Dear amici, what happened? You were my go to place on the island for a slice. The usual slice was lackluster missing sauce and cheese it just looked the dough like it was dipped in something red and thrown in the oven until the bottom was burnt. The flavor was non existent as the burnt dough took center stage read more

My husband and I started shopping at Amici Market years ago. We love their produce and all the wonderful foods they prepare. It's easy to shop there and we opened a house charge account using our credit card and that's made the experience even better! DINNER FOR 2 is still the best deal around. They offer several specials every day. And, they CATER! If you sign up on their web site, you will receive a daily email detailing what they are making that day. We also love their special baked goods! Blueberry muffins are one of our favorites. They also have great fresh Organic vegetables, Home-made Soups, Fish, Meats, Wines, Caviars and special Ice Creams. Custom Juice Bar and Pizzas. The staff is excellent and they work hard! The owner, Maurizio, is there 6 days a week. It's easy to park in their large parking lot and it's next to Greens Pharmacy. read more

Outstanding selection of prepared foods, groceries and wine - and all sorts of treats. Even the pre-prepared salads are delicious. It's expensive, but it's on Palm Beach. It's jammed during lunch time. Parking lot in back gets congested, but the spots out front are metered. A few outdoor seats in the back, not more than refueling stations. I find the service to be quick enough and friendly. The owner and his wife know what they're doing. read more

I've had the Sicilian pizza and the regular caprese pizzas here before. The pizza is actually very good and pretty close to NY pizza I'm used to. They also have dinners you can buy. Its on the north end of the island. Plenty of parking. read more

My GOODNESS I hadn't realized I never reviewed this place before. I have a routine when I am in town visiting my Ma. My love of gourmet markets brought me here and they have such a neat compact neighborhood market. An assortment of cheeses, great wine selection, fresh vegetables, deli counter that has fresh yummy side dishes and also offer tasty sandwiches as well. Plenty of parking in the rear of the building. We are very lucky to have this excellent take out meal source. Their Caprese Pizza is our favorite. Smoked Salmon and Sturgeon taste as good as they look. Weekday lunchtime time can be busy. Been a loyal customer since the Royal Poinciana fine dining restaurant days. Long live Maurizio! read more

One of the nastiest most aggressive owner & son I have ever met. We were just verbally abused and left feeling bewildered as to what had started this " war" with these propriotors. They were hostile, insulting and completely uninterested that we were the customers. " hateful", "ugly" and mean. We have been coming here for years. I think many employees have left... as did the owners xwife, due to their abuse. Shame on them. You will not be treated well here and the food is mediocre and the attitude is beyond RUDE!!!! Bye bye Amice, will never share a good word about your LOUSEY establishment. read more

the food is great but his wife is the worst!! I had to buy a whole pie because when I ask for a meat lover slice over the phone she understood I asked for a whole a pie!! I am American born and raised in New York so accent is minimal. She makes a scene because am telling her no I didn't ask for a whole pie!! I bought the whole pie but I will not go there again!! That Lady is the Worst!!! Don't go there read more

Went to Amici Market on Wednesday and I have to say I had a great lunch! I ordered the Amici Burger on door dash pickup with onion rings and fries. The market is wonderful inside and had a great atmosphere, the staff is friendly and always on top of everything. Now for the food review. We got something worth trying which was the Amici Burger! 10 dollars well spent! The flavor and the juice from this burger was just amazing and def altered my top 10 burger tier list. Daym Drops would be amazed as I got a nice fresh bun that was toasted on the inside and still have a nice soft bun action on the outside. It was more medium than medium rare, but it was still a great burger to eat! The fries could have used some love in the seasoning department as there was no salt, but I'm assuming there's a good reason behind it. The onion rings had a great batter and flavor to it as well! Next time I come here, I'm going to order a pizza and see if it breaks another tier list I have! Thanks for reading and be sure to try it out! read more

The prices have gone up $1 per slice since my last review almost a year ago. It's completely reasonable though, $4.25 for anything in Palm Beach, Florida is a great deal. The ingredients they use taste excellent. Virtually everything about it. I love. The only thing that I personally would change about the pizza is for the crust on the bottom to be a little harder. Otherwise we're golden here. read more

Very convenient, very nice products. And the people who work there have great attitudes and are very nice people. Helpful. Yeah the prices are a bit high but it's worth it totally. And parking is so easy because it's a residential area. So much better than Whole Foods. read more

Great selection. The man running the hot food station was very friendly. Only hang up was the lime/friendliness of the check out person

The island would not be the same without this authentic Italian market. Fresh is an understatement. Plenty of produce. A fresh meat butcher as well as the freshest seafood selection I've seen. And I'm a local fisherman who knows quality and freshness. In addition the high quality cheese, vegetable, and fruits make this place a gem. This market also boasts a fresh juice bar (Everglade), a hot bar (choices rotate) and a cold bar. I usually get the pizza (even the veggie lovers was delicious). The cold bar has great gazpacho along with a variety of unique pasta salads. On the opposite side of the market is a wall of fine wines and the staff is always pairs my food selection to a tee. Not fancy enough yet? Craft small batch caviar is offered in a small refrigerator by the juice station. The ambiance is great all times of day. The different zones flow together with a bright clean, organized aesthetic. There is even a couple small tables to sit in the back and have your lunch. Or with just a 5 minute walk to the beach, one could enjoy their juice or lunch by the water. Best of all there is always plenty of parking in front of the building. Green's Pharmacy is located next door which is great because I can knock out two birds with one stone some days. read more

Such a crabby check out lady. I think she is the owners daughter. I will not spend money in a store where the owner is rude to the customer. The customers cash is what keeps the store open. They have lost me as a customer but I am sure they dont care as they dont seem to like me. I heard her explain to another customer that all of her customers were liars and cheaters. I dont want to be lumped into that group! read more

Overpriced on one hand but stocked with burrata, fresh from the farmers' market, on the other, and reasonably priced too. This shop and market is owned by the wife of the owner of Black Entertainment Network Robert L Johnson. His daughter (Paige) goes riding from her home at the Breakers townhouses. I believe his wife's name is Lauren Wooden, but he's been married several times. My father says this shop is hoaky but it seems to be true to his vision of empowering black people, by the workers I saw at his store. read more

We always drive to Miami to buy authentic and relatively affordable Italian food products because so far we haven't found any comparable store in Palm Beach County. So when a friend of mine told me that I could actually buy the same products at Amici Market, we didn't waste any time to go to them. Of course I went there prepared to find higher prices since the store is on the expensive Palm Beach island, but I didn't think they would be so exaggeratedly high! I haven't see as many Italian products as I thought, and found only one of those we normally buy in Miami. They don't indicated the prices on everything, but after seeing a French style salami made in USA sold at $35/lb and almost 1 lb of mozzarella for $18, I lost interest in checking out the rest of the place and left. I do understand that running a place in Palm Beach is really expensive, and I don't mind spending a little more money for authentic products, but price/quality still have to make sense to me and that wasn't absolutely the case at Amici. read more

This image only captures a corner of the beauty at Amici. I might be biased toward Italian businesses, but this one is especially special because it's Italian AND healthy. They offer colorful amici bowls and green juices all in one market! Their name brands are the best! Such a comfy environment. So authentic and reasonably priced. A couple tables are offered for outdoor seating, but it is mostly a grab and go kind of place. Located right next to the beach, Worth Ave, & Poinciana Plaza, you can't miss it. I love this place! Fresh organic green juice! Wheat grass or other vegetables! Fruits and the best soups and salads too! The best on the island!

Tiny and expensive, but worth it! Lots of freshly prepared food comparable to the best restaurants on the Island, We often get their dinner offerings, which change daily and are a way to still eat well when you don't feel like getting dressed to go out for dinner. Limited selection of produce but what they feature is always the highest quality, The service is an acquired taste-either roll with it or ignore it. All seems to work, read more

Best Pizza in Palm Beach County. One can tell the ingredients are fresh by the taste and how it leaves you feeling happy and not hurting.

Poorly Run!!! Owner is rude. Avoid. . We wait in line for 10 minutes and when we try and order our sandwiches the person at the counter tells us they can't make our 4 sandwiches that we would have to wait 30 minutes for them. I have been getting foot from amici for 5 years and the service has always been not great but today was the last straw. read more

Discovered by chance as I was driving through the area, Dennis went inside to buy bottled water, came out, and said "you must go inside and check them out". Well, I did, and could have been there for several hours! One delicacy specialty item after another, many importers from Italy, fresh produce (30% off on Saturdays), prepared salads, fresh made to order sandwiches, fresh baked breads, pizzas, lobsters, fish, chips, waters, beers. All beautifully displayed, all fresh, screaming out to you "buy me, you'll love me". Look at the pictures I posted, especially those exotic mushrooms. Incredible. All the staff were friendly and I met the owner, Mauritzio, who explained the fruit spreads which came from a boutique, limited producer in a remote region of Italy. How could I resist? Well, I didn't. Note, this is not my hood, but if I found myself in the area again I'd stop in and try some of the sandwiches, salads and pizza. I believe there was an outdoor seating area in the back. The men's room was immaculate. Check them out and you will be more than pleased and your palate will thank you. I'm getting ready to make a sundried tomato omelette with shaved parmigiana cheese, toasted Italian crusty bread, and some of that peach fruit spread. A feast... read more

HIghest quality, best flavor! Whether you're looking for a delicious classic Italian pizza, made-to-order vegetable juice, real high end cold cuts (and sandwiches) or prepared foods that are better than Mama made, Amici Market is like home when you're far away from home. A massive fan of the Chin Chin Chicken Salad, their prepared dishes in the deli case are also pretty luxurious stuff! Wild rice salad with cranberries, roasted beets, tangy Brussels Sprouts, edamame, chicken salad with grapes and all sorts of grilled vegetables means there's something for everyone. Excellent preparation, scooped when you order. There is also crazy gourmet fare -- caviar, the freshest fish and seafood, exotic produce -- and a decent wine selection. Whatever you need, from bread to water, desert to various kinds of drinks, Amici Market has it. AND -- for old school Palm Beachers -- many of the dinner and pasta dishes were on the menu at Amici back in the day. Plus, you never know who you'll run into! Truly one of the friendliest places on the Island! read more

I don't understand an owner being rude to his customers I ordered a slice of the prime rib that had not been sliced at 11:45 I asked for rare - med rare as it was just out of oven I asked for au Jus and gal said no au jus was available It was 35$ a lb so my 6oz slice was 13$ She gave me the end cut as it was the first slice I paid for it and asked why there was no au Jus They said they would get some from kitchen which took 10 min I went outside to eat with some rice and the end cut was med and dry I took a bite and went back to get a med rare replacement Owner barked at me and said he will not cut the prime rib and give me Med rare they cut from the end and that's it Huh???? 35 $ a lb and you can get a rare or med rare piece? So he rudely said he'd give my money back and to go bye bye No one ever complains I said it was that I ordered and wasn't told I no one said couldn't have it prepared that way I also bought my fav Chinese chicken salad to go Disappointed that there was hardly any chicken, almonds were a nothing serving , 13$ basically a lot of cabbage and I remember much better service and food awhile back I guess we'll blame it on CoVid read more

Delicious sandwiches! We ordered ahead and took them to the beach. Gourmet market with meals to go too

I feel bad for leaving this review. I was expecting something spectacular. The lobster was all chopped up in tiny pieces and there was So much parsley in it, that's all you could taste. It was overpowering. I took one bite in the car and It wasn't even edible. Very sad, I was really hungry! I took it home and tried to pick all the parsley out!! It didn't go well. No matter what I did, you could still only taste parsley. (I don't think I've ever actually had a lobster roll with parsley in it.) Needless to say, I was expecting more from Amici Market read more

Probably one of the only markets in Florida that I've encountered that reminds me of a high end market in LA. The real treat here though is the summer cheese pizza deal! It's like $9 for a large cheese pizza that is actually large and great with lots of cheese! They obviously know what's important. read more

The best take out food on the Island. Great variety, attentive service and wonderful management by Mauricio.

This place has really gone down. The chicken curry went from having nice large pieces of chicken to mush. No flavor. Tea sandwiches were so badly made -cut in all different sizes with bread ends and held together with broken toothpicks because all the picks they apparently had were too long. Again tasteless. Their key lime pie was sent undecorated with cream and when questioned about it their response? That's the way we make it. A lot of money for bland overpriced run of the mill food. Palm Beach needs to discontinue patronizing mediocrity. read more
