As far as burgerfi locations go, this is a pretty standard location. I walked in on a Sunday afternoon and there was a ordering station on a large touchscreen to place my order. I was struggling to figure out how to make the order to go so just let the counter know that I wanted it to go after paying which they easily were able to correct. I ordered a cheeseburger with lettuce wrap and truffle fries. Everything came out quickly and exactly as ordered. It was the perfect Sunday dinner :) The inside appeared clean and very large with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. There is lots of parking in the plaza as well. read more

I've been here before but this time I tried their wagyu burger. It was absolutely delicious and for it to be a specialty burger the price was really good but back to the food. The burger was so buttery and velvety the bun was perfectly fluffy. I always thought this was just a fast casual place but that was basically a gourmet burger. Must have still been partially frozen on that side? Never used to have any issues with this restaurant, now I regret it every time I go. Too far out of my way to be driving back and forth getting mistakes fixed. Too expensive for the amount of issues coming up with our food. When we called to let them know the burger was raw, the manager in the background said they would refund the whole order (because, well, you ruined dinner for 2 people, if one person can't eat.) I attempted to place an order for my family and drove all the way to your location with my 3-year-old child and our dog in the car. My husband drove separately to meet us, and we all made the effort to come support your business. Upon arrival, I asked if my order had been received. I was told it had not. I stepped outside to retrieve my phone, came back in, and showed clear proof that the order had been placed and confirmed. After I showed my receipt, the staff huddled in the back, and shortly after, I received a cancellation notice. I was then told that they "don't have the ability to cancel orders" and that it must have been due to an item being unavailable -- in this case, Parmesan fries. Let's be clear: I placed my order at 8:40 PM. It was supposed to be ready by 9:05 PM. The restaurant closes at 10 PM. This was not a last-minute or unreasonable request -- and yet, no one made any effort to offer a solution, make the rest of the meal, or ask if I would like to place a different order. When I asked for the owner's contact information, I was told they could not provide it -- which further shows a lack of accountability. This isn't just about food. It's about integrity, customer service, and a basic sense of decency. Your business exists to feed people. Instead, we were treated as if our time and our needs didn't matter. We stopped in Friday night for a quick bite after a show at iThink... it was 25 mins from closing, but there were plenty of people still eating and ordering. As we walked in, the girl working behind the counter pretended to be busy cleaning the bar taps and when no one else came over to take our order, she reluctantly set what she was doing aside to assist us. The order came in a timely manner and the cheese fries were good. Sadly, the "award winning" BBQ burger w/ Bacon I order was a massive disappointment. I can't believe I'm saying this, but the bacon actually made it worse. The bacon was old and stale, the "crispy" onion stings were mushy and the burger tasted like it had been sitting on the grill all day waiting for the last customer to come in. Another burger was offered to me or I could take a gift card, but given the experience so far (and looking at my wife's burger), I didn't have much faith in final outcome. After some back and forth the manager agreed to at least give me money back for the burger. I decided to hit up this burger joint that wasn't too far from my final destination. I wanted to get some quick lunch and a beyond burger was a perfect option. I've tried burgerFi in the Rosemary square location quite a while ago, and it was subpar for the most part. This day I ordered the beyond burger with aioli sauce, fries, and a drink which totaled to a whopping $20.45. Which has became wayyyyy to overpriced in my opinion even with inflation being a factor. I will never understand why burgerFi don't have combo meals, and why is everything sold separately?! 12 bucks for a burger that is nearly identical to habit or another fast food joint is a bit outrageous. If burgerFi was an actual restaurant then I could understand the pricing, but the food isn't that impressive. BurgerFi is very similar to shake shack, and it's also not that impressive. Overall, the food was like an ordinary fast food joint. The only complement I could add is the fries did taste fresh & made to order. Other than that I would recommend you to take your $20.45 to an actual restaurant like Yardhouse, the Office Delray, or Greece burger bar (just to name a few). read more

This is an excellent location. Plenty of parking in a nice strip mall. Nice outdoor seating area. The staff is courteous and Wear masks. I got my order in like 5 minutes. Clean bathrooms. BurgerFi is priced like a normal sit down restaurant hence the $$. But their burgers are Angus beef with no hormones or additives. If the burgers are made right, they are absolutely delicious. My double burgerfi burger with cheese was DELICIOUS! I woofed it down. It's not really that big. It was like $10.08 and my bottle of Coke was $3.18. I'm giving BurgerFi 4 stars instead of 5 only because their menu items are a bit overpriced for a order at the counter type of place. The food is good but they have always been very irresponsible about COVID at this location. Today there were people in line with their T-shirt over then nose that were allowed to stay and when one employee asked him to leave another said he was fine. He was inside for about 20 minutes like this... there were also several employees with their masks on below their nose. So I use to go to this location on a regular basis. For the most part never had an issue with the food or staff. However, they stopped taking coupons that they get in the fundraiser book. So I made my way to this location and there was the kid behind the register. When I informed him about it, he was unaware of the special. So he asks manager and they tell him and us it is not applicable to this location that I would have to go to other locations to include City Place. I dont get this stance at this location. After 40 minutes, we couldn't stand the wait anymore and asked them where our order was, because we saw customers that ordered AFTER us receive their food already at that point. The guy in the front said it would be 10 more minutes. After 10 minutes passed, our food was "ready" for us. The fries were piping hot, although the three burgers they handed us were cold to the touch. Who knows how long they had been sitting there by the time we received them. We immediately asked for a refund, because paying $40 for three burgers and one side of fries AND waiting over an hour is ridiculous!! We watched another couple ask for a refund as well. Really disappointed with our food yesterday! We ordered the CEO and Breakfast burger and both were awful. CEO was bland with no flavor at all and the Breakfast burger was a soggy mess. The hash brown was gross and the egg way over cooked. Was inedible! My son enjoyed his bacon burger. The fries were all small scraps and the onion rings batter kept falling off!
