I had been searching for this specific item (pistachio croissant) for months, ever since having one in the Lafayette bakery in NYC. It's been like a quest, but to no avail. Went on road trips to several cities including NOLA and still no luck. On Thanksgiving my amazing wife surprised me with the croissants from this wonderful bakery and they were incredible. Sorry that I cannot attest to the service or the ambience of the bakery, but if this and the chocolate croissants are any indication of the rest of their operation , I would run to this bakery as soon as possible.

Foodie menu, fresh bakery goodies, ambiance adorable. Downtown feel, and so cute inside. Spacious seating area, and intimate but big enough. Great sunlight. 5 out of 5, highly recommend!!!! 1 less star for service. Service was not happy to be there. Suggestion to have training on smiling and welcoming conversation and hellos. I barely got a smile or a hello. I had asked for my $40 order to be toasted and I got a sligh smirk and a slow, bothered toasting process. Seems like other reviews were similar. A welcoming customer experience matters. Thanks for the delicious bakery goodies!!! Egg on French Baguette - plain and simple Ham & Cheese Pastry - Delicious !!! Butter croissant Buttermilk Buscuit White Chocolate Pistachio Croissant - fantastic!! Almond Croissant - So good!!

Coolest bakery! Seeing all the sweets was like . we got pistachio chocolate & raspberry. YUM! Would love to try their coffee next time we visit. Customer service was great as well. One of our croissants fell and one of the workers gladly replaced it for us. We will definitely be back!

    Almond Croissant

Stopped by Loic Bakery to finally indulge in their famous croissants, and let me tell you, they did not disappoint! I tried the Pistachio White Chocolate Almond Croissant, which was fresh, flaky, and packed with flavor, and the Almond Croissant, which had just come out of the oven, making every warm, buttery bite even better. If you're a croissant lover (or just a fan of great baked goods), Loic Bakery is a must-visit in WPB. I'll definitely be back to try more!

I found the service here to be lacking. The cashier I got could barely look me in the eye and mumbled a lot. Although the coffee came quickly, my food took forever. The baked goods we bought (white chocolate pistachio croissant and a baguette) were very good. The avocado toast, on the other hand, was pathetic. I don't think I've ever gotten such a lame, puny piece of toast. Worse yet, with a single egg, it was $16. No thanks - won't order that again. Because of the rain today, everybody was inside, so it felt a little packed and we took our food to-go. I'm guessing it's a more enjoyable dine-in experience when you can sit on the patio.

The winner of this show was definitely the white chocolate pistachio croissant like holy shoot that was the best combo croissant I have ever had. I keep thinking about it til this day (which I had this yesterday.) Unfortunately the decaf iced latte I had was not the best as it was very burnt (they probably pulled the shot too long.) my friend got a hazelnut iced latte and unfortunately she rated it a 3/10 as the espresso is not as strong as she anticipated. This place has bomb pastries!!

Lovely bakery in downtown West Palm Beach!! There are about six free 1 hour designated parking spots and then a bunch of meter/app parking in walking distance. The almond croissant is SO GOOD. The pistachio croissant is SO GOOD. Really bustling spot with outdoor seating and a good stream of locals. There is lots of people and dog watching while you enjoy your coffee.

We stayed in West Palm Beach for the weekend and we had breakfast at this place every morning. Their focaccia is so soft and fluffy and their pastries are out of world. Everything is made in house. My son went back for a tournament and recommended him this place. He was not disappointed and brought back some pistachio pastries!

The side salad for the BLT. What is the dressing for?
    James B.

I do like the BLT but my last experience was less than ideal when considering what the side salad looks like. It's not a garnish but yet not quite a side-salad...The almond and other croissants while tasty are a bit of a cheat as instead of baked in, the pastries are filled after baking - not the preferred method or taste.

My husband suggested we come back here for brunch one Sunday. Metered parking available close by and handicap ramp available. We ordered our food then found seating inside. Some of the chairs are worn out or uncomfortable and need replacing. I wasn't impressed with my latte however my smoked salmon was delicious.

Stopped here for a quick bite! The staff were very nice and took good care of us as we were ordering. They have ambient music while you eat as it enhances the chill vibe. If you live around the around this would be a great place to study! My croissant was good, the bread itself was a bit crumbly but tasteful. I also got an iced caramel latte which was pretty good, it had your standard taste.

Loic Bakery (pronounced loo-eek) in downtown West Palm Beach is a place I have always wanted to visit and I finally got the chance to stop by on a Saturday afternoon. It is between Iris Street and Hibiscus Street in the City Palm Condominiums facing Dixie Highway. There is metered street parking. The bakery is within walking distance of Rosemary Square. This special bakery was founded by Loic Autret from France. He met his wife when he was in the French military and she was an American college student completing her studies. The couple embarked on a new life together and he left the military to pursue a career in baking. Loic moved to the United States with his wife to take a job as the head baker at the Four Seasons in Palm Beach. For 20 years he perfected his artistry to bring the perfect croissant to South Florida. He sold his pastries at farmers markets, sublet a bakery after it closed for the day, and opened a bakery with a partner before finally opening Loic, his own bakery in 2017. The heart of Loic Bakery is fine French baking. They sell avocado toast, charcuterie, artisanal sandwiches, salads, and soup along with fresh baked focaccia, croissants, baguettes, cookies, quiche, buttery viennoiseries, cakes, and tarts all made from scratch with the finest of ingredients. They also have hot and cold coffee beverages, French wine, and beer. One of their most famous pastries is the pistachio white chocolate croissant which I had to have. It was huge! The gold brown flaky exterior had a slight crunch while the sweet and buttery interior was pillowy soft. Eating it was a truly amazing experience and I have been thinking about it all week. I also got a delightful mocha latte that was the perfect companion to the delicious pastry. You can eat inside at a table or along the wall with plenty of room to work or study. The high ceilings and windows lend charm to the room while the beautiful banana leaf accent wall is perfect for your Instagram. If the weather is nice they have a lovely outdoor area with beautiful landscaping and fountains. In the fall Loic also has a booth in the West Palm Beach Green Market. No matter where you chose to enjoy your food be sure and order a few extra pastries for later or be prepared to live in regret. West Palm Beach is lucky to have this authentic taste of France.

From the moment you walk in, you're hit with that warm, buttery donut aroma that literally makes your knees weak. Their staff is always so friendly and somehow remembers to ask if you want your donuts warmed--which YES, you always do. The service here is smooth, fast, and way more welcoming than other locations I've visited. Now the donuts... they're not just desserts, they're experiences. * The Brown Butter + Salt is the perfect mix of sweet, nutty, and a touch of savory heaven. * The Guava + Cheese (a Florida classic) tastes brighter and fresher here than anywhere else. * And their rotating seasonal flavors somehow taste like they were crafted specifically for this location. Everything feels extra soft, extra rich, and extra indulgent. And don't even get me started on their coffee--smooth, bold, and the perfect pairing for every doughy masterpiece. The West Palm baristas consistently get it right. Every sip + every bite = perfection. The indoor and outdoor seating is spotless, cozy, and aesthetically perfect for photos. It truly feels like a treat-yourself escape. Bottom line: If you're going to try The Salty Donut, West Palm Beach is the ONLY location you want. They've mastered flavor, service, and atmosphere in a way the others just can't compete with. Easily a top-tier dessert stop in all of Palm Beach County.
