Only one bite of my entire wrap head honey mustard sauce on it, the tenders are clearly being fried in Old Dirty bitter oil, and they're definitely was no extra lettuce. As you can see in our pictures I'm not sure what regular lettuce would look like or if regular lettuce means you don't get any. The amount of fries was definitely not a large fry . I will not return to this location because for $13.50, it was a complete rip off. I fully understand portioning and cost control but going cheap on every single thing that a customer paid extra for is definitely not cool. It has been a few years since we ate here. The restaurant is not kept as tiddy as I recall. Also mostly teenagers, years ago adults to include older workers. I ordered the salad with grilled chicken. Also three grilled additional tenders. Food came out quickly. Well chicken was obviously not cooked to order. Food was ok, not great. I'm one of those people that will check out any place that is chicken related anywhere I go, so PDQ is definitely a top spot for me in WC! The food is always fresh and delicious, I love their milkshakes, and it's always spotless. The service could be a little better but I feel like everyone has their off days so I can't judge that too much. We had an appointment in Wesley Chapel that ended around lunchtime. Afterward, we looked for a restaurant nearby on our way back home and found PDQ. One of the advantages of PDQ is their drive-through service, which we opted for to save time. When it was our turn, we ordered Chicken Tenders and Nuggets. After receiving our order promptly, we eagerly dug into our PDQ tenders and nuggets once we arrived home. The chicken was cooked to perfection, juicy, and paired perfectly with the delicious sauces. It made for a fantastic lunch option that we thoroughly enjoyed. During my next visit, I plan on trying the Chicken Sandwich, Zucchini Fries, and Salad that I've heard about. Upon entering this location it was very clean and busy with constantly moving lunch traffic. However there was no line and we were able To walk right up and order. The staff was very kind and even came over to our table greet our boy and make him laugh! The food came out pretty quickly and was very good! Got the grilled chicken tenders with roasted street corn! Very much enjoyed both! While sitting down eating we watched as they were constantly cleaning. If someone got up, they were there cleaning it within a minute. Driving in the area and of course I get an immediate craving for P.D.Q. Mmmmmm! The drive thru was wrapped around the building so I decided to go inside. When I walked in, there was no wait. Yes! I ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich meal with the amazing waffle fries and soft drink for $7.99. I always enjoy there soft drink machine as the varieties are endless of what you can make. I got Diet Barqs Vanilla Cream Soda. It is so yummy! As soon as I finished filling up my drink, my food was ready. I love it is made to order so the fries were just perfect hot. The Grilled Chicken Sandwich is just as good without a bun. (Stupid gluten allergy. God I miss gluten). I use the lettuce as a bun. I was in heaven working my way through the sandwich and fries. VERY DISAPPOINTED- WORST PDQ LOCATION. We went to PDQ tonight for dinner. We ordered two caí bowls and one with extra chicken. I'm going to start by saying they hardly put rice in our bowls, our food was cold, we waiting in the drive through for over an hour and I saw the manager and employees not wearing masks. I have worked in the food industry as a manager and the manager on site did not handle the situation properly. He gave us a receipt FROM THE TRASH CAN, he brought our food back into the restaurant (they are NOT supposed to take back already opened food) and he was not wearing a hat or hairnet (it's against food and safety handling). The manager was rude, very disrespectful and simply responded to me "what do you want me to do about it" This was the worst service and food I've had EVER. read more

This entire post goes out to Danielle who worked in the evening shift as the cashier in the drive through. As of Tuesday, the dining room was not open so we grabbed dinner via drive through and ate on the patio. I was arriving separately, having come from spin class. I saw that my children had small milkshakes, and after taking a sip of one, I knew I had to get my own *post spin class justification* was very strong urge. I got in the drive through line, which was long. When I went up to the window to order one regular strawberry milkshake, Danielle, the cashier couldn't believe I waited in that line just to get one (it was about 10 min wait). She asked to expedite the order so I don't have to wait any longer, and while we chatted, she even climbed out of her window to ask if the cars behind me can back up so I don't have to stay locked in the lane! First, I was amazed at how limber she was (do you yoga? I asked. Yes, she said. I said I was a yoga instructor and I recognize good flexibility). Luckily the space in front of me opened up and she was able to climb back into her window safely. Like wow! She's like a superhero. On top of that, and I HOPE she doesn't get in trouble for this, she game me my milkshake as complimentary. She was so friendly, caring, efficient, not to mention limber superhero. She went beyond what was asked of her and I was so impressed! So management, she is the type of who really makes place like PDQ special. Because let me just tell you, nobody at Chic Fil-a has ever gone to the lengths that Danielle has. And please don't get her in trouble for giving me a complimentary shake. The PDQ is really clean and pleasant. I like the open space. Everything is in the organized order. Service is nice. The head chef watches quality of food before send out. Very good quality control. I have their new product - Tropic Sizzle. It is the new grilled Hawaiian sandwich. It come with grilled chicken, bacon, grilled slice pineapple, pepper jack cheese. Mmm good to fit into my mouth. I use to love PDQ - everything has gone down hill ! I literally left Chick-fil-A after getting my kids food to come get PDQ because I prefer it after this NO more ! Chick-fil-A literally had 30 people in line in front of me. I was out with my order in less than 15 minutes. Arrived at PDQ two people in front of me - After they ordered they were directed to pull ahead - 20 minutes later I'm directed to pull ahead after given my shake that was half melted. I received my two tender plates in the new plastic containers. By the time I got home fries were soggy , the new bread feels like it was microwaved and the tenders were slimy underneath the breading. It's been a while since I wrote the last PDQ review. Now, I'm loving them. Tonight I picked up some Cali chicken clubs. I didn't feel guilty since what we had seemed a lot healthier than other fast food places. It included grilled chicken, avocado, tomato, a piece of bacon, and ranch. It was so good. I ordered one fries for both of us. Those were okay, but I'm not all about skinny fries. It was also convenient that they have a drive through. I had my doggie with me, and didn't feel like getting out. The drive through was efficient and fast. As good as it should be. The honey marinated chicken nuggets are good too. And I see the chicken strip can be breaded grilled. They have a good number of dipping sauces. I like their BBQ and honey mustard. read more

I was very disappointed with my experience here, I ordered a 3 piece tender with honey mustard and I even asked for extra. They gave me not even half filled containers and give me only a few fries, I use to love this place. They took abt 8-10 minutes to give us the food after pulling up to the window. There wasn't even a lot of people there, abt like 3-5 i would guess because of the cars. When they finally gave us our food they gave us a ticket for a free meal next time with an order but even the ticket was a year expired. As far as fast food chains go, this is hands down one of the better. Their chicken tenders are consistently golden brown, tender and plump. Not like some of the overcooked/chewy tenders so many other places serve. The fries have a sweet flavor to them and the sauces ... OMG. Sweet Sriracha is so good. Slightly spicy, slightly sweet. This is the worst pdq experience ever we didn't get our French fries, the wrong salad was ordered and was replaced by this pictured mess that was supposed to be a harvest fruit salad. Problem is no fruit, salad dressing spilled in bag, and there was no fork to eat it. We deserve a refund an a apology. Update, spoke with manager who assured me he would refund our bill and he did not do it. Insult to injury. PDQ - People Dedicated to Quality. I can say I agree to this. I have yet to have a bad experience when visiting PDQ. I just love how quick the food is made. The chicken strips are always super crunchy and moist and fresh and hot every time I order. The zucchini fries were okay, but I did find them to be a bit greasy for my taste. I was extremely happy when they begin to incorporate the bowls on the menu. My favorite is the Thai Peanut bowl. The coconut flavor mixed in with the mango chunks are a great combo. read more
