We were coming back from an event and stopped at Chick-fil-A for a quick salad. We went through the drive-thru and ordered the Grilled Spicy Chicken Salad with Avocado Ranch. We got our salad at the next window and enjoyed a delicious salad for dinner. It was well-made with fresh ingredients and it satisfied our hunger. Besides the salad, we've also tried their Chicken Sandwiches in the past, and they're pretty famous for those. read more

I ordered a medium fry and a large fry and both were not even half way filled and they tried to hide it by putting sauces on top of the fry containers. I didn't realize till I got home so it was too late. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with this location. When I spend money on a product I expect to get the full amount that I paid for. read more

Over all it's good for fast food but I feel like the sizes/portions are smaller than other Chick Fil A locations. Got the chicken on biscuits for breakfast the other day. Again was ok not complaining about quality of the food but the over all size is smaller than past breakfast sandwich's I've had at other locations. Service is on point 99% of time and top tier. Staff is alway friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Have not got a chance to go in this location yet but it probably the same as all the others, plus or minus the kids play area. Normally clean and well maintained. read more

Who doesn't love CFA?! From their delicious food (the best cookies & cream milkshake ever) to their amazing customer service....... I'm pretty sure the only downside are the long lines in the drive-thru that wrap around the building. They move quickly! So no complaints from me. The restaurant is always clean, restrooms are always well stocked and maintained. I love ordering on the app and having the food delivered to my table. This is probably one of the most convenient features as it allows me to sit with my rambunctious kiddos (lol). I know they're known for their chicken but they have an amazing sausage egg & cheese breakfast biscuit that is soooooo good. I always feel so awkward ordering it but it's the best out there! Their breakfast parfaits are also very good. Try their buffalo sauce with your nuggets - game changer! read more

This location is VERY VERY inconsistent. One day they are great, the next they are AWFUL. The past two times it has been BAD! Last time they lost our order, had to remake it and then forgot part of it. It was AWFUL. This time the buscuit sandwiches were the issue. The mini sandwiches were fine but the normal sized sandwich's chicken was SOOO small (PLEASE see picture). We just had Chik-Fil-A in Venice Beach, FL a few weeks ago and their chicken on the sandwiches were triple the size. This location is just a struggle bus. Needless to say we probably won't be back to this location in a while. They really need to re-train and fix some things before we even consider coming back. read more

It's a chick fila. What can you say the food quality is consistent no matter where you go.

Stopped in and placed a dinner order to go. The place looked clean, patrons were sitting enjoying their meals and there were no lines to place orders. As usual, a very polite staff member took our order. We waited a little less than 10 minutes for our order to be ready to go. Food was great! read more

The manager handled my frustrations about my order being canceled through the app, at no fault of their own, so well. I appreciate that I was given a new order quickly. Thank you and apologies read more

Stopped inside for a quick bite On my way! To a meeting To my surprise and the guy that waited on me there was absolutely no one in line However drive through was brisk Place seems to have fallen off not as sharp as they used to be That's why they are only getting 3 stars now I haven't been in about 2 years because the lines are always long The chicken sandwich was good I don't care for the fries The counter dude asked me if I wanted pickles. This CFA was quite busy, even for after their lunch rush. Service was good when purchasing our food, it came to the table within minutes, and people were friendly. What I ordered: 8ct chicken nuggets, small superfoods side salad, and small waffle fries. Food was delicious, as always. Love the superfoods salad, just wish it came with more. Bathrooms, facility, and tables were clean. Went on a Friday around 2:30pm. Getting drink refills was a pain, waited 5+ minutes without being attended to. Ended up just throwing the drink away. read more

Who doesn't love CFA?? But this location we try to avoid, unfortunately =/ The play area is still closed, while the New Tampa one is open. Our orders have been wrong, on multiple occasions. There have been items missing from our orders. The drive-thru is slow. Twice we have had to go up to the window to ask where our order is. On one occasion, we ordered a milk shake. It was just sitting there, melting. Rather than offering to make a new one, they just handed it us. We would have asked them to re-make it but were already annoyed & pressed for time. read more

I'm usually on here reading reviews, but never really intending to write one. Tonight was worth writing about. I have went to this particular restaurant several times and have always had great service, but tonight was upsetting. I decided to treat my son to dinner at one of his favorite places. Ordered and paid for my food with a friendly team member outside. Then confirmed that my food was paid for by another friendly team member outside. I asked for my receipt from that same team member and he stated to get it from the window if I didn't mind. I happily agreed and proceeded to get my food from the window. I asked for the receipt from the friendly team member, but it took some time b/c it was extremely busy. Another team member walked up behind him to restock items and said "OMG, it smells like gas. It smells like a Grand Prix." I knew she was talking about me and I really just wanted to pull off b/c I was so embarrassed. My son then asked me "Mom why does our car smell like that?" I try to keep my struggle as far way from my son as possible. My car is an 06 trailblazer (it needs work) though it gets us where we need to go and I'm grateful for what I have. Car payments just don't fit into our family equation right now so to shine light on an already sensitive area is painful. I called the director and he stated he was sorry it happen and that would find out who it was, but never got my information just to follow up to let me know the outcome. I don't want anyone fired, but it would be nice to know what was done to correct the behavior. Sorry for the long vent!! read more

I love CFA but DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT go through the drive-thru at this location. It's painfully slow

I always love a good chick-fil-a! this one in particular was delicious (as always) but man did this come so very quick!!! we sat down and maybe less than 2 minutes pass and boom we got our food, even for fast food i feel like that's quick especially for getting a salad and a chicken sandwhich. the service was good the guy that took our order have a smile on his face and a nice voice to accompany, the guy that gave the food to us just said my name gave us the food and left but that's fine by me i'm not sure about others though. the place was clean itself and it was nice and pretty tbh would definitely recommend if you like chik-fil-a or really fast food. read more

What a hot mess. Chick Fil A is the token flagship of the fast food community. On Friday April 22nd, the were Sub-McDonald's quality. Leadership didn't show up that night and it looks as though not for a few weeks. 30+ min in line waiting for 2 mikshakes. No sorry for the wait, nothing except for handing the milkshake into my car (yes, hand in my car), then pulling it back as my hands are grasping them telling the window to "Add Mo Whup Queem". No professionalism at this franchise tonight or apparently, for a long time. Very sad. read more

Update: they say the first step is admitting you have a problem. Well, here I go! I gave up chicken and live strictly the pescatarian lifestyle until I see this chic-fil-a. This is my sin, my untamed passion when it comes to fast food. I cannot pass up a chance to get the fired chicken nuggets here in any shape or form. I was just here last night eating a 12 pack and now somehow someway my car brought me here again to have the chicken breakfast burrito. I mean I have to workout just so my body can recover from my addiction to this place. This location is fast and friendly like any good date. I keep coming back for more even though it is not good for me. This is a good chic fil a. Service and food are always nice. We come to this location pretty often as it has a clean play area for the kids to enjoy while the hubby and I get a minute to talk and eat alone. Fake date read more

I'm not much of a fast food person but Chick-fil-A has my heart. They never disappoint as the food is always great and the service is always friendly. The only downfall is the drive-thru which can get pretty backed up at times. I love the chicken sandwich but my favorite thing on the menu is the chocolate milkshake. If I'm on the go and trying to reduce calories I will swap the fries for a fruit cup or the superfood side salad. It's nice that they have some healthier options. read more

Chick-Fil-A ... you know what you're getting already. The wonder of waffle fries and strips or sandwiches for lunch or supper or perhaps their minis or biscuits for breakfast, either way it is good stuff. I love this chain. This location really has their stuff together, with two lanes and people waiting with iPads to take your order, everything runs smoothly. They are efficient and polite. Above all, even through a sea of customers ( some of whom are perhaps a bit cranky) this group is genuinely happy to serve... and not in that smarmy way that a used car salesmen is. When they say "It's my pleasure." They mean it. This is hard - especially dealing with some of the everyday customers that you get in the restaurant business. This location is to be applauded for their service and goodwill to others. You are the best! read more

I've been coming to this chick-fil-a for a while. The employees here are almost always friendly and the food is good (as is every chick-fil-a's). I would probably say I've been here around 50 times total since it's so close to where I live and probably about 5-10% of the time the food just takes forever to come out for one order. I usually pay separately from whoever i'm with and it usually ends with one person being done eaten before the person even gets their food. It's not a huge deal and it's not like waiting for an hour, but 10-20 minutes for fast food is a bit too much. And usually they don't really acknowledge it taking so long. If they apologized about it every time or let you know beforehand it would take so long it would be completely fine. But really while I harped on that a bit that's the only negative I have and it happens fairly infrequently that it doesn't really ruin the place as a whole for me. I will say as a caveat that I normally come for breakfast, they seem slightly less friendly the few times I come for lunch and dinner but if you see how many people they are serving I think it's understandable (And even then they are still pretty friendly). read more

Your usual restaurant, with its usual options. Brand new, and was definitely needed in the Wesley Chapel area! Chick-fil-A quality food (which is good) and convenient (next to the outlets, and the outlets do not have good food), but the place is too busy and the service does not live up to Chick-fil-A quality service (usually spectacular). Despite having two drive-thru lanes, the service is a little slow. The staff taking my order seemed to be more preoccupied with the amount of people and orders there were to provide the super-polite service that I am used to receiving at Chick-fil-A. Even the manager didn't seem very cheerful. It's possible that the staff simply needs more training or experience since this location is so new. read more

Order salads almost weekly. You can never get the number of dressings correct. You pay over 10.00 for a fast food salad you should at least get the order accurate. Staff at drive up is horrible. Not friendly or attentive. read more

When we arrived, there were was an obnoxiously long order in from of us. We sat there waiting for another person to come help us. We continued to wait for a good 5 minutes at that point without being able to order. Finally, we ordered. We had to pull into a parking spot to wait for our order, and still, it came out wrong. We got a milkshake we didn't order, no sauces we asked for,and no straws for our drinks. I love chick fila but I was disappointed. read more

How shall I begin? Chick Fil A. In short, I love them. Always friendly, always fast and never had an issue. I have been to this Wesley chapel / lutz location a few times now, and all the times they have either gotten my order wrong, had me in Drive thru for about 30-40 minutes ( not exaggerating here) or actually had (gasp) rude employees. I keep saying I won't come back to this one, but this time, I may really mean it. Shame too, because it's close to my house. The one on north dale Mabry in carrollwood is maybe just as busy but faster, more accurate and way nicer. Cmon chick Fil A. Y'all can do better than this location for sure. Disappointed read more

The food here is fresh and on point for the most part however this chick fil a gets one star because some of the employees there need an attitude adjustment and simple need to be taught some manners. I recently went to this location this evening and before ordering food, this young lady in line at the drive thru in front of me ordered her food. After she finished the employee that took her order proceeded to make some harsh and rude unnecessary remarks over the mic completely unaware that I won't repeat. If this is the kind of employees that will continued to be hired to work at this location I will take my business else where from now on. Shame on you Chick fil a! read more

How can you not like Chick-fil-a?!?! As far as fast food goes, it's the best choice. The kids love it. I love it. My wife, not so much. Only because she is gluten free, dairy free, and sugar free. She basically just eats plankton. So, she doesn't count. The rest of us love it!!! The only problem is the wait times either the drive through and sometimes inside. But that's only because it's so good and they are always packed. It's not due to a lack of people. They are actually really good at making the best use of their staff to get the lines moving. read more

It's a newer location adjacent to the Tampa Premium Outlets with an absolutely massive drive thru. Interior dining room is large and bright and had lovely mums on the table when we were there before shopping at the outlets. But...I really don't get the hype over Chick-fil-A in general. At best I can say that my chicken strips were tender and moist and the waffle fries were fresh. Flavours and inventiveness of menu items are nothing to Yelp about. AND...for a cool Florida day I was very disappointed that neither of their soups were available. Was forced to have fries. Sad when the most exciting thing was the ice cube crumbles in the beverage and the good wet naps to hoard from the condiment area. It's the small things, folks. read more

Worst service ever at this location. I did a mobile order and went thru the drive thru to pick it up. I got up to the window and gave them my name for the order. They told me it wasn't done and to pull up and they would get it out as soon as possible. 3 different workers came up and asked me the name for the order. Meanwhile, 12 other cars went around me that had gotten their orders in a timely fashion. All I ordered was a milkshake and there was no reason it took them that long to make it. This has to be the worst Chick Fil A I've ever been too. Drive thru was nice, but the people bagging the food don't know what they're doing. My bag didn't have any sauce, no straws, and no napkins.
