I feel as this location has gotten worse. The girl tatyana and her co workers in the car lane did not seem to care as much. She became extremely distracted which made me have to repeat myself serveral times. She would interrupt me to talk to her buddies and continue with the order. No wonder the line did not move. This Chick-fil-A deserves 4 stars for sure! Always good food, always made right and above all always polite and nice! Anytime even when I have crazy food restrictions they are always willing to help and accommodate. The only thing that reallly REALLLYYY gets annoying is the parking, and the drive through line. It really is god aweful! Rap during dinner time and lunch time the line wraps around the place once and then al the way out of the parking lot spewing into the street in the shopping plaza. That causes so much traffic and should really be fixed. Maybe a bigger Chick-fil-A parking lot... which double lines? But that's the only thing! :) read more

Yes, their drive thru is typically packed, but it moves fast! I have never waited long despite the length of line. The service is always excellent - friendly and efficient. The store is clean. Despite being one of the older establishments in the area, it looks newer than many of the fast food joints around. The food is always good. I have no complaints. Always perfect food, great staff, the speed is outstanding, the table service is awesome, happy kids happy mommy.

Have been an avid supporter and loyal customer of Chick-Fil-A since year 1, and most especially now during COVID and post the political attacks on the franchise. But this particular location in Trinity is the farthest thing from a quality store, but that's what you get when you hire children who are stupid and lazy. Every single time we go there they screw up the order. Every single time. Despite speaking slowly, clearly and repeating the order (3 times) they screw it up. Every single time. Since drive through is the only option here, the domino effect of repairing the order impacts everyone in line, a very long line on top of that. We are by the way not the only ones who have this problem with this location, so it is not isolated. If there was another store close by we would go there instead. Hire smarter people that can hear and understand plain English and you might fix this habitual problem. Better yet, hire managers that are old enough to shave and get corporate to come in here and clean house. This location is a dumpster fire. read more

This is a great chick fil la. Sometimes the lines are slow but that is really seriously the only issue and the waits sometimes aren't that long. Today was my day to check out the arrival of the new spicy chicken biscuit. I wish that I had not done it at this location! The counter service was deplorable! I arrived right at 10:30. I figured it would be easy to get in and out quickly. The portly middle-aged woman behind the register had very different ideas. Even with two other staffers occasionally passing out food, it took nearly 10 minutes to get from four deep in line to getting my order taken. The biscuit wasn't even that good. It was like someone had cut up a piece of the chicken they use on their sandwiches and tossed it into a biscuit. This drive through is a hazard. So this Chick-fil-A used to be incredibly fast. Since the remodel of the building, every time I've gone it has been packed and taken forever to be able to leave after getting my order. Myself, my girlfriend and my dad have all been hit from behind while waiting in the drive through lane. I guess I can't directly place blame on the Chick-fil-A, but considering three accidents happen, all while waiting in line at the same place, it isn't coincidence. The first CFA with bad customer service & it continues . Every time I go to this location the order is always wrong . THe staff is a bunch of teenagers who are always facing their own side convos and give you an attitude if you ask for anything, like your interrupting them . The outside staff is always nice, it's the girls at the window, they barely say two words. Will go across the street to PDQ for now on. read more

We are always impressed with dinner and lunch. Great food and great service... Then there is breakfast...although the staff (Phyllis and Darlene) are very sweet and accommodating, the food has been hit or miss. Often the sausage is burnt and the biscuit is under-cooked. I never make reviews , never . But with how bad of experience this was I feel I needed to share . I've never had a problem with this location before but today . I asked for fresh food in the drive thru and clarified that I didn't mind waiting . After paying $31 for three meals that were supposed to be large I pulled to the window and the food was out immediately ..which was odd right of the bat and the order was wrong two of the drinks were medium and the food was not fresh I pulled around and debated on if I should go in or not because I usually just chuck it as a loss but I really wanted fresh chick fil a for dinner as my family and I didn't eat that much during the day . So I went inside and asked for fresh food and my order to be fixed they told me no after I paid for it ... that the food doesn't sit long and it's fresh because it doesn't sit long and it was no longer fresh because it had been sitting in my car while I pulled around parked and came in .. and that all they could do is fix the drink cups ... after I paid $31 and specifically asked for fresh food and clarified I didn't mind waiting because of it . I just think that's terrible customer service and unprofessional. read more

I see on the news how all of these fast food places want $15 per hour to work. Chick-Fil-A is the only place I would say deserves $15 per hour. This specific location is the best anywhere (Don't tell the ladies at Atlanta Hart Field Airport I said this). EVERY TIME I go here I am greeted by at least two employees, I am always thanked for stopping by, my order is always hot and fresh, the place is clean or being cleaned, the parking lost never has trash in it, and my order is always correct. Prices are on target for what you get, and the location is good. The only complaint is how busy they get, but it's worth the wait. They forgot a French fry in my bag I drove back up told one of the girls who take orders and they told me to get back in line and wait till I get to the delivery zone. First of all it's your mess up not mine why should I have to wait in the long line after you guys forgot something for my order. After waiting in line I finally got to the delivery window and the manager rude as can be basically gave me the look as if I was lying about me missing an item I showed them the ticket that said 2 medium fries and with no apologies or any acknowledgment of the issue just said need fry at window and instead of personally handing me the bag of fries ( which was 3 steps away from my car) he waited for an employee to come back to the window to hand the fry for him to give me. I then decided to order inside where they took 15 minutes to get my order in. After I ordered I paid for my two meals and received one order of fries. I seriously love Chic fil a but today we stopped there for breakfast on the way to work, my bf ordered a chicken burrito, I don't know where the chicken was ...it was mostly egg and it wasn't even warm, the cheese wasn't melted it was just chunks of cheese. He felt sick about 10 minutes after eating as well. I had the fruit and yogurt parfait and almost lost three teeth.... If I could do zero stars I would. This place is ran by unprofessional children . I went there to buy food for my family of 6 and I noticed I was missing 3 meals when I got home. I called to complain (after calling 4 times because they NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE) and was asked to return for the food. I live more than 30 minutes away, so they offered to give me my food at a later time. I told the woman I spoke to that I was getting ready to go out of town and would not be able to be back soon for it so she said no problem. When I finally went to go claim my food about 3 weeks after, they stated they had no record of my missing items. I called several times and even contacted corporate because I feel robbed and I still have no heard back from anyone. When we went to claim our food and they were "looking" for it in their system some idiot who works there wanted to be funny and say something smart about the situation. So when the kid got told to shut his mouth and mind his business the manager Meg her decided she was done helping us. When you make a mistake as a business, the right thing to do is to be professional and make things right for your customer and this place did neither of those things... I have lunch with my Granddaughter at her school, Trinity Elementary once a week. I've been stopping at this store to get Chicken Noodle Soup (her fave) for both of us and Chicken Nuggets to split between us. The soup is much better for us than any other fast food place. I usually come in at lunch, probably the busiest time of the day. I'm always amazed at the excellent and timely service provided by the staff. The have it down big time.
