friendly, they screwed up my prescription, when I came back a 3rd time to pick up the right one I went through the drive through only to be told I had to come inside. When I got inside I was told it would take 20 mins to process my insurance (which they should have done before I ever arrived the FIRST time). I've been with Walgreens for years and loved my pharmacist. Now, being faced with new insurance and unable to use Walgreens, I called this location again the other day hoping for better service. Wishful thinking. The tech was so unhelpful, un-knowledgable and rude I said forget it. I will go several miles out of my way to find a better staff and service. read more
