This was our 2nd time at a Ruby Tuesdays, first time at this location. Our server was nice, but a bit pushy, not really leaving us time to properly peruse the menu, which is quite extensive; even though we repeatedly told her we were not ready, she just stood there, waiting. No pressure! The salad bar is unbelievable, there are enough choices in it to make it a meal for most people. The broccoli salad alone is worth the trip! All four people in our party were happy with their choices, although one found her spicy shrimp pasta a bit too spicy. I had the fish tacos which were very tasty, along with the wonderful salad bar. Coming here today brought back memories when I was young and free. It has been years since I've been here and I joined my mom today for lunch since I was in the area. Intensive decision making happened when I looked at the menu. There is a lot to choose from and they have an affordable lunch menu. Salad bar, turkey minis, and fries for $8.99? Yes, please! I wouldn't call myself a food snob, but I am pretty bored of typical American food chains. Once you've had Indian, Thai, Japanese, etc. it can be hard to go back to hamburgers and grilled chicken all the time. It's been ages since I've eaten at a Ruby Tuesday, but I've been coming here recently, and the food really is great. I get to pig out on all-I-can-eat bacon and salad dressing at the salad bar, and I usually order the jambalaya pasta (I love spicy food). I had dinner last night it was not great‼ The Shrimp Dip was amazing but it was ordered as an appetizer & it came out only after mom asked for it after the meal had came out. We went to this location last night after a very long work week and being very tired. We came to this location after waiting at another restaurant for 20 minutes in a crowded loud area with no sign of being seated, so we were a bit frazzled but from the moment we opened the door we felt welcomed and cared for. Our server Kim was friendly and very efficient. Just want we wanted and needed. The salad bar is the best. Everything was fresh and there was a lot to pick from. They also take care that there things don't get mixed up on the salad bar. So if you want some olives there are not going to be olives, and come cucumber mixed in which happens often at salad bars. I had the shrimp with butter on the side, it was very good, but a bit too salty. My husband had a classic burger. You really can't go wrong with their burgers. And the biscuits they put out. They are so good. Ruby Tuesdays has a special place in our hearts because our first date was at a Ruby Tuesdays in Pompano Beach. We also went to one the night we got engaged. Whose bar is out of popular beer on a Friday??? No explanation given and no compensation. Pathetic. Since my last experience was so awful I decided to give them another try. BIG MISTAKE!!!!! Still no Moscato wine! I decided to order the sangria! YUCK!! Tasted like watered down Kool-Aid! Settled on plain old water. Service was better and waitress was pleasant. Went last night with a friend and was terribly disappointed with our experience. Ruby Tuesdays is right next to my apartment so I frequent this location with ease. However, for some reason, this last trip was a disaster. Our server completely forgot we were there, and my friend had to ask numerous times for a water. I wanted to order a cocktail, but sadly I was unable to due to our server disappearing for 15 minutes at a time (I must add that RT was not busy last night at all). Now here is where the night definitely became officially disappointing: My friend ordered the fried green beans as it was her favorite appetizer - I however, have never tried it before so I was excited to be trying something new especially after she raved about how great they were. When our fried green beans arrived they were just two giant clumps of green beans! Disgusting looking and very disappointing. We sent it back after our waitress FINALLY returned after her 25 minute disappearance. The only saving point was my entrée which was delicious, but other than that, RT was a very bad experience. I am very disappointed in this location. We were there 2 days ago for salad bar and dinner. The waitress was slow and was in the kitchen for most of our visit. One of the other waitresses had to bring us our meals because our waitress was nowhere to be found. We asked for some packets of half and half and a drink refill. She took quite some time and then forgot the refill. It made our meal unpleasant. We decided to try again today, and when we arrived there were no clean booths in the section where they wanted to seat us. An entire section of clean booths was empty but they wouldn't seat us there. There was no one assigned a to that section and they wouldn't assign anyone. They lost our business. What happened to management and training? read more

This place has ok food and ok drinks..they do have a full bar and decent wines..however watch your account if you pay you check with a credit card. They like to run cards twice and when you question them about it to get your refund of the error charge they give you a hard time and are not willing to help. All these people had to do was go into the POS system and void out the charge. However they didn't want to do that and we had to get a 3 way call with the bank to have them fix it. Needless to say 3 days later still waiting for our funds and we WONT be back. read more

New Salad Bar is excellent with many improved options and is only $1.49 extra when subbed for a side. Sirloin Steak was fantastic and much better than what you find at other similarly priced restaurants. Great food and great value. read more

We weren't expecting much when we walked in, however the service was incredible! The food was to be expected of a chain type restaurant such as this, but I just can't get over the service! Finally customer service makes a comeback!! My nephew and I got the 3 for 12.99 dinner that consisted of unlimited salad bar, an entree, two sides and a dessert. The sirloin was decent and the mashed potatoes were good. The green beans however were a little over cooked for my taste. My nephew got the ribs with fries and onion rings. He said the ribs were really good however i noticed the back was still attached. I did notice they fell right off the bone. The salad bar was pretty good for the price. It had 4 types of lettuce for the salads and at least two pasta salads, among other things. Enjoy! read more

Went there for lunch today. Party of five. They suggested a round table which was perfect. Service was fast and very friendly. One of our party was an elderly women who had a problem walking but wanted a salad from the self serve bar. The server not only offered to get it for her but asked what she wanted, and not wanted, on her plate. All the other orders were taken promptly and brought out exactly as requested.
