Upon entering the restaurant, the owner and waitress greeted us. It made the experience feel warm and inviting. The restaurant had a diner feel with a nice mural across the wall. I got the bowl, my boyfriend got sliders and loaded fries. For me this was some of the best Mediterranean food. This place has so far my favorite Greek dressing. I have been to acropolis in ybor and didn't care for the dressing. This dressing on my food made me want to eat more. As for the prices, they are absolutely reasonable. We seldom get dessert and even did so this time. The baklava was made by the owner in house. Super impressive. If you want to try real good Mediterranean style food or even the American options they have, then definitely give this place a try. read more

This was my first time visiting Lina's after a friend's recommendation. I went for the Jordanian Breakfast Special and it was everything that I hoped for. It includes 2 eggs (your style), veggies, cheese, olives, labneh dip, hummus, pita, and spices. *Chef's kiss Lina offers weeknight dinner specials and Thursday Bingo Night. As soon as my weekday/night schedule clears up, I plan to be a regular! I would have liked the option of gluten-free bread or pita since I have gluten intolerance, but I can always bring my own. We are in town from Lehigh Valley PA and our friends highly recommended Lina's to us. My husband was hungry for breakfast, I was in the lunch mood. Arriving at Lina's we were greeted by our server Margarita and she was so kind. While breakfast had ended, the cook (husband/owner) agrees to cook the breakfast sandwich on their in house made biscuit. I ordered the Lina's Smashburger. The burger was cooked perfectly and they graciously served extra lettuce and tomato in lieu of the bun. I absolutely loved the burger. My husband loves his sandwich so much, he ordered a 2nd and devoured it. After finishing our meals we engaged into conversation with the owner who was super sweet, kind, and lovely to speak with. She shared of their experience living in NY and decision to love south to FL. Before leaving we asked to bring home 2 of their blueberry muffins made in house and they made fresh ones for us. Anytime we travel ww prefer supporting local businesses and are so glad we took our friend's advice and came to Lina's. My husband is so picky. I was hoping this would be a good choice. It's under new ownership so was not sure what to expect with the food and service. So here it is..... AMAZING!!! The food. The service. Everything was great. I am being completely honest when I say this. If you are reading this..... go get you some!! I had a build your own omelette with ham, cheddar cheese and spinach. It came with 2 sides and toast. Awesome deal. I got hash browns and grits. My husband got a waffle with scrambled eggs and bacon. And he ate my grits. We loved all of it. Wonderful diner tucked away in corner of same center that houses Agave Social. We dined for lunch and shared the smash burger and turkey sandwich...and delicious fries. Our server was Margarita and she was excellent. They are open for breakfast and early dinner too, can't wait to try their breakfast. Found this place recently and decided to give it a try. I ordered the special of the day and the wife got a falafel salad. My dish was really not much more than baked chicken (which was dry) with a clove spice flavored rice with a handful of carrots for $13,99. The server said it was enough to feed two people. I will leave that up to your opinion but would not have fed both of us. Our server was nice but struggled with English so communication was a little difficult. The wifes falafel salad was a little better but not great. The falafels were tasty but she had to remove number of pieces of wilted lettuce. Overall I don't think we will be back especially with Agave Social at the other end of the building. read more

I came here for lunch and was immediately greeted and seated. The decor is very unique with the wall murals. I got Lina's Signature Bowl with Falafel. I really enjoyed it. The Falafel and hummus was quite tasty. My one complaint would be the olives were black olives and it would have tasted better with Kalamata olives. The server was friendly and attentive. Me and my family had Brunch at Lina's and we were soooo Happy, we were greeted with a smile and was seated very quickly, the owner Lina came to visit us at our table and introduce herself and told us a little bit about her and the menu. There was allot of items to choose from on the menu and very reasonably priced. They also have a kids menu which is great and they server very generous portions. First visit, and will be returning often! Our server, Stephanie, was absolutely delightful. She took great care of our party of four. The menus we were given were for lunch/dinner; however, we were able to order breakfast (I can't say for certain they offer breakfast all day). Two "country fried steaks w/2 eggs", were ordered, one BLT and one Reuben sandwich were the others. Everyone really enjoyed their meals! THEN, LINA herself, personally came to our table, and visited with us for a while. What a lovely person she is. I also noticed the many other servers/staff were all cheerful, smiling, and it seemed many of the incoming customers were "regulars". This gave me a very good feeling, not "commercialized", with a nice feeling of "community". As "newbies" we felt right at home. Very disappointed, was a regular with the previous owners and would eat there both for breakfast and lunch. Had not been there for a while, the new owners have changed the interior but it reminded me of 'lipstick on a pig', just doesn't get. Must admit the service was good but the food it lacking, it is okay but is bland and unappealing. Plat was void of any garnishment and even had to ask for napkins. Worst was utensils were dirty. But must admit server caught it and quickly picked it back up without a word (good try). Unfortunately it used to be a favorite for breakfast, but no more. Sorry, won't be back. read more
