***** clearly after reading the reviews, the owner or management only responds to the favorable reviews. They need to look at the bad reviews and fix what is bad. Epic fail. A business cannot get better unless they work on their shortcomings. Well I guess it's one and done for us. Ordered 2 wrap meal online. Paid EXTRA for pickles, lettuce and a large waffle fries. Only one bite of my entire wrap head honey mustard sauce on it, the tenders are clearly being fried in Old Dirty bitter oil, and they're definitely was no extra lettuce. As you can see in our pictures I'm not sure what regular lettuce would look like or if regular lettuce means you don't get any. The amount of fries was definitely not a large fry . I will not return to this location because for $13.50, it was a complete rip off. I fully understand portioning and cost control but going cheap on every single thing that a customer paid extra for is definitely not cool. Avoid this location unless you can afford to pay a lot of money for a whole lot of nothing. My receipt is attached. Do better PDQ. THIS LOCATION IS CHEAP ASS, SKIMPY ON ORDERS, AND SUCKS. read more

It has been a few years since we ate here. The restaurant is not kept as tiddy as I recall. Also mostly teenagers, years ago adults to include older workers. I ordered the salad with grilled chicken. Also three grilled additional tenders. Food came out quickly. Well chicken was obviously not cooked to order. Food was ok, not great. Coke freestyle was good, often not so great , but seemed to be working well. Wife had garlic breaded fried nuggets, She said they were excellent. read more

I'm one of those people that will check out any place that is chicken related anywhere I go, so PDQ is definitely a top spot for me in WC! The food is always fresh and delicious, I love their milkshakes, and it's always spotless. The service could be a little better but I feel like everyone has their off days so I can't judge that too much. My go to is always the chicken sandwich and their waffle fries, which you can't go wrong with! read more

PDQ Chicken - Sandwiches Near Me - Wesley Chapel, Florida

For nearly $50... this was just meh... Salad: very small and cheap... The ranch had off flavoring. Mac N Cheese: Bland but cooked well. Broccoli: Great flavor but barely cooked. Very crunchy! Chicken Tenders: Nice white meat, probably the best part of the meal. Sauces: Garlic Sauce-little to no flavors. BBQ: very flavorful (best one), ranch: odd, almost off flavor, PDQ: slight spice (okay) Customer Service: Not great... the guy who took the order just looked and acted bored. There was not one ounce of enthusiasm in him. The people at the front just shoved a bunch of pdq sauce in a bag and handed it over without even looking at our order (we did not even order pdq sauce, we ordered garlic and bbq). We had to ask and they boredly, unapologetically gave us more sauce. I really wish this visit had gone better but yikes! Not a great experience and we are not likely to come back. read more

We had an appointment in Wesley Chapel that ended around lunchtime. Afterward, we looked for a restaurant nearby on our way back home and found PDQ. One of the advantages of PDQ is their drive-through service, which we opted for to save time. When it was our turn, we ordered Chicken Tenders and Nuggets. After receiving our order promptly, we eagerly dug into our PDQ tenders and nuggets once we arrived home. The chicken was cooked to perfection, juicy, and paired perfectly with the delicious sauces. It made for a fantastic lunch option that we thoroughly enjoyed. During my next visit, I plan on trying the Chicken Sandwich, Zucchini Fries, and Salad that I've heard about. I recommend trying out this amazing chicken restaurant. read more

Price. Price/value is way out of line. One 3 piece meal and one 5 piece meal for $30. Your fast food guys. I can eat at Chili's for less - including tip. Btw....you really should sell gift cards. Clearly a very profitable venture. Then you wouldn't have to charge so dang much. read more

First time coming here. The chicken tenders were very tasty and juicy. The waffle fries were cooked perfect. My wife loved the PDQ sauce. I was ok with it. The service was great. If you dine in the plastic service tray is very slippery. Almost lost my food picking it up when it was ready. We will come back again. Give it a try for yourself. read more

Absolutely love this place. The staff is at another level. I've been going to this location for over 13 years now.

Surprisingly good. I tried it at TPA. It was fresh and crispy. I'll now try one of the restaurants.

All I can say is, bring back the turkey! It was what set this chicken spot apart from the rest a few years ago. Now, with chicken finger and nugget places on nearly every corner, PDQ really needs to bring back the turkey sandwich to stand out again. read more

Upon entering this location it was very clean and busy with constantly moving lunch traffic. However there was no line and we were able To walk right up and order. The staff was very kind and even came over to our table greet our boy and make him laugh! The food came out pretty quickly and was very good! Got the grilled chicken tenders with roasted street corn! Very much enjoyed both! While sitting down eating we watched as they were constantly cleaning. If someone got up, they were there cleaning it within a minute. This was very much appreciated! read more

Driving in the area and of course I get an immediate craving for P.D.Q. Mmmmmm! The drive thru was wrapped around the building so I decided to go inside. When I walked in, there was no wait. Yes! I ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich meal with the amazing waffle fries and soft drink for $7.99. I always enjoy there soft drink machine as the varieties are endless of what you can make. I got Diet Barqs Vanilla Cream Soda. It is so yummy! As soon as I finished filling up my drink, my food was ready. I love it is made to order so the fries were just perfect hot. The Grilled Chicken Sandwich is just as good without a bun. (Stupid gluten allergy. God I miss gluten). I use the lettuce as a bun. I was in heaven working my way through the sandwich and fries. Oh the waffle fries! As always, PDQ did not disappoint. Bravo! I will be back again when I am near you my amazing friend. read more

VERY DISAPPOINTED- WORST PDQ LOCATION. We went to PDQ tonight for dinner. We ordered two caí bowls and one with extra chicken. I'm going to start by saying they hardly put rice in our bowls, our food was cold, we waiting in the drive through for over an hour and I saw the manager and employees not wearing masks. I have worked in the food industry as a manager and the manager on site did not handle the situation properly. He gave us a receipt FROM THE TRASH CAN, he brought our food back into the restaurant (they are NOT supposed to take back already opened food) and he was not wearing a hat or hairnet (it's against food and safety handling). The manager was rude, very disrespectful and simply responded to me "what do you want me to do about it" This was the worst service and food I've had EVER. read more

PDQ Chicken - Cali bowl with super little rice and employees too lazy to cut my chicken. - Sandwiches Near Me - Wesley Chapel, Florida

This entire post goes out to Danielle who worked in the evening shift as the cashier in the drive through. As of Tuesday, the dining room was not open so we grabbed dinner via drive through and ate on the patio. I was arriving separately, having come from spin class. I saw that my children had small milkshakes, and after taking a sip of one, I knew I had to get my own *post spin class justification* was very strong urge. I got in the drive through line, which was long. When I went up to the window to order one regular strawberry milkshake, Danielle, the cashier couldn't believe I waited in that line just to get one (it was about 10 min wait). She asked to expedite the order so I don't have to wait any longer, and while we chatted, she even climbed out of her window to ask if the cars behind me can back up so I don't have to stay locked in the lane! First, I was amazed at how limber she was (do you yoga? I asked. Yes, she said. I said I was a yoga instructor and I recognize good flexibility). Luckily the space in front of me opened up and she was able to climb back into her window safely. Like wow! She's like a superhero. On top of that, and I HOPE she doesn't get in trouble for this, she game me my milkshake as complimentary. She was so friendly, caring, efficient, not to mention limber superhero. She went beyond what was asked of her and I was so impressed! So management, she is the type of who really makes place like PDQ special. Because let me just tell you, nobody at Chic Fil-a has ever gone to the lengths that Danielle has. And please don't get her in trouble for giving me a complimentary shake. I will pay for it if it's a problem. PM me. read more

People Dedicated to Quality (PDQ) - what a company mission. This is a concept that actually drawn people to visit. In a way, they also need to measure up with what they stand for. The PDQ is really clean and pleasant. I like the open space. Everything is in the organized order. Service is nice. The head chef watches quality of food before send out. Very good quality control. I have their new product - Tropic Sizzle. It is the new grilled Hawaiian sandwich. It come with grilled chicken, bacon, grilled slice pineapple, pepper jack cheese. Mmm good to fit into my mouth. I have the zucchini fried on the side. The meal deal is good. Just the sandwich is a bit small. We also have 4 pieces chicken tenders. I have ginger berry sauce. This go well. The drink touch screen selection. It with a lot of choices. read more

absoutlety trash my burger came after 3 hours of waiting and the bread had mold on it and the worst part is when I opened the burger there was poop inside the cheese with lettuce and the fries were insanely cold and gross 0 out of ten never go again and the drinks were awful and tastes bad just like there food. I dont recommend ever EVER come to this disgusting, demonic, disgraceful, awful, terrible, place!!! I use to love PDQ - everything has gone down hill ! I literally left Chick-fil-A after getting my kids food to come get PDQ because I prefer it after this NO more ! Chick-fil-A literally had 30 people in line in front of me. I was out with my order in less than 15 minutes. Arrived at PDQ two people in front of me - After they ordered they were directed to pull ahead - 20 minutes later I'm directed to pull ahead after given my shake that was half melted. I received my two tender plates in the new plastic containers. By the time I got home fries were soggy , the new bread feels like it was microwaved and the tenders were slimy underneath the breading. I requested three types of sauce I received none. Awful ! read more

Food was fresh and prepared fast. Great customer service! I can even suggest to eat inside, it is super clean!

It's been a while since I wrote the last PDQ review. Now, I'm loving them. Tonight I picked up some Cali chicken clubs. I didn't feel guilty since what we had seemed a lot healthier than other fast food places. It included grilled chicken, avocado, tomato, a piece of bacon, and ranch. It was so good. I ordered one fries for both of us. Those were okay, but I'm not all about skinny fries. It was also convenient that they have a drive through. I had my doggie with me, and didn't feel like getting out. The drive through was efficient and fast. As good as it should be. The honey marinated chicken nuggets are good too. And I see the chicken strip can be breaded grilled. They have a good number of dipping sauces. I like their BBQ and honey mustard. read more

I was very disappointed with my experience here, I ordered a 3 piece tender with honey mustard and I even asked for extra. They gave me not even half filled containers and give me only a few fries, I use to love this place. They took abt 8-10 minutes to give us the food after pulling up to the window. There wasn't even a lot of people there, abt like 3-5 i would guess because of the cars. When they finally gave us our food they gave us a ticket for a free meal next time with an order but even the ticket was a year expired. I wish they did better like how I use to remember them, this new experience might be my last here as I might just stop going here. read more

Honey. Butter. Chicken. sandwich. Enough said. Oh my! These are the best chicken sandwiches in the world. Hands down. The sweet little pickles that they add are little gems. I love their tenders but this sandwich gives me life. And let's talk about those zucchini fries. Tonight they were on point! Sometimes they come out a bit soft. I enjoy them with ranch and sweet heat mixed. Yum yum yum read more

Fastest and most efficient PDQ I've ever been to! The blonde female manager could probably run the country

Average chicken place. All they have is chicken just like chik fillet. I was not impressed with the food.

Despite asking if the sauces were in the bag and being told yes, there were no sauces. Chicken sandwich I ordered fully loaded was plain. For how much meals cost these days you would hope to get good quality. Won't eat here again. read more

Normally I love eating at PDQ as it's very clean and the people are super nice. However! Please be aware they are not operating with a full menu. It's very limited and the wait time is long. So please learn from my experience and if you're looking for anything other than tenders, you may want to try elsewhere. read more

As far as fast food chains go, this is hands down one of the better. Their chicken tenders are consistently golden brown, tender and plump. Not like some of the overcooked/chewy tenders so many other places serve. The fries have a sweet flavor to them and the sauces ... OMG. Sweet Sriracha is so good. Slightly spicy, slightly sweet. It's my fave. Salads are large and packing a lot of flavor here. And their milkshakes are always good. Thick and creamy, no matter the flavor. read more

This is the worst pdq experience ever we didn't get our French fries, the wrong salad was ordered and was replaced by this pictured mess that was supposed to be a harvest fruit salad. Problem is no fruit, salad dressing spilled in bag, and there was no fork to eat it. We deserve a refund an a apology. Update, spoke with manager who assured me he would refund our bill and he did not do it. Insult to injury. New management might help services and management that is not accountable is the worst management. Will not go back to this store and will share my experience with everyone I can. read more

PDQ - People Dedicated to Quality. I can say I agree to this. I have yet to have a bad experience when visiting PDQ. I just love how quick the food is made. The chicken strips are always super crunchy and moist and fresh and hot every time I order. The zucchini fries were okay, but I did find them to be a bit greasy for my taste. I was extremely happy when they begin to incorporate the bowls on the menu. My favorite is the Thai Peanut bowl. The coconut flavor mixed in with the mango chunks are a great combo. read more

I haven't been to this restaurant in a while, but decided to use the drive-thru during a work break. The cashier (Jacob L) working the first window was very rude, cutting me off, zero eye contact. This is fast good but definitely a step above the others. The only reason why they are getting a three star is because the customer service is gradually going down hill and maybe even the quality of the food. If you are in rush and don't want the golden arch definitely try this spot. read more

For fast food, their chicken tenders are amazing! I try not to eat fast food, but when I get that urge, this place is on my top 2!
