A fan of food trucks and supporting local business, I was hungry. Parmesan encrusted truffle fries - crinkle cut fries cooked in truffle oil and creamy parmesan cheese - along with jumbo BBQ chicken wings for lunch. Beignets for dessert. Food was fresh, hot, and plentiful. Wings - as advertised - were jumbo. Tasty as well. I couldn't finish my plate and took it "to go," along with the beignets. Server was polite and provided an extra box to package my meal. Prices were competitive and not overly expensive compared to other food trucks. I enjoy "street food" and would visit Bunny's Eatery in Boynton Beach again. William E. Lewis, Jr. Vero Beach, Florida

The fresh ingredients really help. The sandwiches had big flavor and the proportions are great. (I was full enough to skip lunch.) We ordered the OG breakfast sandwiches --one with bacon and the other with chorizo. I'd recommend the bacon one. We also got the hash browns. It was over too quickly with 2 pieces in an order. As others mentioned, the strawberry jam was a nice touch. The location is only an order window so we took our sandwiches home. The owner is very polite and you can tell he puts care into the service. We hope to visit again the next time we're in the area!

Some prices are equally high, but if you choose well you don't have to break the bank. Meanwhile you'll get to experience what a creative chef can do to elevate the usual street food to an experience. There was only one server, but he covered the whole room during our lunch with ease. He was very good -- efficient with a pleasing personality. We started with the elote appetizer -- Mexican street corn. The presentation was wonderful. This was perfect to share. It was messy, but delicious. There were three large pieces. Each was a long section of a corn cob with the kernels attached. And it was covered in seasoning, cheese, and sauce. There were lime wedges on the side. We used a lot of napkins. After the corn , we each ordered a taco. I had the fish one. Very lightly battered pollock, it was one piece of fish. Along with the fish was a cabbage slaw, salsa, and cheese. It was served open faced on top of the flour tortilla. It was fairly plain without the sauce and benefited from some lime squeezes. My husband had the al pastor taco. The meat was served on top of two tortillas. He then stuffed each shell to his liking. There was a lot of shredded pork along with grilled pineapple, onions, and cilantro. He said it was very good with a bit of a kick from the meat marinade. They have a lot more than tacos on the menu. Full entrees from snapper to steak. Also salads and appetizers from mussels to empanadas. Glad we dropped by for lunch to try them. It was a learning experience -- as well as a good meal.
