From the artwork (old signs and decor made from license plates), to the staff (friendly, friendly, friendly) to the food. I had the brisket sloppy Joe, dirty baked beans and a sweet tea. It also came with a little piece of their spinach corn bread. The star of the show were the beans. They were delicious! Really delicious. My wife had the smoked turkey and she enjoyed hers too. If you are on a road trip, like us, don't be worried about taking an extra 15 minutes off of I75 to hit this place. And don't forget to squeeze the bbq udders for some extra sauce. :-)

The wings were on the moderately pricey side, $12/8 wings, but done perfectly crispy, as I asked, and on the large size. Payton, our server, was cheery and attentive, a pleasure! This deli is in an old strip mall on the west side of Brooksville and can't be missed with the big blue awning outside. Plenty of parking and a few tables inside and outside; take out was extremely popular. Three of us ordered the Cuban and one of us got the Italian sub. Waiting for our orders, we grabbed cold drinks from the cooler and bags of chips. Hot and seasoned well, the Cuban did not disappoint! The bread was toasted perfectly while the cheese was melted enough that the pickles were still chilled. Decent sized sandwich and the pork was definitely cooked with love; it was the star in the Cuban. The Italian sub was equally good even though they were out of the one meat but quickly subbed with pepperoni. The gals in the deli were friendly, efficient and busy! Not only were they preparing our lunch, many to-go orders were being made in between. This definitely is a local favorite and now ours when we pass thru again.
