I kinda just stuck to the fried sides haha So for sides we got fried okra, fried konk fritter which it needs to say "fritters on your menu not just "konk" bc people with think it's plain konk. Anywho we got fried mushrooms and I am a sucker for clam strips so of course we got fried clam strips. Mm mm MM all delicious! Though the trouble with anything fried is you could just eat and eat and EAT it all but we all know we'd be feeling that later haha Keep being delicious Chick'n Fun haha

We were lucky to grab a table right as a group was leaving, but every table was taken for lunch. The line moved quickly and the employees at the counter were nice. Our food was also ready pretty fast, we didn't have to wait long the chicken was hot and crispy, same for the fries - they were nice and crispy, no soggy fries thankfully. The canes sauce was fantastic - it pairs perfectly with both the chicken and fries. The coleslaw was good too. We found parking without too much of a hassle - but I will note, this area is SO busy with the outlet mall and all of the other businesses right here in the area. Traffic is insane, so just prepare yourself for that. Will definitely be back!

But I have to say, this Lutz location is by far the best one we've visited, and that's all thanks to Corey. Seriously, that's how you run a fast-food restaurant. I've never experienced service this good at a fast-food establishment before. Corey went above and beyond, not just for us, but for everyone in the restaurant. He was constantly checking on guests, making sure everyone was satisfied, and creating such a welcoming atmosphere. Him and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely seemed to care about the customer experience. The amazing service aside, we absolutely love the food here. The chicken tenders are fantastic, and you can tell the breading is made fresh and with quality ingredients. The mac and cheese was unbelievable too. It wasn't the hottest when it arrived, but honestly, the flavour was so good that I didn't even care. The sauces are always a huge highlight at Chicken Guy! as well. They have some of the best dipping sauces in the fast-food world, and it's always fun trying different combinations. Those Egg Rolls were fantastic too! Very unique. As an added bonus, Corey was kind enough to give my dad and me samples of a couple milkshakes, and they were fantastic too. We genuinely can't say enough good things about Corey and this location. Between the incredible customer service, delicious food, and welcoming atmosphere, this was easily the best fast-food experience we've ever had, and I'm not just saying that. Easy 5 stars. I had a 8 count nugget meal with fries and extra pickles with a pineapple dragonfruit sprite. Tasty! Especially the seasonal drink. I went around 2pm and they were still fairly busy. One person was on the register and the line was out the door. I like that they have an order from your table option. Some families figured it out and just sat down, shrinking people standing over me waiting in line. Overall a consistent experience. If I'm in that area for lunch again, I'll try them out again.

I've tried the strawberry dessert so far, and it was absolutely delicious. It's the perfect way to finish the meal. The service is great, too. The team is always friendly when we get to the drive-thru window, which makes every visit even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a new chicken place to try, I highly recommend Slim Chickens. We waited patiently for it and it did not take long at all. After we arrived and got our food, it ended up getting busy around 730 pm so we came at perfect timing. The crisp on the chicken and fries were pretty good. Although the fries were quite salty and the batter of the chicken tenders were quite peppery. I had it with the Cajun ranch and the honey bbq. Perhaps the sauce made it peppery but I didn't think so and the honey bbq was pretty smoky. My fave part of my meal was the mixture of the raspberry and peach tea and lemonade and the Texas toast. As you can see in our pictures I'm not sure what regular lettuce would look like or if regular lettuce means you don't get any. The amount of fries was definitely not a large fry . I will not return to this location because for $13.50, it was a complete rip off. I fully understand portioning and cost control but going cheap on every single thing that a customer paid extra for is definitely not cool.
