This experience was probably the best one I've had at a Chick-Fil-A! The drive thru was extremely efficient and quick, and our food was so fresh. The nuggets were piping hot and so crispy, and the milkshake was made perfectly. The servers were very polite as well. This Chick-fil-A and the one by the outlet mall are my go to locations. Pretty soon I'll have one right next to my house and that might be a bit too close. We shall see. I love using the app since it is so easy just to go through the drive through and get my food. This location always has a line, but they are pretty organized in the Drive Thru. The problem here is the lack of space with the drive through and the busy Wawa gas station next door. There are so many cars. You would think you are getting out of a concert or something, also not enough space for all the cars. Customer service is always pretty good and friendly and super efficient here. This time I ordered the smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich, a root beer float and a strawberry milkshake. My sandwich was very good and both drinks were good, but I do think a bit small for almost $5. There are too many chicken places in Wesley Chapel and I never understood the hype here with the long lines, but I really am liking Chick-Fil-A more and more. read more

One of the things that makes me the happiest with living near a Chick-fil-A is living near one that is always amazing no matter what. I've been going here since I moved to the area and I feel like I'm cheating on my CFA if I ever go to another location because I just love this one so much lol. Every time I go, the service is incredible, with everyone always being super friendly and helpful, the restaurant itself is always impeccable and has a great environment. We have been to this location many times and every time we go, the food is just okay and the service is not quick. We expect quick service at Chick Fila, and this one is not. Tonight we arrived at 9:20pm so my four-year old daughter could use the restroom and because we wanted to order food before heading home. At 9:20pm they weren't letting anyone inside because they were already "cleaning" when they are supposed to CLOSE AT 10:00PM. This has occurred more than once at this location which is why we decided from now on we are going to AVOID this one. We had another great experience at Chic fil a! The employees are friendly, the line moves quickly, and food is hot and fresh! I had the number one chicken sandwich meal with fries. It was delicious as always and I got a zesty buffalo on the side. Yum! The only thing that was different from last time was that no one was walking around for refills like they were last time so you could avoid waiting in the long line again. Ripping customers off and not caring or paying any attention to a simple task is a success. Came in today after the kids' recital rehearsal at the nearby high school. When we pulled in, the place was packed. Both drive thru lines were full while the entire parking lot except for one parking space. There was even a tour bus parked on the side of the property. We almost drove to a different place for lunch. As we entered the building, it was pack like a sardine can. All tables for filled and the line was long. The kids were hungry so I went to grab a table if it came free while the hubby ordered. To our surprise a table became free and the line moved exceptionally fast. The kids got the kids' meal chicken nuggets with fruit cups and lemonade. The hubby ordered the original sandwich with a side salad instead of fries. I ordered the Market Salad which had grilled chicken, blue cheese, apples, berries, nuts, cucumbers, and lettuce served with apple cider vinaigrette. All the food came out fast and correctly. I was delighted my the Market Salad as I hate fruit in my salad but it was absolutely delicious. I will be back just for that salad alone. read more

This food chain is known for top notch customer service and that is not what i received. Drove through the drive through and got to the window. Girl who took my order got it wrong. The lady passing at dood at the counter proceeded to charge me for each individual item and was rude in fixing the issue. When i called the store she answered the phone said her name was Katie the manager and then proceeded to argue with me and never let me actually speak. We have been going to these stores all over the south for years and I have to say this is the first time we ever found one to be less than over the top fantastic. I also know this is a new franchise store, so maybe they will get a their crew in the right frame of mind. We came in on Christmas Eve around 2pm, they were not busy but it took a few minutes to get our order in. The crew looked unhappy to be there & it did not seem to be running smoothly. The food took a long while to come out, but it was good. We were not welcomed, no one apologized for our wait to give our order or for the delay in getting our food & were not thanked for our business. Bottom line these folks charge fairly a high price for a chicken sandwich & we expect much better. That said the worst part was the fact you could just feel that the crew was less than motivated to give customers the great experience we have come to expect from these locations.
