Wait... 1/2 of a veggie dog for $6.25?!? Not happy
    Jessi M.

I will not be back to this food truck, that's for sure! First of all, it takes forever and second of all I got 1/2 of s (veggie) hotdog for $6.25. Seriously?!? What would possess these guys to say lit it in half?!? I am just baffled

After reading a review earlier yesterday about hot dogs (thanks Cherine A. lol) I had a craving for one! Lucky for me the Food Truck Invasion was going on right down the street from my house and I saw that Ps561 would be there so I knew I had to go. The weather was not so great but I wasn't going to let a little rain stop me. I grabbed my dog (pun intended ha-ha) and we headed over to the Sunset Cove Amphitheater in West Boca. One good thing about the rain was there were no lines so I was able to walk right up and place my order. After a few suggestions I finally settled on #7 the Math Wiz. Now the bread is the star here if you ask me! Its buttered and toasted up before the hot dog and toppings are added. I could honestly just eat the bread by itself it was that good! It's topped with a crunchy slaw, sriracha and lime mayo. I loved it! My poor dog was dying for some but I didn't want to share (she got a treat later don't feel bad lol)! All the flavors worked well together and like I said that bread was amazing! I washed it all down with a icee from Zombie Ice! Get one, they are great as well!

If you ever see this bright yellow food truck driving around... make sure you follow it, because hopefully they're gonna set up and you'll get the chance to try their AWESOME hot dogs!! (Okay, maybe don't follow it... but do check the schedule on their website to see where they'll be at!) After countless positive verbal reviews from friends, I made my way to downtown Lake Worth (and dragged my family) to try out Ps561. We each ordered different 'dogs', but all agreed that they were incredible. I had the "Crazy Art Teacher", thanks to Alex G.'s suggestion. It was amazing... I don't think I put it down for one second. You can substitute out any hot dog for a turkey dog, if that's your thing. (My sister was SO happy to hear that!) **EDIT** The owner, Aaron, contacted me and refunded the over-charge. The stuff written below was before he contacted me. Great business!! :) [My only gripe is, I ordered 4 hot dogs at $5 a pop, plus a water, and the guy charged me $30. I didn't think about it until after I ate, and I also didn't feel like telling the guy (because I paid via Square with my debit card.) Just FYI - make sure you don't overpay, like I did. It won't deter me from eating at Ps561, but it definitely made me aware that the guy making the food and taking the money can get confused... so keep track of your total before you pay.]

Really very good! They came to our office and are coming back again by request tomorrow! To be honest, I got one turkey dog and one hot dog and couldn't tell the taste apart. The only thing I did wish is that they had some side dishes you could eat with your hot dog like baked beans or potato salad. I typically don't want to eat 2 hotdogs, but one is just not enough. Their mostly priced at $5 each which for a plain old hotdog would be expensive, but for their supped up fancy versions is acceptable. Also, while the buttered roll is delicious, I would suggest if you are health conscious to ask them not to butter the roll. More pix to come.

I just love a thick warm hot dog and PS561 delivers them hot, long, and juicy! Okay Okay... Get your head outta the gutter and focus. I have tracked down PS561 more times then I would like to admit and I think my husband goes into withdrawal symptoms and slight depression if he can't get one of their delicious dogs once a week. Last night we took a group of 6 to a local Food Truck Event in Lake Worth and every single person in our crew agreed that the hot dog truck served the best food of the night. The menu changes at each event but you can pretty much get your favorites at any time. I usually order the Crazy Art Teacher which has the perfect amount of sweet and spicy flavor and then the chips give you a fun crunch on top. Last night I tried the very popular Exchange Student for the first time and I can see why I've heard so much about it. It has pineapple, garlic mayo and potato chips on top. YUM! Not only are the hot dogs insane but I have to admit the buns kinda steal the show. They are lightly toasted with butter and the insides are still soft and soak up all the yummy juices from the dogs. At around $5.00 a piece the price is fair and the dogs never disappoint.

Hate to be the contrarian with the Yelpers here, but big buns and small dogs that rely on a lot of cheap, easy fats for their pop just don't impress me. I had a mexi dog with a stale overweight bun and salsa South of boring. That alone would have upped its game some. The tater tots were grease bombs so I threw them out after two. Bigger better dogs, smaller buns, and quit overloading the damn FATS! Also, clean the backsplash by the grill and the fryer. Gross! Star down for aging grease.

I saw the truck today at a local middle school event. I was torn between the Doug E Fresh, FCAT, Principal Ron and the Math Wiz but decided on the Doug E Fresh. This is one of the best hotdogs I've ever had. The BBQ sauce is just amazing and who doesn't love bacon? The cilantro 561 sauce is also amazing with cheddar cheese and sautéed onions. The New England style hotdog roll must have been grilled in butter or something cause it was freaking awesome! I gotta find out where they are normally parked so I can try the other dogs.

the veggie dog was so good I had to have another one with beef!

these are no ordinary hot dogs...I love a good dog off a truck....Im from NY after all,...but THESE are no ordinary dogs! just the bun itself is amazing...thick, fluffy, toasty, buttery.... a perfectly cooked meaty dog and a choice of flavor combinations...that will take you to a place no other dog has,... cilantro cream, crushed potato chips, frito's, pineapple, goat cheese, bacon...just some of the amazing things you can get on your dogs! A palm beach must!

This food truck was stationary in front of the Saltwater Brewery in Delray Beach, which is here…read moreevery Sunday. Met with the owner, Debbie, who was friendly and took my order at the window. The steak sandwich was only $12.00 and looked promising on their short menu. Within ten minutes, the order was delivered to my table inside the brewery. The sandwich was heavy in weight and the caramelized onions really brought a great taste with each bite. The homecut fries were a great side dipped in ketchup. The steak slices were juicy although needed to be thinner. The sandwich definately was the perfect compliment to my cold Belgian beer. Will return next Sunday to try their highly recommended Shepard's Pie.

The StoneHouse Mobile Kitchen was parked outside the brewery, so we ordered a few items. First up was the grilled, sliced steak sandwich with cheese, onions, tomato and a tasty aioli sauce. It came with a nice sized portion of fries. The beef was tender, and the sandwich was delicious. We also had a grilled cheese sandwich with 3 types of cheese and a robust tomato soup. Much heartier and tastier than we expected from a food truck. Their surprisingly wide-ranging menu included a flatbread pizza, pasta with clams, a stuffed chicken thigh, a quesadilla, brie cheese and more. Impressive! The service was great as the food was promptly delivered to us inside the brewery. No need to stand around the food truck waiting for the items to cook. Instead, we enjoyed our beers while comfortably sitting inside the brewery. We'll have to try some other food and beer pairings on our next visit!
