Chicken Guy by Guy Fieri Sauces
Jenny M.

We were very glad to see Chicken Guy by Guy Fieri open in Wesley Chapel, North of Tampa behind Bahama Breeze & Chuy's Mexican! Patrons to Chicken Guy must place an order at the register so there really is no table service but the lady at the register was friendly. The interior ambiance features a lot of red and yellow with red half booths and black metal high top tables and metal chairs not the comfiest. Guy Fieri is all about flavor & flavor town so you know there was a lot of great sauces that did not disappoint: avocado crema, bourbon brown sugar bbq, buffalo, buttermilk ranch, chipotle ranch, donkey sauce, garlic Parmesan, honey mustard, Nashville hot honey, special sauce, sweet n sour, smc, & money honey bbq sauce. The Pepperoni Chicken Parm Sandwich came with pepperoni, chicken, Parmesan. 8/10 The Bourbon Brown Sugar BBQ Sandwich came with pepper jack, bourbon brown sugar BBQ sauce, special sauce, slaw, pickles, & BBQ kettle chips. 8/10 The Money Honey BBQ Chicken Sandwich came with special sauce, fried pickles, cheddar cheese, smoked bacon & Money Honey BBQ sauce. 9/10 The Chopped Cheese & Chicken Egg Rolls came Filled with a blend of melted cheeses, seasoned chopped chicken, red & green bell peppers, onions & smoked bacon, wrapped in a crispy eggroll shell. Served with Chipotle Ranch. 8/10 If you're in the Wesley chapel, lutz, north of Tampa area and are craving some flavorful wing sandwiches, definitely try Chicken Guy by Guy Fieri!

First time visit and ofc, we see "Guy"

Hubby and I were very happy with our impromptu stop. VERY happy! He ordered the OG and I got the B.L.A.T (bacon, lettuce, avocado cream, tomatoes & buttermilk ranch), with a side of fries. We also got 2 sauces, Chipotle Ranch and Donkey sauce. First off, the ambiance inside was upbeat modern colorful decor, and not overdone. The staff was pleasant and service was great. Our food came out in a decent time and tasted amazing. The crunch of those chicken patties along with the seasonings of the patties itself, were chef's kiss. With my BLAT samich order, all the fixings complemented the chicken well. Also, I love love love that the way they serve the sandwich converts effortlessly into a to-go box. So smart! And it's large enough to fit the fries too. Trust me, not that leftovers would be a thing with such delicious food but I was full from a previous beverage so discovered that I could take the leftovers to go without having to ask for a container was awesome. This and many other little details (that go a long way) shows just how much thought was out into this venture. Need another example? They have an extensive sauce collection (avail for a small charge) to accompany the food or fries. However, and I was so so happy about this... it's not needed! Hubby and I are fry snobs, and those fries we ordered... were amazing! No. Sauce. Needed. !!! It's a great option to enhance the flavor or change up a favorite, but their food stands alone and that's hard to find. My only complaint is that there are no locations in Brandon FL for what I call now my favorite chichen sandwich spot Yall would blow away Chick'fil'a here So, the obvious answer to that magic question is .. 1000% YES I would return! This would be a regular weekly stop, if only it were closer. Hint hint Guy Fieri

Been wanting to try the Chicken Guy for quite a while. This is the Guy Fieri / Robert Earl Chicken place. The place is cool from the art work, to cool music being played to several different choices from the ordinary Chicken place. We had 2 B.L.A.T.'s which have bacon, lettuce, avocado cream, tomatoes & buttermilk ranch with some fries, we both thought the taste and quality were better then most Chicken restaurants around. Service was friendly and fast. Place was clean. Plan to go back.

Came in for a quick bite before heading off to Main Event. It was Easy to order from the menu, they have delicious tenders but I never know what sauce to try so I took recommendations from the front and got Garlic Parm & Ranch. The food came out pretty quickly literally had just put the lid on my cup when I was called for my order. Awesome because I was in a hurry. The tenders and fries were fresh & well seasoned, now after trying both sauces I definitely prefer the ranch over the garlic Parm it's good, but I had a little bit of sweetness that I wasn't a fan of but overall a great meal on the go!

The service was fast. The workers were friendly and the manager was great. He was walking around asking people about their meals and checking to see if they needed anything which you rarely see in fast food. I ordered the 3 chicken finger combo with fries and lemonade. Everything was great (chicken seasoned perfectly and the fry seasoning was good) except the sauces. I tried the special sauce and it was a big miss for me. Then I had honey mustard which seemed overly mustardy and finally I tried the ranch and it was more like a dill sauce and tasted nothing like ranch!

Guy has his own food show in TV. He has open his own chicken place in Tampa. We definitely like to try it. I got bourbon brown sugar BBQ chicken sandwich. It comes with two pieces chicken tender. The flavor is really good. Love it. The spiciness is your choice. I like the coating. Overall is good. I like the cane juice soda. It is separate.

Pros: -Great service! Super nice! -Love the variety of sauces you can choose. -Donkey sauce was the best, quite good. Cons: -Meat quality is not good, very fatty meat on some tenders, some were better than others. -Nashville sauce was not very spicy, I really wanted more of a kick. Overall, this place was okay. It was not bad but not great either.

Can't really call this place "fast food" even though it appears that way. The chicken is plain delicious & the fries are awesome too. Yes, it's counter service much like walking into a Wendy's, but that's where the similarities end. Guy Fieri really thought this place out & it truly is a chicken joint. We really enjoyed the cheese & chicken egg rolls as well as our sandwiches & fries. The friendliness of the staff & the cleanliness of the dining room was stellar. Shout out to Jazmin whose smile & personality made ordering a pleasure! There was also a young gentleman who constantly cleaned the dining area the entire time we were there; picking up anything left on the tables, sweeping the floors, wiping down tables, seating, and the condiment/drink area. Great place for a quick & delicious meal.

WHOOW ok so I've heard nothing but good things at out this place. I mean free all if it's by a famous chef then it's got to be good. First time we came to Florida the building was being built, next time it was built and this time we got to try it. Let me tell you these are big sandwiches for anyone who has a tiny belly haha So I go the Bourbon Brown Sugar BBQ burger and honestly if I wanted to determine just how good their chicken actually is, I should've just gotten tenders because there is so much going on in this burger I can't even taste the chicken haha I also got Fried pickles because I'm a pickle lover and some Chicken egg rolls. Now the pickles WOOW got some spice on them and the buttermilk ranch got a little twist. As for the rolls, just too much cheese for me. Oh I almost forgot, to drink I got the Triple Double Mint shake. I think that's what it was called lol It was SO smooth and not too sweet at all. Usually shakes are so overly sweet but this shake was perfection! All together though, yes I agree with what the peeps are saying about the chicken guy

I mean, it's chicken...but it's done so well! Decided to pop over to the other side of SR54 after doing some outlet shopping and we were happy we did! They have chicken tenders done many ways- sandwiches, salads, platters, and more. Fries are spot on! Sauces- taking you to "Flavortown" as Guy says! My favorite- the dumplings- sweet, savory, spicy- all the good stuff in a paper boat! Fair prices and much tastier than the other chicken-forward spots that keep popping up!

If you're a sauce person, this is your jam! My favorite sauces were the chipotle ranch and garlic parm! After ordering, they give you a number and will bring your meal to your table which is so nice! Just be careful as they don't write what kind of sandwich is in the container so my fiancé ate mine by accident lol but the waitress happily gave me a new one! The fried chicken is so perfect and juicy! The egg rolls fell a little short for me on flavor though. The fries are seasoned and really good for dipping in the sauces. The shakes are insanely good.

Chopped Cheese & Chicken Eggrolls

My husband was eager to try this place, so I agreed to give it a shot. We went through the drive-thru and ordered the chopped cheese egg rolls, a side of mac and cheese, and a chicken tender meal with fries. When we got to the window the employee advised us to pull up they're just waiting for the egg roll since they were still cooking. After about 20 minutes, an employee came out to let us know the egg rolls were still cooking. I didn't mind waiting since that meant they'd be fresh. When we finally received our food, my husband and I parked to check our order, only to find that the tenders, fries, and sauces were missing. I had to go inside to let them know half my order was missing! by this point, it had been 30 minutes, which was frustrating. One positive note, the inside of the restaurant was very clean, which I appreciated. However, when I explained the situation at the counter and showed my receipt, the employee didn't even apologize. She simply handed me my meal and offered two extra sauces. My husband wanted to try the food while it was still hot, so we ate outside in their seating area. We started with the mac and cheese, which was extremely disappointing it tasted processed, and the cheese had an artificial flavor. The chicken tenders, on the other hand, were pretty good, and the "Donkey Sauce" we chose was tasty. The fries were fresh and hot, but to me, fries are hard to mess up. We saved the egg rolls for last since we were most excited about them, but they ended up being the biggest letdown. After waiting 20 minutes, we expected them to be freshly made, but they weren't the inside was still frozen! I took a bite from the ends to give them a chance, but the filling didn't resemble chopped cheese at all. Overall, I won't be returning. The food didn't meet my expectations, and I suspect the tenders only tasted decent because they had to remake them after forgetting them the first time. The poor service and long wait times made the experience even worse.

Chicken dumplings with bacon and teriyaki sauce, very good!

The first Rice N Beans location was in a modest location and then it became a big restaurant in Wesley Chapel. Now they have this new location which is closer to their first location. They serve rotisserie chicken here and other dishes depending on the day of the week. This is a Puerto Rican restaurant. They do not have mofongo. You can find that at their restaurant. Here, I would definitely say to choose their chicken. It was so good and flavorful. We ordered the full chicken and it included two sides which we chose arroz con gandules and Maduros (rice and sweet plantains). The chicken was our fave for sure and we would definitely get it again. The service was very friendly. I came late on Wednesday night. They close at 7 and it was about 6:45. I picked up a menu and came back the next day. Glad I stopped by and tried the chicken. It was great. There are many chicken places opening up around us, but it's fried chicken. This is roasted chicken. I love Puerto Rican rice arroz con gandules, but I'd ask if it's newly made. I didn't think this rice we had was as fresh and it didn't have much flavor. I would try the rice again if I saw they just made it! This area is becoming a Latin crawl for food. Go to Kinka's for breakfast or dessert, Cosita Rica's for empanadas or soups, and Rice N Beans Express for chicken!

We waited patiently for it and it did not take long at all. After we arrived and got our food, it ended up getting busy around 730 pm so we came at perfect timing. The crisp on the chicken and fries were pretty good. Although the fries were quite salty and the batter of the chicken tenders were quite peppery. I had it with the Cajun ranch and the honey bbq. Perhaps the sauce made it peppery but I didn't think so and the honey bbq was pretty smoky. My fave part of my meal was the mixture of the raspberry and peach tea and lemonade and the Texas toast. I'm glad I got to try it with the great deal yesterday. There is seating with booths and tables inside and outside seating as well as drive through.

My husband and I decided to share some tenders. We chose their "hungry meal" which included 7 tenders, Texas toast, fries, and a medium drink. I swapped out the fries and ordered the side of potato salad instead. The meal also comes with your choice of two sauces (there are 6 house sauces for the tenders; and 8 sauces for the wings.) We chose one ranch and honey mustard. One of the things that I liked was that each menu item showed the calorie counts as well as the prices and what was included. The food was ready fairly fast. We got everything we'd ordered correctly. The tenders were lightly breaded and quite large in size. All white meat and very, very good. He had the ranch sauce, and I had the honey mustard. We each liked our choices. The Texas toast was okay (I gave it to him). And the potato salad was good -- light on the mayo, as I like it. I'd definitely come back here again in the future. Right now the closest branch to us is in Okeechobee, Florida. I'll be watching for more of their stores to be a bit nearer as they plan to expand -- and we hope more to be located in south Florida.
