There are not enough words to describe the wonderful experience we had. The ambiance is reverting I love in a good restaurant. The service was fantastic and attentive. Now the food was some of the best I have had anywhere on North Dale Mabry!!! My husband and my dinners were excellent. And the dessert was delicious! We are definitely coming back again and again.

We had a great extended family dinner with the best server, Lily! She was professional, friendly, and in tune with food allergies. The best server we have had in a long time! I got the house salad and the short rib radiatore pasta, which was really good. At our table someone ordered the basil chicken pasta and liked it. Another got the burger and loved it.

This place is absolutely amazing! The food is fantastic and so flavorful! I love the pastas they are all homemade but the specials also do not disappoint. The service is always top notch. Tonight we had Tj and he was so friendly and made great recommendations. The ambiance is beautiful and such a relaxing atmosphere.

Very good experience here! Came here with a few girlfriends and we were all pretty satisfied. I'd visited a few times before, but it seems like they've changed the inside. It looks even better now; plenty of space, and everything was nice and clean. They also had live music! But I believe that ends around 8:30/9pm. They had a special "Girls' Night Out" menu with discounted cocktails and food specials. We ordered the Pear Elderflower Martini and Black Widow for drinks, and both were very flavorful. For food, my friends ordered the Lobster Stuffed Shrimp for a starter. They were not satisfied as the lobster was not what they were expecting. It seemed more like a stuffing mixture with small lobster bits in it. They sent it back. Everything else was great though!! Our entrees were the Prime Burger, Raviolo & Lobster, and Oak Grilled Scottish Salmon. All of them were delicious! Really no notes left for any of the entrees. Our waiter (also the bartender) was amazing and very quick. Overall, I'd love to come back. (:

We went to celebrate a birthday and we had a great time. The restaurant was very nice and they had live music which was really nice. Our waitress Maddie was amazing and helped us pick out options from the menu. We ordered various entrees and appetizers and loved them. Food was great!

After much research, I selected The Sacred Pepper to celebrate 3 milestone family birthdays. We had never been before, but the menu seemed to cater to each of our particular tastes. We were happily surprised by the elegant exterior, and upon entering, we were absolutely enamored by the swanky, sophisticated, warm, well-appointed, but super comfortable dining room. We were seated at a prime table that felt both central but private and immediately began vibing to the perfectly pitched ambient jazz. We began our meal with deliciously smooth glasses of Bonanza Cabernet by Caymus and the Mediterranean Goat Cheese and Shishito Pepper appetizers. The goat cheese was perfectly creamy and tart, balanced by a rich tomato sauce studded by olives and onions and served with warm, fresh flatbread. The Shishito Peppers were fried tempura-style and accompanied by a sweet teriyaki sauce that complimented the heat of the peppers. They were light, crispy, flavorful and yummily addictive!!! For our entrees, we ordered the Sea Bass, Ribeye, Grouper Piccata and Sicilian Chicken. I will not detail each (pics pf each included) but can attest to each having truly delighted us!! I will focus my review on the Sea Bass which is the dish I ordered. The fish was delicate, flaky, subtly seasoned but perfectly cooked. I was particularly delighted by the seared rice cake, as a Puerto Rican person it reminded me of the best kind of 'pegao'..toasty outside and grainy soft middle. The dish was satisfying and delicious...a bit more seasoning on the fish would have suited my personal taste but I can see it being perfect to others. The evening was capped by the sweetest complementary chocolate lava cakes and fresh whip for our birthday crew. Our attendants were delightful, so attentive and did all they could to make our birthday crew feel special! The Sacred Pepper is an absolute Tampa gem!!!! I highly recommend this beautiful experience for any and all occasions!!

I cannot say enough good things about The Sacred Pepper - it was so much better than I could have ever expected for our business meeting! From the moment we arrived, the service was incredible - attentive, warm, and professional. They seated us in the most perfect spot with just the right amount of privacy and quiet, which made it easy to talk and focus. Every single thing we ordered was amazing. The Berry Ginger Smash mocktail was refreshing and delicious, the crème brûlée was absolutely divine, and the cookies and espresso were the perfect finish. The homemade pasta was excellent, and the lobster-stuffed shrimp were truly next level. 10/10 experience. I'll definitely be back!

What a dining experience. Solo date. I tried a little bit of everything. Samson my waiter was very attentive, accommodating, and personable. The decor, ambiance and location are all superb. I loved that they had live entertainment. Appetizers: Oysters 7/10 these reminded me of potato skins I know it sounds weird but that's the flavor profile. I do feel they were a little small in size. Stuffed lobster shrimp 8/10 it's like eating a crabcake, Lobster and shrimp all at once. Everything was fresh and paired well together. You get 4 and that enough to share or enjoy alone. Dinner: Lobster ravioli 11/10 if you like pasta, and Lobster bisque this item is for you. The ricotta cheese stuffed pasta with fresh perfecting cooked Lobster swimming in a warm rich creamy broth. This was quite remarkable Rack of lamb w/ Brussel sprouts. 9/10 I love Brussel sprouts and these were seasoned well and the cook on the lamb was perfect. Dessert: Limincello butter cake 11/10 Warm, moist decadent cake oozing with a rich cream and bursting with lemon flavor accompanied by fresh fruit. Just trust me and order this! I can't wait to come back when I'm in town.

This may be one of my favorite restaurants in this area. The live music was a great touch, the service was amazing, and the food was delicious. I had the oysters Rockefeller and they were so good. My rib eye was a good cut of meat and cooked to perfection. The drinks were mixed well and did the job also. I have nothing but great things to say about my visit here.

Great ambiance and great customer service. The venue is very beautifully decorated. The food was just decent we got the oyster Rockefeller, pesto pasta, ribeye steak with parmesan crust, and drinks. All items required us to add salt and pepper, but I was very pleased with the mac n cheese and the citrus margarita.

Staff was excellent and attentive to the party I attended. The food was good. Everyone enjoyed their meals. I want very hungry so I ordered 2 appetizers and a cocktail. Over all experience was very nice. Will come back to try other menu items.

We were at Sacred Pepper to celebrate a "big" birthday! Excellent choice! Many incredibly innovative dishes, creative cocktails, a great wine selection and over the top service. For a starter, Oysters Rockefeller. Just the right combination of juicy oyster, spinach and bacon generously topped with parm. Cocktails of smoked Old Fashion and the Little Miss Beauregarde blueberry, lemon, herbal with lavender Vodka. Generous pours. Perfect combinations of flavors. Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb was amazingly moist with a great light char. Bonus with a wonderful cassoulet. Perfectly paired with a glass of the Orin Swift 8 Years. The absolute star was the Raviolo & Lobster. This isn't your standard Lobster Ravioli. Picture a tube about four inches wide and four inches high made of squares of pasta (cooked to al dente perfection). Then fill the tube with big pieces of lobster and pour in a delicious home made light tomato cream lobster sauce. Yep! Pretty amazing! The oven roasted caramelized Brussel Sprouts with bacon and balsamic glaze was a very good match for both of our entrees. Could not leave without a spectacular dessert, Summer Budino. Made with lady fingers around a ramakin filled with orange flavored custard, with a layer of raspberry compote and topped with freshly whipped cream! The chairs were the most comfortable that I've ever sat in at a dinner table. The tables seemed to be a little lower than usual, but another fantastic addition to the overall experience. I have to mention our server Aiden. Professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the menu. There wasn't a question that he could not answer. He seemed to always be there before we needed him. Water glasses were always filled, but I never noticed him filling the glasses. He really was the key factor in pushing this dining experience way over the top!

The menus we were given were for lunch/dinner; however, we were able to order breakfast (I can't say for certain they offer breakfast all day). Two "country fried steaks w/2 eggs", were ordered, one BLT and one Reuben sandwich were the others. Everyone really enjoyed their meals! THEN, LINA herself, personally came to our table, and visited with us for a while. What a lovely person she is. I also noticed the many other servers/staff were all cheerful, smiling, and it seemed many of the incoming customers were "regulars". This gave me a very good feeling, not "commercialized", with a nice feeling of "community". As "newbies" we felt right at home. Lina and her staff have a beautiful restaurant, immaculately clean, great ambiance and a bright future in our neighborhood, and surrounding area(s). I completely recommend Lina's~you won't be disappointed!

I got the bowl, my boyfriend got sliders and loaded fries. For me this was some of the best Mediterranean food. This place has so far my favorite Greek dressing. I have been to acropolis in ybor and didn't care for the dressing. This dressing on my food made me want to eat more. As for the prices, they are absolutely reasonable. We seldom get dessert and even did so this time. The baklava was made by the owner in house. Super impressive. If you want to try real good Mediterranean style food or even the American options they have, then definitely give this place a try.

Nate made our dinner a 20/10 experience and is truly the definition of Above & Beyond! Nothing but passion and hard work behind the service here! The food was nothing short of breathtaking. To start to drink we had the Guava Pastelito and the Sawgrass Sour and let me just say that the foam they put on the Guava Pastelito is a total show stopper. For starters we had the Garbanzo Croquette and the Chicken Yakitori plate and those were just absolutely delicious, I was completely mind blown from how delicious the Croquette was and it genuinely surprised me because I did not think I would enjoy that as much as I did, the Yakitori was seasoned to perfection and just melted like butter whenever you bit it. The Short Rib Gnocchi tastes like home in a bowl, just the most warm comforting hug you could ever have in food form. Vindaloo pasta dish was extremely delicious and such an amazing combination of flavors in one dish. Everything here was beyond a 10/10 and I cannot wait to come back! My biggest takeaway is that this restaurant is all about the dining experience. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, and I really appreciated how they explained each dish when it arrived. Their prix fixe menu with wine pairings seems to be the full experience, but we decided to visit during Happy Hour instead. My biggest disappointment was the Happy Hour menu. I wasn't aware that it mainly consists of snack size portions of their regular dishes. Since the regular portions are already on the smaller side, the reduced portions didn't feel like a great value. For me, the appeal of Happy Hour is getting the same food/drinks at a lower price, so that was not what I expected. We ordered the tuna tartare, ribs, tortellini, and the local collar. The local collar was the standout dish of the meal. The crispy fried fish paired with the refreshing sauce was absolutely delicious and worked perfectly together. Overall, we had a great experience. While the Happy Hour offerings weren't what I expected, the food was excellent, and the service was spectacular. The staff was friendly, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable, making the meal feel special from start to finish.

The pimento croquettes with bacon jam. were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend. We also ordered the focaccia bread with black garlic whipped ricotta. It was a crowdpleaser for sure. Everybody loved it. Our only slight complaint/suggestion was the portion size of the pimento croquettes. We had a party of five at the table, and the appetizer was only four croquettes. Would have been nice if everybody could have one without having to split them for everybody at the table to have one. It would be nice at the time of ordering appetizers for them to let us know how many came on the plate maybe even offer a slight up charge to add a fifth one or sixth one depending on the size of the party at the table. But that was the only minor disappointment. They were still one of the best appetizers we've had in a while! Everybody decided on the burgers for their meal. A couple ordered the Boujie burger, and the others the lampshade Smashburger with bacon. Hands down one of the best burgers we've had in a while top-notch absolutely delicious. And everybody almost loved the fries just as much. They are fantastic the perfect combination. If you are in the area or looking for a absolutely delicious meal, you won't be disappointed with the living room as your choice. We will definitely be back to explore the rest of the new menu.

A bartender greeted me and gave me water. For my drink, I took the chocolate old fashioned (13 dollars). It was strong enough and chocolatly to enjoy. For my main plate, I chose the chicken wings (10 for 17 dollars), half fat rabbit sauce (quite garlicky) and other half siracha. While the wings were not breaded, they were still fried. It was definitely crispy, but still meaty and tender. The sauces were flavorful, and the siracha had the right amount of heat. The ranch dressing was homemade and so good, I ended up drinking it. There could have been more celery, but it was fresh and crispy. They only had one dessert, and unfortunately it wasn't homemade, so I passed. My bartender was friendly, but busy. She had a helper, but lots of patrons to serve. Yet, she was still very nice and helpful when needed. The vibe is social and casual. I would have thought they would have more USF students, but mostly locals who are enjoying a good atmosphere. Outdoor seating is available as well, and it looks like you can bring your pooch too. When it was time to check out and pay, I noticed they forgot to charge me for my drink. When I mentioned that, they told me not to worry about it. It was a very nice gesture from them. Parking here is easy as it is located in the Publix complex. There is also a Don Julio's and Bundt Cakes nearby for dessert too. The Fat Rabbit pub provides great casual bar food in a social atmosphere. The indoor dining is large enough to feel comfortable, and outdoor seating is also there if you want to enjoy with your dog.
