The employees at this location make an excellent Hook & Ladder sub! I stop in occasionally when I find myself in the area (which isn't often). I appreciate that this location isn't as busy because I was able to place and retrieve my order all within the estimated timeframe. Only complaint was a little too much yellow mustard, but it helps to not be too picky. This Firehouse Subs is so much better than the Wesley Chapel location. It's newer, cleaner, and I was able to finally use my app to get my free medium sandwich. I had a ton of points on my app that I had forgotten about. I ordered the Thanksgiving sub and it was so good with carved Turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce. I even asked for extra cranberry sauce bc it was so good. I love that this sandwich is toasted and warm. I tried to redeem my free sandwich last month in Wesley Chapel and there was five people working and couldn't figure out how to redeem my sandwich on the app. It was very finicky and no one there was able to help. Came to the Land O Lakes location and they helped me redeem it. Again the app didn't work right, and it kept idling when I was going to pay. The General Manager pressed the scan bottom on the right side of the app and redeemed it right away. Will def skip the Wesley Chapel location, & make sure to come here. It is most ideal in every way including food, service, and much cleaner. read more

First time trying Firehouse subs and I thoroughly enjoyed my sub. I got it to go and the New York steamer was still hot and ready. The only thing I will say was the bread was a little soggy so you may want to eat there. On top of that there wasn't any napkins in the bag, now I am completely capable of getting some myself but it would have been nice if it came with one or two... Back to the sub there was no shortage of cold cuts and all the items mixed well together on this sub for the perfect flavor. Would definitely come back to dine-in with some friends! My husband and I went to this location on Tuesday, 2/17. We received prompt service. He ordered the Hook and Ladder, I ordered the Steak and Cheese to go. When we got home, we had 2 Hook and Ladders, but no Steak and Cheese. While the Hook and Ladder was okay, it wasn't what I ordered. Always enjoy Firehouse. Ordering is a little overwhelming, but delicious and served fresh. Staff is busy but super attentive. They've gotten expensive, so hopeful at some point their increase their portion sizes or find other ways to add value. But overall pretty good spot! read more

Against my better judgement (since last time we ordered delivery a year or more ago my salad arrived with no meat) we decided to give Firehouse delivery a try yet again. Firehouse is the best chain sub shop by far! The meat tastes like meat! And the cheese like cheese! It's amazing! Ha! But seriously, it's very tasty. My favorite is the NY steamer which is one of the hot subs: corned beef brisket and pastrami, melted provolone, deli mustard, mayo, and Italian dressing. I like to add caramelized onions and peppers. Meatball sub is usually my go to choice, but had a bite of my youngest ham and cheese today and was impressed. I've been waiting for Firehouse to finally land in my area and I'm glad to see they did. The Plaza that it resides in is easy to access and a very nice location. The store is new and clean and the staff are friendly and attentive. Purchased 3 subs, Large Steamer, Large Meatball and a small Turkey sandwich. Total bill was $24. Plus tax. Not a bad value. Ordered online and my items were ready for pickup when I arrived. When I got home I was happy with how my food was prepared. Very well made and how the photo looks for the items. They were very well prepared and tasted great! I'm very happy with my first visit and plan on going again to sample other items they have up for sale. Give it a shot, you won't be sorry! read more

Unbelievably awful. Just got door dash delivery. I ordered a brisket sandwich with just meat and bbq sauce. There was almost NO meat on it. I don't like a lot of meat on a sandwich. I'm fact most places I have to take some off. But, this sandwich was a joke. We also got a bowl of chili and a bowl of potato soup. Neither was eaten. The potato soup had an alright flavor, but no potatoes. It was just potato broth really. The chili was just bad. Everyone tried it, but no one would have more than a bite. Really nice place, their subs are top notch and the staff is friendly and the place is always clean and I love that it was founded by firemen and that they donate to firefighters. My favorite subs place for sure, their subs are well crafted and delicious and they also have a lot of choices for their combos, like sides or desserts, so if you want to feeling like you're contributing to society and good causes and also enjoying a really good meal then this is the place for you. read more

Ordered a steak & cheese with carmelized onions, pepper and mushrooms with extra cheese at additional costs. Got one raw onion piece raw peppers and two pieces of mushrooms and minimal cheese. Called and the manager was less than concerned. I'll never order from them again! read more

Ordered thru Uber Eats App. Everything we ordered was completely wrong. They called and said they were out of cookies. Told them to refund the cookies, they said they couldn't..... Then ordered two sandwiches and Mac n cheese. Both sandwiches were completely wrong. Called them up, asked for a manager. Said they could help. Told them that the order was wrong and if they could remake and resend. They said they couldn't, we'd have to call Uber. So we called Uber and they refunded the complete order and we ordered from somewhere else. Their complete lack of service, no attention to detail and lack of any responsibility for their screw up cost them another customer. I strongly suggest avoiding Fire House Subs until they learn how to read. Learn how to listen. Learn how to properly fulfill orders. Learn how to take care of their customers and learn how to fix their mistakes. read more

This fire house subs is a nice location and a nice area the sandwiches were all really really good only reason I'm giving it a three star is because for some reason they do not go all the way down the sandwich bread with the meat as seen in my pics you'll be able to see. I feel that if you're going to make a sandwich you still need to go to the end of my bread with the meat. They do put enough meat on it so I just pulled it off other part of my sandwhich to spread it down. But I should not of had to do that in the first place. I will try again as there was nothing wrong but that. Just disappointed your not getting what you pay for. read more
