I had enough for a free giant sandwich and decided to come to this location. I had never been. I'd always been to the one in Wesley Chapel. I ordered off the app and as soon as I came in, it was on the pick up shelf. It was very convenient. I ate half of the sandwich which was cut in fourths. It was very good, a #55 - Big kahuna chicken cheesesteak no jalapeños and no onions it had sweet peppers and mushrooms and extra white cheese. This was such a tasty sandwich. I'm glad I ordered it. The other half was big enough to share with my husband. He loved it too. Wish the bread was toasted but it was warm still and the sandwich all around was great. The service was good. They gave me a cup for water and ice and it was a pretty easy and tasty meal. read more

This is my 4th time at this location. When I tell you the staff makes you feel like you owe them money. I'm not paranoid. I notice when it's other customers they are treated differently. I'm never spending money at this location. I'd rather go all the way to Wesley chapel . Way more friendly customers service and hospitality. You guys need to have a team meeting. Please do better. read more

Very fresh popular club sun on the garlic parm bread. I usually go regular but I was feeling something else today. I also put sun chips on mine. The young gentlemen helped me right away and asked if I wanted any other toppings. There was a clean and upbeat vibe in the store. This sub gave me energy Mikes Way! read more

I just had a horrible experience with Melinda. Arguing with me about if my club sub should have bacon and that I have to tell her if I need bacon on it. This is after she was just rude to another co worker. She continued to argue with me after I told her she was being rude I hope that the company sees this review and looks at the camera feeds and addresses the issue with this employee read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Fast Food Near Me - Land O Lakes, Florida

Fantastic as usual! The turkey was fresh, they did not skimp and did a great job. The bread was also quite fresh. We have been to this location a few times and they typically do a good job. The place also is small but fairly clean. They do a pretty good job here. read more

We use to go to this location at least once a week. That changed on 10/27/25. We won't be back, not at this location or any other. The manager working that day has no business being in a public facing position. read more

Great sandwich food, taste great. very expensive and you can eat in. They make it while you watch. Friendly staff. very helpful. It's clean inside and out. I found the price to be expensive, but we'll worth the price. I keep coming back. read more

I eat here at least one a week and always good. I am picky about my tuna being fresh. When I ask when the tuna was made I was shocked to hear that we are not allowed to share the date anymore. I find this to be suspicious as if your tuna is fresh why wouldn't you share the date. One time when I asked the date it was 5 days old. Is this why you don't want the date shared??? Tuna is mayo based and should not be kept for long. I keep mine 2 days. I am not interested in getting sick from old tuna. I was very disappointed that you are not sharing the date. This leads me to believe that your tuna is not fresh, otherwise why wouldn't you share the date. Very disappointing! read more

Do not come here if you're expecting to spend $12 on lunch. This is a very healthy and hearty sandwich. It's not cheap though. But you will get a very high-quality sandwich and one can easily tell that the products they use in the sandwich are high-quality. I used to work in a delicatessen when I was a kid and I can tell that the meats here at Jersey Mikes are either Boar's Head or it's contemporary-equivalent. Take a look at the photographs I've attached. If you want cheap, go to Subway but if you want a quality sandwich, eat here. This place reminds me of a New York Italian deli! read more

Liked the fact I could get a takeaway and go. Had the Italian Sub their way and liked it. Wife had the BLT sub also their way, and wants to go back. All in all a pleasant experience. Thank you James for the great service ALL of the time! This is a great location which continues to satisfy my household!

First time at a Jersey Mike's Subs .... last time at a Jersey Mike's Subs. This is not a critique of this particular store since they area all franchises. I looked at the menu and the pricing structure and since I considered their prices on the high side, I ordered 2 Turkey and Provolone "Mini" subs "Mikes Way" Well, the shredded lettuce was piled high .... very, very high, the Turkey tasted processed, the Provolone and tomato were both sliced so thin you could see through them, and the Wheat bun was hard on the bottom and tasted terrible. So, $6.35 X 2 for Shredded Lettuce sandwiches and a single drink .... no thanks. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - It's so nice when they celebrate your birthday with a free service and drink - Fast Food Near Me - Land O Lakes, Florida

Ordered 3 subs on Uber eats and they were supposed to be two full subs and 1 half sub. Ended up only getting 3 half subs for $41 and change. When I called jersey Mike's they admit they made a mistake but refused to fix it. They would not refund me my money and would not bring out the additional subs. Had to call Uber eats to get it straightened out and jersey Mike's employees could care less. Their response, drive to the store and we will give you the rest of your order. If I wanted to drive to their store, I wouldn't have paid $41 to have Uber eats deliver it to my home. I will never eat at Jersey Mike's again this is BS. read more

Sandwiches were good, my kids prefer this place over subway of course. They are picky eaters and the customer service was ok. What I didn't like was how they made judgements on their selection of sandwich toppings. Hey people, we can see your face! Yeah... your jerk card was showing. Anyway my main issue was how dirty the coloring and ac events were. Blowing right over my head black mold looking substance. How is this up to health code? read more

Ok sandwiches. Pricier than competitors. Annoying when you pay that they want tips. Really??? Premium prices for foods, and they get paid to make sandwiches. Servers get tips. Fast food workers? Umm no. I like the sandwiches, but when 2 cost $26, I should not have to tip. Just means franchise underpats employees. read more

Place was very busy and the staff took care of everybody very fast. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The sub menu is like everybody else's. There was nothing outstanding about quality or taste that sets them apart from the others. The only real negative was the bread. Not a fan of cornmeal on the bottom. The bread had no flavor at all. Over priced. Ordered a #13 and #15. An Italian and a meatball. The total was over $27 for two subs..... Overall, convenient and fast. Service is great. That's sets them apart from the rest of the sub shops. The price is higher than everybody else though. read more

Had the tunafish sub .I don't think tuna should leak all over my lap..over 10 bucks for a regular sub and soda .no thanks

Never again. Showed up when my online order was supposed to be ready. 20 mins later I asked when it would be ready. Guy said they're working on it. Girl grabbed a sandwich that had been sitting in front of the slicer the whole time I was waiting and passed it down the line. Then it say for another couple mins before finally getting wrapped up. Plain sandwich just meat and cheese. I told the guy it had been sitting there for 20 mins. No apology. Didn't even look at me and said there's a lot of people here. Been burned here too many times to keep giving them $$ read more

This place just gets worse and worse. Every time I go the wait is ridiculous. Just now, went in there, 4 employees one other customer and nobody said a word to me for 5 minutes. It's pretty awkward waiting in line with twice as many employees as customers and nobody says a word to you, walked out. read more

Although I was bummed to see WOB close they couldn't have picked a better replacement. Great place, great staff and awesome service

The food is good, but the service leaves something to be desired. I've ordered from the app several times and only once was my order ready at the time it said to pickup. Today, I actually arrived a few minutes late expecting to wait and stood by the cashier instead of waiting in line - one of the bennies of using the app. The cashier completely ignored me until I finally had to ask if my sandwich was ready. It wasn't. So it took more than 30 minutes from order to pickup. Not ideal for a fast food sandwich joint. They may not survive if this keeps up. Management needs to take some action and get the staff up-to-snuff on proper customer service. read more

I like Jersey Mike's more than Subway. My favorite sandwich is the Big Kahuna (56). I find it to be a great alternative to another burger. The mobile app makes ordering convenient - just be aware that the shortest rime to pick up is 20 minutes with it. If you show to early you will have to wait. read more

I went to jersey mikes and twice they made my sub wrong. Wrong bread and ingredients I did not want! Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired . They argue with the customer . They act like they know a persons family situation which they don't! There are too many better and less expensive sandwich places around Larry 's sub on land I lakes blvd and Publix right in their plaza . Their lack of sandwich making skills and attitude has cost them some customers! read more

Never have I had a problem with food or service! My favorite is The Chipotle Chicken cheese steak!Very tasty and filling sandwiche!

I love this place. It's more expensive than Subway or Jimmy John's, but you get literally twice as much meat. Probably triple compared to Jimmy John's, and I don't get hungry again 2 hours later the way I do from them. The meat and bread is much fresher than the stale trash they sell at Subway. You get what you pay for. They do have loyalty program that rewards you with free subs, but it takes forever to get enough points so it's really barely worth it unless you're buying for large groups or go there at least weekly. read more

Hot garbage corporate nonsense. Staff seemed nice and they work efficiently. They slice the meat in front of you, which is worth something I suppose. I have a sketchy feeling about the meat quality being subpar and their aren't very many veggie options. Too basic for the price point, not a fan. I would take a Publix sub over these guys any day, or if you really want a treat head up the road to Larry's. read more

Great sandwich. Good consistency. Employees are friendly. "Order ahead" doesn't always work well.

Just average sub shop. I ordered two philly cheese steak subs with lettuce tomato and mayo. Didn't get the ltm. But later I learned, you are supposed to stay in line to get the toppings. I should have expected less than average service from the airhead taking my order. As I sat waiting for my subs, I noticed how dirty the place was. The countertops that I could see in front and behind the counter were dirty, floor was dirty and the counter under the soda machine was dirty. I wonder how long it will be before the Health Dept closes for violations. The place was not busy for 6:30 on a Saturday night. I was really hoping for better, but, I'll not be returning mainly because of the filth I could see. read more

I like Jersey Mike's food and location, and I go there often. So, why not a 5 star rating? Simple. I've used the online ordering system twice now, and, even though I pay, am given a confirmation statement, and a pickup time, when I arrive they haven't even started the order yet, which, kind of defeats the whole purpose of an online ordering system. It must be used as a marketing gimmick as in "we've got online ordering too!" But, in my experience, it's all show, and no go. The first time the excuse given was something to the effect, "we got busy and didn't notice your order." The second time it was something like, "if we are busy then sometimes we can't get to it." Say what? Like I said, nothing wrong with the food or the usually friendly staff, just be wary of the online ordering system. read more
