Stumbled upon this place looking for a good cup of coffee, which we did get- but OH! It's so much more! Aside from the fabulous, freshly made (because we walked in) fabulous coffee, the pastries and croissants feel right out of Paris! Then we noticed a huge menu of delightful looking breakfast items, quiches, paninis, salads, juices and very inviting dishes! We were greeted with a warm welcome, by Alex, and also told about the pastry cooking classes by Chef Helene the proprietor. We loved the French conversation served with our treats and the French music playing in the background! The cream puff (a fan favorite and most popular) pictured below is a must try!!! This is clearly a local haunt and possibly others travel a distance because it's well worth the effort! A cute little French bakery, right in the heart of downtown Palm Beach, it was a great find for my staycation. They have yummy baked goods along with breakfast and lunch items. They also have coffee, a few flavor options, and alternate milks. They were understaffed, and we were warned that everything would take longer than expected due to only 2 staff members, but we weren't in a rush. However, I can see it becoming a problem for them. The food was tasty, especially the pistachio macaroon, which was my favorite, along with the breakfast Sandwich croissant. I also enjoyed the coffee. My friends got the quiche, and they said it was delicious. Considering it's a spot downtown, the prices were pretty reasonable. There was plenty of street parking. However, it was walkable from other areas in the downtown neighborhood. They open around 9 AM. So this isn't a spot for early birds, but it's definitely a good find in Palm Beach. read more

Stopped in here to grab a coffee and a croissants alongside the water and I couldn't grasp why this spot was as slammed as it was -- aside from its location. The cashier advised me that there would be a massive wait to order pretty much anything so I just ordered an almond croissant from the case. It's a small space and gets very crowded on Saturday with the Green Market, so a little patience might be required, but the final product is excellent. The outside tables are a great place to wait for your order, with the hustle and bustle of the Green Market right in front of you. The menu is extensive and has something for everyone and given the size of a kitchen, quite remarkable. The pastries, as with everything else on the menu, are delicious. I had always passed this small window-front without ever stepping in. I am so glad that we popped in a couple days ago. As you can see from the pictures it was bright and inviting inside. We were immediately greeted by a friendly face behind the counter and she walked us through the menu and her favorites. She also talked about the ingredients used in the dishes (all fresh and natural) and history of the restaurant. I ordered the Breakfast Baguette and it was so tasty! I also ordered fresh squeezed orange juice and a latte. My friend ordered the Mediterranean Chicken Panini and that a great choice as well. We sat on the bar facing the window and got to people watch while enjoying our food. Once we were done, I asked to get my latte in a to go cup and instead of just providing the cup, I got a refill. We tried this place while we were walking through the green market. My wife loves to try French bakeries so we gave it a chance. The place did not disappoint. We tried different pastries and some hot sandwiches. They were excellent. Everything was amazing. The pasties were delicate, beautiful and delicious. I tried the ham and cheese croissants. It was so delicious that it melts in your mouth. The service was great, everyone is knowledgeable and answer questions if you have any. It gets busy around noon but it is definitely worth the wait. We go there every Saturday when we go to the market. I will recommend this place for sure if you like French pastries and people watching at the market. It has a great ambiance. read more

this place was highly recommended by family but I found it subpar. first the server put the Leon meringue tart in the same box as the Napoleon a rookie mistake. the meringue was so soft and runny that it ran onto the Napoleon. speaking of the Napoleon I figured the pastry was dark because of flavor. no it was just burnt and tasted burnt. the cream was delicious though. but nothing was worth the effort to go there. cream puffs and cookies were fine but nothing felt special at all. definitely would not return or recommend to anyone. one star because the cream was good the lemon tart was so runny and we just had to go around the corner. in a car so it was just made that way. anyway have to see if it will firm up in the fridge before I try it, we were there on dec 2 at 1:13 read more

The service was amazing, they were so thoughtful of our puppy, upon arriving the girl behind the counter gave him a piece of turkey and they also brought him a bowl of ice and water.
