Customer couldn't figure out a coupon, employee comes over and pushes it through for him, then afterwards the manager runs out from the back and up to their table while yelling across the store for him to come back with the coupon. The free fries are not worth losing your job, Nicole -- let the man and his family eat instead of causing a store-wide scene over a $3 fry. Thanks for the dinner and the show, but seriously get it under control Steak 'n Shake. That was an awfully embarrassing scene to watch unfold tonight.

We got everything we'd ordered correctly. The tenders were lightly breaded and quite large in size. All white meat and very, very good. He had the ranch sauce, and I had the honey mustard. We each liked our choices. The Texas toast was okay (I gave it to him). And the potato salad was good -- light on the mayo, as I like it. I'd definitely come back here again in the future.
