It's one thing to go into a restaurant and taste food you've never tasted before, but it's another thing to go into a restaurant and taste dishes that are truly magnificent, well prepared, and presented in the most pleasing manner. I was curious. Who prepared the meal? And then I had an opportunity to meet one of the most extraordinary young chefs I've ever met. They call him Eddy, but his real Alain Momplaiser.
