The food taste so good you want to have another once a week and the time they prepare it was perfect.

They had the pork and lemongrass chicken option for their Banh Mi sandwiches that day. I asked what the chefs' favorite was and he of course had a hard time deciding. I chose the pork which I asked for it to be spicy. Unfortunately, it wasn't as spicy as I thought it would be but it did have really great flavor. The side of the sandwich was a fairly good size, just enough to be filling but not over stuffed and really greet quality! Definitely a return customer at future events!

I think their name is very catchy and unique. My brother ordered the spring rolls to share and it was amazing! It was deep fried with all the goodies inside. They provided us with a sweet chili dipping sauce. The meal was gone in 3 seconds. Another time, I had their banh mi, again really delicious. Their food was outstanding and I need to find where they're stationed so I could get some more quick Vietnamese food. The employees were nice and the food came out quick. I hope to see them soon so I could indulge on some more fried spring rolls. They usually are at the Funky Buddha events. I believe they were there during the Funky Buddha 2015 birthday bash.

NEVER AGAIN!!!! This…read moreplace is horrible. I gave it another chance, and somehow this experience was even worse than the last one. Once again, there were no rib tips available, and this time it was only 4:00 PM. That alone was frustrating, but what happened next was completely unacceptable. Today, with some hesitation, I took my uncle to Off the Bone for the first time. He wanted ribs, and he did not realize this place was right down the street from him. I told him I would take him there, but I warned him that this restaurant is very hit-or-miss because they often do not have the food you actually want. Unfortunately, today proved my point. Not only were there still no rib tips, but because of his health, my uncle did not want to travel farther just to find some. So we settled for ribs instead. Trying to stay positive, I ordered 2 rib dinners and 4 slices of cake. I specifically requested sweet barbecue sauce only, because neither my uncle nor I eat mustard. Of course, when the food came out, the ribs had a mix of sweet sauce and mustard sauce on them. I was told it was "some other sauce," but it was absolutely not what I asked for. I immediately asked the young man to take it back because I do not eat mustard and that was not my order. A few minutes later, he brought the food back. In the same container, they had simply poured more red sweet sauce over the food that already had mustard sauce on it. I was shocked. At that point, I immediately asked for my money back. He said, "Give me a minute," walked away, and then came back again, not with a refund, but with the same food in the same container. This time, it looked like they had tried to wipe the sauce off and put new sauce on the same ribs again. Who does that? By then, I told the young man I was getting very upset and that I only wanted my money back. Again, he walked away and came back, but still did not refund me. Instead, he brought out another rib dinner. This time it appeared to be a fresh plate, but with even less meat than before. My uncle looked at me and just shook his head. By then, he had already started eating his ribs with the mustard and sweet sauce mixed together just to keep the peace. Rather than continue arguing in front of him, I accepted the replacement plate and sat down to eat with him. The young man then asked me if I was okay, and I told him plainly: No, I am not okay. I explained to him that I am also a business owner, and this is not how customers should be treated. I also made it clear that I would be posting this review. I paid over $55, and this is how I was handled. To make matters worse, I had forgotten to tip the young man when I first ordered, so afterward I bought 2 bottles of water specifically so I could leave him a $10 tip. Looking back, after the way this situation was handled, keeping that tip felt like an insult. When we walked out, I said, "Never again." My uncle immediately said, "Never again too." Bringing me back the same food three times was completely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about food quality and proper handling. Refusing my refund twice was poor customer service. And after everything that happened, keeping my $10 tip felt like a complete slap in the face. Like I said before: DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

I enjoy sampling cuisine that is different than what I normally can get here locally but most importantly they have a Cheese Steak sandwhich! Woahh The folks in the food truck kitchen were friendly and talkative and when I wasked about the two Cheese Steak sandwiches he emphatically suggested the one with everything on it dubbed "Holy Cow Steak". NOTE: what caught my eye was "On Hoagie Roll" and iy better be good when they be advertising that! While waiting he offered me a side of bacon cheese fries on the house (I am guessing someone did not come to pick up their order???) So here I am chomping down on some real good fries with liquid cheese and bacon bits. It had an addictive flavor! I really had to hold back especially when he served me that steak sandwich. Double fisting carbs! The sandwich was shorter than a restaurant typically serves but hey I knpw food trucks always scale back. The flavors. of the meat blended nicely with the green peppers, mushroom, and bacon. Once in awhile you get the provolone chrese flavor but I myself wpuld likeore cheese in steak sandwhiches. The bun was just right, definitely lives up to the expectation! It kept things all together and oh so nicely absorbed the drilping steak juice drippings. Yum Yum fun. I loved it much more than anything that Miami has thrown at me. Ok I am biased because I am Philly cheesteak guy and this hits closer to home than most of what I have had in Miami. ;)
