First time going to this Wendy's so I was surprised that the drive thru was automated, honestly that wasn't horrible but what was horrible was the girl at the window that didn't speak one word to me. I guess automated ordering means the employees become mutes. The hamburger was even worse than the experience. The meat had to have been cooked three hours ago, it tasted like dehydrated beef and the bun had that stale taste like it sat in an open package all day. Disgusting is too kind of a word for that crap I paid $14 for. Do yourself a favor and go to Chick-fil-A next door. They are kind and the food is fresh. read more

Ok Wendy's you're not cool with the outrageous upcharge I received last night!! Came through drive thru and ordered the new grilled chicken ranch wrap and subbed spicy chicken for the grilled. I've done this before with no issues and no upcharge. Tonight was a total disappointment! First when I placed the order, there was pure silence on the other end of the speaker. Like ummm where did she go!? When she returned, she says "oh that's going to be a small upcharge" to which I replied that I've ordered this before with no issues and no upcharge. No response. She tells me the total is which over $14 for a combo meal that's priced at $9.59. Proceed to the window and ask how much the upcharge was because that's a steep jump from the menu price. She says $3.50!!! ARE YOU FLIPPING OUT OF YOUR MIND!!?? That is like the price of a whole other sandwich on their value menu!! I stated to her again that this was outrageous and this is the first of this. She just says oh they changed it I guess. I am STILL in disbelief over the amount of upcharge here!! Five stars for speed! Drive-through is super efficient. Today during lunch time I ordered my Dave's Double meal and was in and out of the drive-thru in under three minutes! My only gripe is that the meal cost over $10. Inflation has taken over the entire fast food market. I would definitely return to this location for convenience and efficiency. Plus, it's basically the only fast food restaurant (other than BK) within a couple mile radius. read more

I visited this Wendy's around noon on a Saturday. I ordered the apple pecan salad, chili and a drink. My meal was really delicious. I love Wendy's chili, but this was the first time I had the apple pecan salad and I was impressed. I loved the flavors and the salad was big and fresh and crisp. I will be ordering that again for sure. The restaurant was clean and the service was very quick. My order was ready before I finished getting my drink. read more

My favorite Wendy's in Tampa...built recently and just down the road from the house. Getting to the restaurant and parking is easy. You can order online, in drive thru, inside at a kiosk or at the register, whatever floats your boat. Employees are generally nice and helpful...sometimes they sound abrupt, but assuming they are stressed by the crowd. Restaurant is maintained well and I never see them mop the tables or counters...!!! All utensils, condiments and drinks are centrally located and kept in a clean state. Food is always fresh and I've never had a problem with any order here. My go to is a spicy chicken sandwich combo with a side chili. By the way, looks like you can get your chili with onions and cheese! They also now serve breakfast, which I haven't tried yet. Overall, late night munchies or quick meal, this is my place to go. I was excited that French Toast sticks were BACK, & SUPER Excited that the drive thru staff told me they were being made to order and to pull over while they were being prepared. but they tasted funny & I didn't really look at them (while eating them) bcuz I was driving. Well, I got to the 3rd one & realized, missing cinnamon & was technically just a piece toasted bread with coating. Very disappointed Wendy's. read more

First, this place is not laid out like a typical fast food joint. It has a cozy atmosphere, complete with a fireplace and couches. The staff are friendly and the facilities are clean, I trust they keep this up. Breakfast - Wendy's takes it to a new level ( keep in mind I am rating this on a fast food scale). The sausage egg and cheese baconator is everything a breakfast sandwich should be. Meat, and more of it! Yes this pocket of delicious flavor is bursting with joy that will make you smile and say with a wistful glance, "why does no one else do this?" The potatoes are also amazing. I ordered a Spicy Hot Honey Chicken combo. The chicken was objectively awful. The patty was dry and hard. It was more suitable for hockey game than a food item. The don't use natural chicken. The sauce was a quarter sized spot in the center. So no help there. They shouldn't serve something like that. It was simply subpar and worse than anything I've had there before. Do better! read more

Called Manager and discussed the issue and had to come back for the correct one I ordered. This should have been the best potato ever but it WAS NOT. Very little toppings and over microwaved. I was the only person in line, had to wait 20in+ and they still manage to mess up. It's almost a guarante that something will be wrong with the order every time. I usually don't give reviews for fast food chains but this location is by far the best Wendy's location I've been to. The service is fast, the food is prepped in one of the best ways I've seen it so far, the food is hot, and obviously tastes good. I went during covid-19 and the staff members wore the appropriate protective gear, and were efficient in the drive thru compared to other drive thrus I've been to during this time. read more

The bacon was old, the tomatoes were old, the fries were old, and a Junior bacon cheeseburger was drowned in Mayonnaise. Just excessive mayonnaise. So this Wendy's opened a few weeks ago and we were happy to have it close by. Went there once already and it just wasn't what I expected food was not the best it was overloaded with condiments which makes it harder to eat or just gross. So we tried them again to see if it was just new store with employees getting used to the right amounts to use on condiments but my experience today was way worse. I went thru drive thru and ordered a sawesome burger meal but asked for no sauce or must or ketchup. The young girl taking my order did not understand so she asked again what I said so I told her and then all of a sudden a lady with a much louder voice came on sounded like the manager and said so you don't want no sauce on it( why not just order a different hamburger then) everyone in my car was shocked at her comment and how she said it. I told her because that's the hamburger my husband wanted. Also ordered a crispy chicken sand which and it was hard as a rock and all of our fries were lukewarm. Thankfully my side salad was good and wraps were good as well. Manager needs training on how to talk to people then she can train employees on how to smile and enjoy there job.
