A fantastic dinner! Service was unforgettable Steven really took great care of us was attentive and listened the whole time. It felt like I was in my grandma's Italian kitchen. We were free to pick as many wine samples as we needed to make a good decision. And the food is not ambience are a bonus on top. Everything was beyond my expectations. I will be enjoying my dessert at home, highly recommend! read more

I recently went on a Sunday brunch date at Noble Crust with my 20-year-old son, and as always, it did not disappoint! First, let me say that I really enjoy going to Noble Crust. Whether I'm sitting at the bar by myself or at a table, I always enjoy the food and the atmosphere. But that Sunday was even better because I was accompanied by my son. Our server, Danielke, was amazing! She was attentive, patient, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. Of course, I had to get their mimosa. I mean, who doesn't have a mimosa on Sunday? My son went with the strawberry lemonade. He ordered the chicken and waffles, while I had the shrimp and grits. Let me tell you the shrimp was flavorful, with just the right amount of spice, and the sausage added even more flavor. And those grits? Just perfect! Creamy, delicious, and the perfect complement to the shrimp. It was the perfect Sunday brunch date, good food, great service, a wonderful atmosphere, and quality time with my son. Noble Crust, you did it again! I'll definitely be back. read more

Went for a very late lunch/dinner today at Noble Crust. I'm a GFree girly (gluten free) and was starving after a long day of traveling from the twin cities. We sat at the bar. I opted for a side Caesar (no croutons) + margarita pizza (gfree crust). The Caesar was good and the pizza was just okay...the crust was too crunchy for my liking. Though I used my hubby's marinara sauce to dip the bland and crunchy pizza crust into. The service could've been better. The bartenders were nice but seemed quite preoccupied with bar duties as well as a couple sitting next to me whom they knew making small talk while I patiently was waiting to order another Coke. Earlier, I had to ask for red pepper as well as Parmesan for my pizza. She appeared to go try and find it and then totally got sidetracked until I reminded her again. Then my drink was empty but no one asked me if I wanted a refill. I was disappointed they weren't better at anticipating the needs of the customers. As far as ambience, the music is on loud. There's a tv in the bar area (today it was playing espn). A couple of other side notes, I was shocked that when I ordered my soda...it was poured from a can. They also have prosecco on tap. read more

Noble Crust exceeded our expectations! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxing meal. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients, and every dish had its own unique twist. The portions were generous, and every bite was worth it. The menu offers a great variety, making it easy for everyone in our group to find something they loved. We also appreciated that the service was prompt without ever feeling rushed. This was one of those restaurants where you leave already looking forward to coming back. If you're looking for great food, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere, Noble Crust is definitely worth a visit. read more

Haven't been here in quite a while but came to celebrate a friend's birthday! As good as I remember. Service was excellent; staff were friendly. Had some issues with our food and management was apologetic and made sure to make everything perfect. Great spot in Wesley Chapel for great food and nice friendly place to hang with friends. The special capellini Marsala was a hit around the table as were the staple Brussels sprouts. The Cajun shrimp risotto is another go to favorite. Bronzed salmon was undercooked but quickly corrected. And if you have room save some for the peanut butter pie! read more

Caleb was excellent! Great service for weekend brunch. We tried the Brunch drinks and food menu. Please be sure to Check my photos ... a delicious steak and eggs sub French fries (had to re do the steak) BUT they got it right the way my husband enjoys his steaks. I had the Salmon eggs Benedict WOW! I would've never thought to add fish and eggs together for breakfast! Amazingly executed dish! I also enjoy the white sangria off the brunch menu! Additionally an order of fresh chicken tenders. My plate came with little smashed fries potatoes as well. Everything was tasty and fresh. Can't go wrong with such fresh food and a price point of around $70 for everything. Additionally, our wait was only about 10-15 on an early Saturday afternoon. It was packed per usual local brunch spot was everything was clean and casual. We will be back! read more

My bestie is in town from Ohio. Decided to change our original plans last minute. I randomly chose Noble Crust Wiregrass because it is close to my house. So glad I did. I made a reservation. This is highly recommended especially on a Friday evening. They are pretty busy. We set near where the food is done. At first I was not sure about that spot. But it wasn't too bad. Our server was really sweet. Very personable and attentive. I hate I forgot her name. Anyhow. We ordered a drink. I had the Lemongrass Gimlet. So so good. And my friend got a frozen Pina colada. She enjoyed it. Food.... Appetizers were the Brussel sprouts and the skillet garlic knots. Both were really good. For my dinner I got the pepperoni pizza with hot honey on the side. So so good. Will definitely get it again. My friend had the rigatoni with beef Ragu. And she enjoyed it. We both left satisfied. read more

What an amazing find, thanks to Yelp! A sexy looking restaurant with excellent food and drinks. We got there around 3pm on a Saturday and it was packed. We scored 2 seats at the bar and the bartenders were great and they had runners bring out the food. This restaurant is about 1 hour from where we live but it was so good we will absolutely be back......and soon! read more

Service was great. The ambiance was great except for the chairs being hella uncomfortable and the condensation (?) dripping down from the A/C. The waitress was very accommodating though about switching tables. The breakfast pizza is good but I think I would have added green peppers, onions, a little more sausage, and maybe a little Colby or cheddar. I had them add mushrooms to mine. I would come back again to try other things on the menu. They also have $3 Mimosas Saturdays and 1/2 off all barrel fresh wines. read more

I wanted something familiar and delicious, and this was close to my hotel, so I went, and I'm glad I did! The staff greeted me nicely, sat me promptly, and took care of me the whole time. It took a while to decide, and I finally went with their wings and a pepperoni pizza. I mean is that an American dinner or what? The wings were super crispy and for breaded wings, they weren't overly heavy. The sauce was delicious and the ranch dressing should win an award! I almost asked for more to do shots! Then the pizza came and even though I ate all the wings, I ate all but two slices of pizza! Man that was good... the crust was perfect, the cup and char pepperoni was done nicely, and the flavor was spot on. I loved it and it was worth it for sure. They had full meals (chicken parm and other pasta dishes) and other lighter options too (salads). They also had the non-traditional pizzas with things like mortadella and arugula too. So more than likely, something for everyone (including a Vegan pizza). Service was spectacular with the waitress stopping by numerous times to refill my half-off wine (Wednsdays IYKYK) and water and soda and just checking if I needed anything. She separated the alcohol from the food and soda pop as requested and I was in and out and on my way to shop in no-time. Yeah, it's in a plaza with lots of stuff to walk around and see! read more

This was my first time at this Noble Crust location and my love for Noble Crust continues. I always enjoy the industrial styled decor, it feels welcoming and is also very appealing to the eye. We ate here for lunch, it wasn't too busy and we were seated quickly. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. I ordered the breakfast pizza - this is one of my favorite items at Noble Crust and every time I've ever ordered it, it's a 10/10. The mac and cheese is great too - I typically order a side of it for my kiddos. Def recommend trying the sangria - both the red and white are great. read more

Update from my last review 4 years ago: One of the few restaurants in Wesley Chapel that doesn't feel like "chain-like", has excellent service consistently, and the food tastes flavorful and the portion sizes are satisfying. I have lived here for years and I stand by this. Recently dined again a couple weeks ago for brunch and had the FGBLT as well as the Shrimp and Grits. Both dishes were fantastic and I was impressed with the shrimp and grits, I don't even care for grits like that. I love that they had a Happy Hour even during brunch hours and the drinks were reasonably priced. Definitely a staple in Wesley Chapel. read more

They stay busy here with decent food and very reasonable pricing. Since they have a few pasta with red sauce offerings I'd like to see fresh parm and not out of the same container used to sprinkle on their pizza. Service was attentive read more

The drinks were good, and the bartender was friendly. However, on weekends and during the evening dinner rush, it gets really crowded and loud. I personally prefer their breakfast menu, but their truffle fries are pretty good too. read more

First time at Noble Crust and will continue the drive from Spring Hill to visit again. As expected on Fathers Day weekend it was packed! We had reservations and we're seated with no wait. A birthday dinner at Noble Crust! My son and daughter in law brought my husband and I here for my birthday dinner. We were seated right away. The restaurant has a modern yet rustic feel. Had high hopes for the restaurant and was pretty disappointed. Came with family and I ordered a mocktail that tasted like cough medicine. Waitress was nice about it and swapped it out. Ordered the fried chicken which was delicious, but they were out of the watermelon salad. I was offered the option to replace it with another side and ended up being charged for the side. When questioned if that was a mistake we were told it was correct. They gave us complimentary beignets and we didn't know they were beignets until we asked what the gooey filling was. So they served us raw beignets. Overall not the best experience and will not be back. read more

We only ever go to Noble Crust for brunch because the vibe is always right, however the last 2 times we've been the kitchen has not been what it used to be. The previous visit I ordered chicken and waffles and they didn't have syrup and this time I ordered the chicken biscuit with egg and gravy and the biscuit was hard(my husband had the same and his biscuit was worse than mine). The mimosas were still delicious and the service was good. read more

Noble Crust was fairly busy on Saturday night, however they were really efficient with their service. I was notified that the wait was about 45 mins, however, we got our table in about 20-25 mins. We were sat near the bar, which they had a college football game on. I got the Bronzed salmon, mainly wanting something light & refreshing. When I saw that the Bronzed salmon on the menu, I was hoping for a bright lemony taste, however the lemon butter sauce barely had a lemon taste. The Calabrian chili oil was also just a splash on the top, as an afterthought rather than sprinkled around the dish. Other than these two minor faults, the overall dish was delicious. I would honestly rate this place 3.5 l, however I am unable to give it a full 4/5. read more

My wife and I ate at the bar. Bar tenders were on point and made great food recommendations.

I'm a tad bit biased because I've been going here for years and I'm just now getting around to writing a thorough review! Love love love this place. Most recently, I had the fried chicken sandwich. This was my first time getting it and I was very pleased! The chicken was friend perfectly and the bun was soft and delish. I also asked for hot honey on the side to drizzle on the sandwich. I ordered the truffle fries with it as well and OMG. so good! The aioli with it balanced all of the flavors out well. I also had two cocktails: The Love of Lavender and The Sunnyslope Spritz. They offer $5 cocktails on Monday and these were apart of the deal. I really enjoyed the Lavender. As always, the service and environment are so warm and welcoming. They have truly made a loyal customer out of me. read more

I definitely recommend this place for a nice girls night out. I came here with some girl friends and we made it during their happy hour time. We had the lavender drink and it was so good and cute. I definitely recommend it! We also got the truffle fries, and burrata carpese which were really good! I was too nervous to eat the bread because I hate having extra hard bread with my dishes. But it was soft , buttery and good. My friend had the Caesar salad and added shrimp and she said it was really good and I had the eggplant Parmesan, which was probably the best eggplant Parmesan I have had! It also has a underlining sweet taste to it. On the menu it says a tomato jam. It had a nice little touch to the dish. I definitely want to come back just to get that into the lavender drink! The service was good too. Our server make sure that we were good throughout the whole time and she was really sweet and down to earth. The inside of the restaurant was very nice and cute too, and I love that they have the windows open. when it is a nice day out read more

It was my first time at the Wesley Chapel location of Noble Crust, and besides the excellent food and atmosphere, the service was outstanding. Our server, María, did an amazing job recommending dishes and explaining the menu in detail, even with our group of about 15 people. I ordered the bruschettas with burrata cheese, which were delicious, though the portion of burrata was a bit small. However, the flavors were still incredible. I also tried the risotto, a new addition to the menu, and was pleasantly surprised by its Caribbean touch--definitely a flavorful option. My go-to dish at Noble Crust has always been the beef ragù, but this time, I decided to try something different. As for drinks, if you enjoy Aperol, the Sunnylope Spritz is a great choice--refreshing and well-balanced. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant for my favorite pasta and to explore more of their menu! read more

Rainy days call for cozy brunches and Noble Crust delivered just that! With the rainy weather changing our original plans to go to St. Pete's, my friend and I decided to stay local at one of my favorite places in Wiregrass Mall. No wait? Score! We snagged a table in the dining area near the bar and dove into their Saturday specials--$2 mimosas, anyone? We wisely opted for just one, avoiding the bottomless trap that left us couch-bound and paralyzed the last time we indulged in mimosas together. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff ensuring our shared meal was seamless. We started off with a generous portion of whipped Burrata Caprese, though a fourth toast would've been perfect to split it between the two of us. The waiter was much accommodating when we asked for more toast. For the main event, we split two Benedicts: the light and zesty Bronze Salmon Benny and the hearty Braised Beef Benny. Both were served on crispy buttermilk biscuits with perfectly poached eggs. For our side, we chose the crispy potatoes. The ambience was just right for a rainy day brunch with a cozy, upscale bar area vibe. Noble Crust never disappoints, and this visit was no exception. If we didn't have a productive day planned, it would've been the great place to relax and sip for hours. When our waiter asked if we wanted our check, he even said he wasn't trying to push us out. In fact, he tried to get us to indulge in more mimosas! Tempting but so glad to have the rest of the day to get house projects done! read more

What a pleasant surprise of so many levels! Started out with our absolutely awesome server Maria. She truly gets it and made helpful suggestions throughout the meal. We started out with old fashioneds made with Buffalo Trace. Not only were they very enjoyable well made - they were super reasonable. For my main course, I went with salmon. What a pleasant surprise. I substituted out the potatoes for spinach. Everything was perfect. I really really enjoyed the salmon. Instead of potatoes, I added an optional Caesar salad for $3. Yes only $3. And it was just perfect. Couldn't resist - we ordered a second round of cocktails. And yes - only $10 per drink. Wow. When it came time to dessert could not resist - I had a single espresso and a wonderful chocolate dessert. They actually really care here. Met the shift manager who we will see again. And again highly highly recommend Maria. It is our intention to become become regulars here - real close to the new home, an amazing value as well for no excuses excellent food. read more
