Chick-fil-A is just a classic. You can almost guarantee that the food will be consistently good and the service will be on point. Today was no different. I had a 8 count nugget meal with fries and extra pickles with a pineapple dragonfruit sprite. Tasty! Especially the seasonal drink. I went around 2pm and they were still fairly busy. I was 2nd in line when I walked in. I ordered dine-in and for fast food, it took a good second for my food to come. They have an awkward line system. One person was on the register and the line was out the door. I like that they have an order from your table option. Some families figured it out and just sat down, shrinking people standing over me waiting in line. Overall a consistent experience. If I'm in that area for lunch again, I'll try them out again. read more

This experience was probably the best one I've had at a Chick-Fil-A! The drive thru was extremely efficient and quick, and our food was so fresh. The nuggets were piping hot and so crispy, and the milkshake was made perfectly. The servers were very polite as well. The only problem is it's a little hard to get to from the road, but once you do it's worth it! I didn't go inside so I can't speak to the ambiance. read more

This Chick-fil-A and the one by the outlet mall are my go to locations. Pretty soon I'll have one right next to my house and that might be a bit too close. We shall see. I love using the app since it is so easy just to go through the drive through and get my food. This location always has a line, but they are pretty organized in the Drive Thru. The problem here is the lack of space with the drive through and the busy Wawa gas station next door. There are so many cars. You would think you are getting out of a concert or something, also not enough space for all the cars. Customer service is always pretty good and friendly and super efficient here. This time I ordered the smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich, a root beer float and a strawberry milkshake. My sandwich was very good and both drinks were good, but I do think a bit small for almost $5. There are too many chicken places in Wesley Chapel and I never understood the hype here with the long lines, but I really am liking Chick-Fil-A more and more. read more

Have never experienced a drive-through quite like this. Highly highly recommend. Same for inside dining - they truly get the customer service part. The food is what it is and it's pretty damn good. read more

One of the things that makes me the happiest with living near a Chick-fil-A is living near one that is always amazing no matter what. I've been going here since I moved to the area and I feel like I'm cheating on my CFA if I ever go to another location because I just love this one so much lol. Every time I go, the service is incredible, with everyone always being super friendly and helpful, the restaurant itself is always impeccable and has a great environment. I usually go through the drive thru but even there, the service has always been top notch. The food is always fresh and delicious, and exactly what you ask for! read more

They always get my order correct here and all of the staff are very polite and respectful. This location does get backed up frequently and the parking lot is pretty small, but they always have it moving pretty fast. read more

This review is for the service I received after requesting to change the grilled chicken for a spicy chicken fillet. Despite my mistake, Steven was willing to change my order and even gave me cards for free desserts. Thanks Steven read more

My husband and I are visiting from out of town and decided to eat inside. I'm so glad we did because we were greeted with so much positivity from Steven! It would have been impossible to have a bad day with him around. I told him they should get him in a commercial. He even gave me an honest review of the peppermint frosted coffee and I tried it and it's so good! Thanks Steven! You made our day! Immaculate vibes read more

This Cfa is doing the most!! They are extra as can be and they will do ANYTHING for the huzz. The previous trash cans were blocked off and the new trash cans take 10 seconds to throw away trash!!! Only two registers and they gave me 8 sauces for my 5 nuggets??? doing the most?? they also don't know ninja got a low tape.... read more

We have been to this location many times and every time we go, the food is just okay and the service is not quick. We expect quick service at Chick Fila, and this one is not. Tonight we arrived at 9:20pm so my four-year old daughter could use the restroom and because we wanted to order food before heading home. At 9:20pm they weren't letting anyone inside because they were already "cleaning" when they are supposed to CLOSE AT 10:00PM. This has occurred more than once at this location which is why we decided from now on we are going to AVOID this one. We would rather go to the one at Tampa Premium outlets which is equi-distant from our home. read more

Really good location and always provides consistently good food. Service is always very nice which is usually how Chick-fil-A's treats its customers. This time they forgot my sauce, not a huge deal but that is not usually an issue. This location does get backed up frequently and the parking lot is pretty small. Absolutely love the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich, definitely would recommend. Area is also always clean. read more

We had another great experience at Chic fil a! The employees are friendly, the line moves quickly, and food is hot and fresh! I had the number one chicken sandwich meal with fries. It was delicious as always and I got a zesty buffalo on the side. Yum! The only thing that was different from last time was that no one was walking around for refills like they were last time so you could avoid waiting in the long line again. I don't mind it but it was very thoughtful of them to do that before. Can't wait to come back! read more

Was not having a great day, work, life you know how it goes. Order delivery and this sweet note was attached to my food. You have to be an incredibly kind person to write such a sweet note for a complete stranger. It also came at a time when it meant the most. Thank you for the wonderful food, but an even bigger thank you for adding some kindness to the world when the world needs it the most. read more

Always check your order on the spot! The first time, they got my order wrong even though I repeated it several times. The second time, they forgot to include the chicken. I do not recommend this place! read more

Not the first time that this happened. Seems like a lack of training, and professionalism is their number one goal. Ripping customers off and not caring or paying any attention to a simple task is a success. When you order 12-piece chicken nuggets and get 9 pieces and 3 bread crumbs from the batter and they count as chicken nuggets to equal 12 is completely lazy or they didn't care and choose to rip me off. This has happened before but chose to give them the benefit of the doubt. I was wrong. Avoid this place. read more

Drive thru: Last few visits have been disappointing. We either don't get the correct meals or are missing items.Super disappointed with chick fil a But they still get stars because in the end it's still a good meal even if the experience isn't. read more

My experience left me concerned for the well-being of the employees. Waiting for my order I overheard an employee comparing their coworker to a character, implying the employees weight in a mocking manner. Not your typical chick fil a ownership is not as focused on customer service like other locations. Been here a few times and more times than not there is an issue with the order, it's fast food things happen the part that disappointed me was the owner asked once and I just mentioned it (never mentioned it before) and he was literally butt hurt about it explaining why everything is good and they know what they are doing and have a 4.5 star rating but apparently he hasn't looked on yelp in a while read more

Came in today after the kids' recital rehearsal at the nearby high school. When we pulled in, the place was packed. Both drive thru lines were full while the entire parking lot except for one parking space. There was even a tour bus parked on the side of the property. We almost drove to a different place for lunch. As we entered the building, it was pack like a sardine can. All tables for filled and the line was long. The kids were hungry so I went to grab a table if it came free while the hubby ordered. To our surprise a table became free and the line moved exceptionally fast. The kids got the kids' meal chicken nuggets with fruit cups and lemonade. The hubby ordered the original sandwich with a side salad instead of fries. I ordered the Market Salad which had grilled chicken, blue cheese, apples, berries, nuts, cucumbers, and lettuce served with apple cider vinaigrette. All the food came out fast and correctly. I was delighted my the Market Salad as I hate fruit in my salad but it was absolutely delicious. I will be back just for that salad alone. read more

We were coming back into town exhausted from a 15 hr car ride. The Chick-fil-A was open for 8 more minutes. I entered an order using the app for our family of 4 and it was ready for pick up. It was slamming in the drive thru. Hubby walked right in and out with our food. No mistakes! Wow! The stadium location always screws up our order. The kale salad was a bit small. I would've liked more greens otherwise all items were correct. Thanks! read more

Food was good and hot as always! There was barely any line, and by the time I sat down at a table my food was ready. My kids love the play area, and I do too. It's all glass, so you can watch them the entire time without having to go sit in there. The only semi-complaint I would have is that there was no one out checking on the tables like there is usually for refills, etc. But always a good experience and good food! read more

My local and "go to" Chick Fil A. Have been pleased for many years, and happy to pay the premium price for quick service and good food. Last 2 visits were not up to par. Very slow service, "waffle fries" were a lot of of little bits and pieces , and not hot. I got 1 pack of ketchup with a large fries, and a spoon to eat my salad with?? I am a man of my word and I am more than satisfied with my local Chicken fil A. Thanks for the hard work

This food chain is known for top notch customer service and that is not what i received. Drove through the drive through and got to the window. Girl who took my order got it wrong. The lady passing at dood at the counter proceeded to charge me for each individual item and was rude in fixing the issue. When i called the store she answered the phone said her name was Katie the manager and then proceeded to argue with me and never let me actually speak. A disappointment to the brand of this company. read more

The staff service here is exceptional. Obviously I know that Chick-fil-A holds their staff up to higher standards however these employees at work can't go above and beyond. Claim to be Christian base company but throws away their breakfast items ? Why not give it to the homeless ? That would be the Christian thing to do right ? Ridiculous. And hypocritical. I ordered my food for pick up and they did my order wrong and couldn't replace my breakfast c/ they threw it all away by the time I arrived. They gave a refund. However. I didn't want a refund. I wanted my food that's what I came for. I already paid for it in advance. How do u mess up putting a chicken biscuit in a bag and then. A slap in a face to say we threw them all away !? Not even we ran out !? Smh. I stopped eating cfa for years and just started breakfast again and needless to say. It was short lived. I'm very disappointed. I was stuck in the breakfast drive through lane this morning for at least 4 minutes and not one single car moved. I got stuck between cars so I couldn't leave. During all of this quarantine , I placed a mobile order and no where does it tell you can do curbside . All their signs say drive through only . So after 30 minutes in line . I see they're doing curbside . When I got to the speaker they said it was ready . When I got to the window . The lady handed me a drink . Then asked why I'm sitting there .. umm bc you didn't hand me my food . The blonde behind the counter was super rude . Just a terrible set up of people . read more
