This is a family owned Subway that has been in the area for many years. It is pleasant with a clean dining area. The bathroom situation, on the other hand, was much worse or on par with what I've seen in many gas stations. For food, I ordered a turkey + provolone and ranch sandwich that was tasty and fresh. All that was missing was the bacon (I should have known to add that topping). The sandwich and a fountain drink came to $11.37. Not a bank breaker but Firehouse is definitely my preferred sandwich shop. As mentioned above, the huge disappointment was having to visit the restroom before venturing out the door for the rest of my shopping spree. The women's restroom toilet was definitely out of commission, but no sign was on the door to indicate such. It was also filthy. I reluctantly entered the men's restroom knowing there were very few patrons in the restaurant, and it was clearly not well-kept. I was immediately on my way out when I spotted a live worm crawling on the floor. If this location can improve its restroom situation, I would say it would deserve another star. read more

I love this particular Subway because the couple who are always working there (I assume they are the owners) are so friendly and welcoming. I have always liked Subway even during the Jared days. Quick and easy subs at a great price. They have kept their $5 deals going for a long time, which has been phenomenal. This particular location is convenient and the owners are super nice. I have never had a problem here in all the years I've eaten here. Taste is subjective, but Subway subs remind me of home made sandwiches...not too fancy with all the toppings you might want. Doesn't look like much when you walk past, but when u go inside there is great service, and amazing subs. My two personal favorite subs are the Cold Cut Club Trio and the subway sub. The Cold Cut Club Trio has any topping you want as of veggies. It has ham and cheese of your choice, with any vegetables u might have picked out. The Subway club has the same. Except it has a different type of meat ( idk what it's called). My parent also love the same clubs and I always get the same thing. Make sure to make their day by ringing the bell if your sub is perfect! read more
